The breakfast arrived in the room exactly on time, with complimentary newspaper of my choice Some of the reception staff looked miserable - no smiles. All the others were ok. |

Good position next to train station. Very good breakfast. Room was too small. TV was very old (it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel) and some of the room equipments were not working. Annoying noises during all night. |

Location in the Center of Genova. The best hotel at Genova, despite it is relatively poor look versus overall exepctations from the hotel for this price in other cities/countries. At the first line there were hairs on the shelf form the previous guests. The sheets were not changed every day. The staff left my room with open door after they mistakenly delivered other guests baggage to my room. TV screen had a hole, same the table and the sinck. |

Excellent location, nice view from high floor room. Staff very sad, some of them tried to smile, but with difficulties. Impossible to reach reception with the room's telephone. |

Good position, easy to walk to shops in town centre, and only half an hour of pleasant walk underneath the arcades of the via Settembre to the 'old port' area for the aquarium and the congress centre. The information given to take a bus from the aiport to Piazza Brignole / and Verdi is incorrect. The bus takes 15 minutes from the airport to the Piazza Principe, and from there one needs to take another bus that takes a very beautiful scenic route to the piazza Verdi where the hotel is. |

The bed was very comfortable The shower was very old. There were black moldy markings all around, very low water pressure. The room had a displeasant smell. Also, they have all the hallway walls covered with carpeting, making the air very dusty. |
