Central Location. Large Room. Good Air Conditioning. We could not get a second key to our room so that each of us could come and go as we please. |

The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful, courteous, and non-obtrusive. Parking was convenient and the hotel is a short walk from the center of historical Lecce. The look was dated - modern - and we did not care for the cloth covering of the tables and chairs in the breakfast room. But, the breakfast was satisfactory if not noteworthy. |

Very Good accommodation. Costs for parking (10 Euros/day) and wi fi (3 Euros/hour) I think are a bit expensive. |

Close to the city center. The electricity connectors could only be used with South-Italian type plugs (with 3 pins) so I could not charge my laptop. The people at the reception could not give me a converter for a German/North-Italian type plug. All other connectors I saw in Lecce were able to be used with also the Northern type plugs. The was no Internet, which is strange for a **** hotel. |

Very little. Just about everything was poor, this is not a 4 star hotel, in Asia would be lucky to get 2. The room was unclean, the shower was broken, there was intermittant hot water, breakfast was a joke, wifi access was expensive. |

The staff was proffessional and nice. It was easy to reach restaurants, shopping and centre of Lecce. The lightening of the room could have been better. |

Pleasant staff, good food, location nearer the historical centre than we expected Poor light levels in the room - room was large and comfortably furnished, and we would like to have sat around reading - but lighting aew positively murky, except in the bathroom..... |

the room is very large and comfortable- air conditioning fully working and very silent- location is convenient to walk in the city center breakfast service- staff and food- is not at level for a 4 stars hotel- the toilet forniture is very old and not fully working- internet wireless connection is expensive and very slow |

Cortesia del personale e pulizia della struttura. ottimo il breakfast e il servizio al tavolo. Ho pagato di più rispetto al prezzo della prenotazione perchè mi è stato addebitato il costo del garage anche se il prezzo dello stesso non era esposto da nessuna parte. Ho trovato questa cosa molto scortese. |

Das Hotel hat grosse Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Hotel haette eine Grundrenovierung notwendig. |
