All aspects of the hotel were good. It is modern and very well appointed. Despite being large and busy the staff were helpful and pleasant: this was particularly true of those who organised the garage moving the cars around when necessary and with no complaint. The location for a visit to this attractive town provides easy walking access. It is important to study the map to get to the hotel but it is not really difficult.

By some mistake instead of a double room we were given a tripple one. Even though we offered to change to a smaller the stuff let us stay to the bigger roum with no extra charge or changing the second day. The breakfast was very good. Big variety. And I liked the fact that they hat pasticciotti (traditional lecce sweets), which was very tastefull. The location is good. 10 minutes walking distance from historic center.

I would rather a bathtub or a closed shower cabin (there was shower with just a curtain) so that the bathroom flour would not be full of water when you have a shower. There was not parking space for our car at the holel parking, but maybe we should have made a reservation for this.

The hotel was clean and the staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast to satisfy everyone's taste, a really wide selection of food. The rooms take you back to the 70s but that is deliberate and we liked it.

We liked everything about the hotel apart the 10 minute walk to the historic centre but we knew that when we booked.

The location was very close to the city center and walking to city sights. The staff was extremely friendly and fairly fluent in English. They provided excellent directions and made reservations for dinners throught Lecce. The rooms are slightly dated, but clean and functional. The breakfast area was well staffed and food quality was above average. Parking on site was important, although cost was 10 Euro per day. Would absolutly return to hotel on trip to Lecce.

A bit tired looking rooms

Excellent location, on main shopping street, just few minutes by walk from old town center. Room and bathroom are huge and very clean. Personal very helpfull and kind. Really I can recommend this hotel.

Albergo in buona posizione , il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Staff disponibile e cortese.

Struttura un po datata , necessaria una seria ristrutturazione.

L'accueil du personnel que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant. D'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme rare. La proximité par rapport au centre de Lecce. Nous partions très tôt le matin et on nous avait préparés un petit déjeuner complet à emporter.

Personale estremamente cortese. Connessione wi-fi in camera veloce e gratuita. Ricco buffet per la colazione e ristorante con un menu di ottima qualità a costi contenuti. In 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico di Lecce.

La struttura è vicinissima al centro storico, a piedi circa 10-15 minuti. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio interno per tutta la giornata al prezzo di 10 euro, veramente comodo visto la penuria di posti auto nella zona circostante. Hotel un pò datato, ma con tutti I comfort. La prima colazione ottima, e particolarmente professionale il cameriere nel servizio cappucino-caffè. Se dovessimo tornare a Lecce, non ci dispiacerebbe sogiornarci nuovamente.
