I liked the room and the beds. The location of the hotel is perfect, not only by being close to pretty much everything, but also because of easy access to the highway. The reception staff is fairly distant and impersonal. No real effort shown from them to make the stay pleasant - just pure formality. I was unable to leave the car in the garage for an extra day (I have of course offered I would pay). |

Very quiet rooms; almost too quiet. Very 70's looking, which is interesting. Excellent included breakfast with nice wait staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms; plush beds. Unusual light control system that is not intuitive. Small but decent fitness center. Price paid varies a lot depending on where you book it. Reception staff is very cool, almost unfriendly. Windows cannot be opened. |

The location is close to everything, good modern decoration , large bar/lounge area, good buffet breakfast. Staff efficient but stern, no parking possible except the expensive garage, computer availability procedure complicated. |

Rooms are fairly typical of a 3+ star rather than 4 star hotel. Fittings especially in bathroom are old and worn out. Breakfast average. Was expecting a room condition equivalent to the quality of the reception/main entrance. Not worth the amount asked for. |

Good location, near Station Brignole, Genoa market and shops, clean and comfortable. Very unhelpful staff, poor breakfast. |

The breakfast arrived in the room exactly on time, with complimentary newspaper of my choice Some of the reception staff looked miserable - no smiles. All the others were ok. |

Good position next to train station. Very good breakfast. Room was too small. TV was very old (it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel) and some of the room equipments were not working. Annoying noises during all night. |

Location in the Center of Genova. The best hotel at Genova, despite it is relatively poor look versus overall exepctations from the hotel for this price in other cities/countries. At the first line there were hairs on the shelf form the previous guests. The sheets were not changed every day. The staff left my room with open door after they mistakenly delivered other guests baggage to my room. TV screen had a hole, same the table and the sinck. |

Excellent location, nice view from high floor room. Staff very sad, some of them tried to smile, but with difficulties. Impossible to reach reception with the room's telephone. |

nous avons eu une chambre fumeur, très forte odeur de tabac froid, impossible d'aérer car facade en verre, heureusement que nous avons obtenu la chambre à 110 € car payer cette chambre 510 € aurait été un scandale. Bon rapport qualité prix pour 110 € mais une escroquerie pour 510 € !!! chien + 15 € garage voiture + 20 € |
