The hotel is excellent value for money. Position good, just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Rooms are comfortable and buffet breakfast good. Well worth the money. |

We liked free parking and nice breakfast. Was noisy because the train station near by, airconditioner didn't work, internet not free. |

I love all the reception staffs day and night. They are very help . Every one of .Simone, Stefania, Patrizia Raimondo and Enzo . All of them are so friendly , funny , kind an dvery helpful. I will going to Tuscany, and Naples and will be back to this hotel , Hotusa Hotel President . Before I return to Japan. Well, Mr Andrea... Manager ???? he is really impossiple and unbelievable. He talked loud to me , when I ask a question ? I am not deaf !!!!!! Like "e ?? " in Italian sound .. he is not friendly at all. !!!!! He never smile to customers. I was surprised that he is the manager . And he shouted at his reception staffs most of the time that I am staying here, when customers are on the internet , working. Like me for example. I am here to stay , not to hear him complain !!!!!. This is very bad as a manager. I will recommend to anybody , if the manager of this hotel , do not treat his working place like his house, not shouting or talking too loud!! We are the guest and here to rest !!!! |

Staff speaks very good English and is very helpful. Location is not central but city center can be easily reached by bus. Fresh vegetables and fruits (which were very cheap in the city) could be served for breakfast. |

There was a great view of Genoa from the hotel room. It was very good value for money. Although the hotel room was very clean; it was a bit shabby and in need of redecorating |

Great value for money. Clean and spacious bathroom, very upscale room, helpful multilingual staff. Bad location - if it was in a slightly better neighborhood, they could easily be a 4-star hotel. Expensive parking - You can park on nearby streets for free and walk a few minutes. Not a good surrounding for kids, but a perfect place for solo travelers. Disappointing breakfast with very limited selection. |

Our room was an excellent size, and very close to torino dora train station and just a short bus ride into the towns centre. Most of the staff were very plesant but we would like to extend our thanks especially to Stefania she was very friendly and always helpful. Some of the male staff were not as nice. Breakfast was great but the juices tasted like plastic. |
