Our room was an excellent size, and very close to torino dora train station and just a short bus ride into the towns centre. Most of the staff were very plesant but we would like to extend our thanks especially to Stefania she was very friendly and always helpful. Some of the male staff were not as nice. Breakfast was great but the juices tasted like plastic. |

Staff speaks English and is helpfull. The room is ok; value for money. Right across the hotel is a bus station which takes you in 10 min to the center of Torino. Good parking facilities (free, when outside: EUR 18,- per night if inside). As in most Italian hotels: breakfast is nothing special. The hotel is not situated in the best neighbourhood of Torino. |

Inside the hotel is much more nicer than outside. It is not close to the center but the bus-stop is in the front of the hotel. |

To be honest, the price was excellent but that is all. On the other hand, for that price it was really good and it gave us all we needed, I mean good beds, breakfast, safe parking place etc. The breakfast was of sufficient quantity but a little bit poor quality. |

Good quality of service, clean hotel. Internet did not work at 5th floor where I stayed, althgough it was stated on the website that is available. Nevertheless, I was informed by the hotel staff that I should check first if it works before I pay for it. |

I liked the fact that right outside the hotel the Bus 10 and 11 took you into Piazza Castello which is the cities main centres, the buses were frequent. It was a treat that we did not have to wonder around for the bus. Also tram 4 took us into the city centre or as you came out of the hotel and did a left near the petrol station Bus 52 also took you into town, it was brilliant. The breakfast was OK, it would have been nice to have a variety for the 3days that we were there as it was the same Cold breakfast each morning( Ham, Salami & Cheese ) with some cereals and juice with hot drinks.I liked every other thing about the hotel. The staff were so helpful it felt unreal. They had everthing you wanted and that included an adaptor . |
