The reception staff were some of the best I have ever met in Italy. Normally you have to pay for a five star hotel to get advice that is so thoughtful or has such "pull" with reservations. All speak good English and Daniella was particularly helpful. Other reviews complained about "dated" decor and furnishings but I thought it was all fine, just not ultra hip. Shower curtain did not really work and tended to get the whole bathroom wet, but the floor drains well. |

Closer to historic center than expected. Room was big. Free parking 2 blocks away on the street. Lots of closet space. Did not deserve 4-star rating – more like 2 stars. Hotel seemed like it hasn't been updated for 20 years. Hot water barely trickled out of our shower. Walls were super thin – could hear every intimate moment the next door guests were having. |

The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful, courteous, and non-obtrusive. Parking was convenient and the hotel is a short walk from the center of historical Lecce. The look was dated - modern - and we did not care for the cloth covering of the tables and chairs in the breakfast room. But, the breakfast was satisfactory if not noteworthy. |

Close to the city center. The electricity connectors could only be used with South-Italian type plugs (with 3 pins) so I could not charge my laptop. The people at the reception could not give me a converter for a German/North-Italian type plug. All other connectors I saw in Lecce were able to be used with also the Northern type plugs. The was no Internet, which is strange for a **** hotel. |

Very little. Just about everything was poor, this is not a 4 star hotel, in Asia would be lucky to get 2. The room was unclean, the shower was broken, there was intermittant hot water, breakfast was a joke, wifi access was expensive. |

mi trovo sempre bene. le camere sono grandi, spaziose. la cena è ottima, il filetto al nero d'avola l'altra sera era eccezionale. purtroppo moquette, e bagno avrebbero bisogno di una netta ristrutturazione (moquette da eliminare). la colazione è scarna in confronto alla cena. |

Camera di dimensioni generose. Disponibilità dello staff a soddisfare richieste di intervento anche a tarda ora. Posizione estremamente comoda per visitare la città. L'arredamento è vecchio, con mobili rovinati, macchie di umido sulle pareti e lampadine bruciate. In camera non funzionava lo scarico wc, inoltre il bagno non è ventilato. L'hotel ha indubbiamente bisogno di un riammodernamento delle camere. |
