Some of the staff barely spoke any english. Some of our luggage was lost at the airport, and when it was returned to the hotel, the hotel staff said we had left the hotel so the luggage went back to the airport, where we had to pick it up |

If you plan to leave from the port the next day, the location is good since it is right opposite to the terminal. I would not suggest it for a visit to the town. |

Well situated, fairly confortable, good view and nice terrace and dinning room. Poor airconditionning. Did not have a basic side table lamp or reading light. |

Everything. No complaints at all. The staff were able to speak some english, they were really helpful and courteous. Rooms were nice and big. Ask for the sea view rooms. |

The atmosphere was amazing, and people were helping in getting to know any further information regarding the city, beside it was a safe environment to live in, and I'm looking further to visit it once more! No! |

The location was great, within easy walking distance to Palermo city centre ............... also the view from our room (a front room over looking the harbour) was brilliant although the other couple we were travelling with got a room at the back of the hotel which over looked what appeared to be a shanty town. It didn't bother them though as were in Palermo to see Palermo not to sit in the room. The breakfast selection could have been better, however it was a standard european mainland continental breakfast so "when in Palermo ......" etc. |

la posizione centrale , il prezzo vantaggioso, gli spazi ampi, la meravigliosa terrazza dove si fa la colazione l'ho trovato un pò decadente, non per la mancanza di pulizia, ma per la mancanza di manutenzione soprattutto nei materiali e nei dettagli, si vede che è stato un albergo di ottimo livello |

7階のレストランからの港の眺めは、気持ち良いです。 ホテルの裏手は、スラム街みたいでした。夜、カルテルノーボ広場からの徒歩での到着は、お勧めできません。- タクシーを利用する方が良いでしょう。 |

La cortesia dello staff, il rapporto qualità prezzo e la vicinanza al centro. Devo ammettere che siamo rimasti un po male quando abbiamo trovato la porta chiusa della sala al 7°piano per la prima colazione e pur bussando nessuno ha ritenuto opportuno aprirci; tutto questo per soli due munuti di ritardo; non ci aspettavamo un tale rigore nell'orario e poi la colpa non è del tutto nostra perchè la sera prima al ricevimento ci avevano detto colazione entro le dieci (anzicchè le nove e mezza); siate puntuali !!! |
