The receptionist (we are unsure if this is her title) checked us in at 9.30pm and also provided us with breakfast at 6.00am. She has amazing customer service skills, and was very lovely and helpful. The room was fantastic and large for the price. Also, the bathroom was huge with ample bench space. We will be recommending the hotel president to anyone staying in Torino. The shower was a strange shape, causing the shower to be too small to use E.G. When washing hair, kept hitting elbows on door or turning off tap with elbows.

The hotel is modern, functional, clean and it entirely met the claims it makes on its website. A wide selection of items were on the breakfast buffet which, in my case, followed a good nights sleep in comfortable room. Easy and frequent bus service on two routes into Turin city centre (£1.55 for an all-day pass) The hotel is located in an older residential area and not in a restaurant or shopping area so it principally offers a good b & b location. Staff spoke English; taxis arrived within minutes! Nothing - but don't have expectations beyond what the hotel claims to offer. It does serve a range of basic alcoholic drinks but does not claim to have a bar. If you want a hotel with a restaurant and bar stay somewhere else.

The staff was very kindly and a good breakfast. The surroundings, not the hotel, were deteriorated, but a new avenue was being built.

Everything! our room was excellent, it is just as the pictures in here. Bathroom is big and very clean. Breakfast was great: bread and croissants, cheese and salami, yogurt, juice, coffee. Location and they seemed to turn off the AC around 2 am and it got a bit hot...

A good deal across the board. Quite room. Clean, good breakfast. Off street parking. Clean room with good beds. A modern hotel with no issues. Great value.

Good hotel, possibility of free parking, breakfast is good for Italy. The location is not the nicest area. But it is only 10 minutes by bus to city center.

When searching for accomodation, be very careful that you choose correct train station. The location of hotel is not in best part of Turin, however the hotel was clean and comfortable.

There is a bus no. 11, which takes you straight to the centre of Turin. There is a budget restaurant opposite the hotel, apart from other cafeterias nearby. The rooms were comfortably, though we had some problems with the water in the shower (which was fixed immediately in the morning). The breakfast was good and abundant. The parking is very limited. We had to pay €8 per night to park the car in the garage.

The Hotel is very close to Dora Station which is very helpful if you have a morning flight to catch to Caselle Airport. The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast is very good The wifi internet is very slow. Signal is very weak.

Not a bad breakfast. No food served at night, so the Pizzeria on the opposite side of the road, about 250m down is pretty good (apart from the fizzy piped house wine) Only Italian tv channels. Shower cubicle small and couldn't bend down when I dropped the soap (don't drop the soap)

free parking only for 8-10 cars (not mentioned in ads), for the big hotel this is nonsense, had to pay EUR 7 per day to park in the garage, no maps of the city were left on the reception, too far away from the center to walk

Reception service was bad. I was made to wait 30 minutes to copy our passports at the front of the reception. It was frustratingly long since our time to visit the city was limited.

I liked most that i booked a room for 2 adult and 2 children and that the children beds were 2 normals single beds not a sofa or pull out beds. Our room was very spacious and it has all the facilities. I liked it. I recomended this hotel.
