Purtroppo ho solo pernottato una notte, ma ho potuto notare la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Non funzionava bene il sistema di apertura della porta (ho cambiato tre volte la smart-card.

Le petit déjeuner, l'espace spacieux de la chambre, le balcon, le hall d'entrée, le parking L'état de la chambre : Moquette très salle, trace de rouille sur la baignoire et la paroi de douche, les couvertures dignes d'un gite rural, les chasses d'eau des wc extrêmement bruyantes. Pas de chaines tv françaises. La Wi Fi est payante, alors que les 5 hotels ou nous avons logé lors de notre périple offraient la connection internet gratuitement. On paye les 4 nuits retenues dès notre arrivée. Bonjour la confiance. La piscine plus que sale avec des branches d'arbres dans le fond. Ceci a été signalé à la réception qui devait faire appeler le responsable. Nous attendons encore.Pas de Transat. Impossible de baigner par 25 ° sous le soleil.

Tak nie podobała się kiepska obsługa hotelu, w recepcji Pan ledwo dukał po angielsku mówiąc nam że do miasta jest 50 km I takie tam różne głupotki, podsunął kartkę do podpisania nie mogąc wytłumaczyć co to. śNiadanie to obraz nędzy I rozpaczy, byłem już w wielu hotelach ale nigdzie nie było tak małego wyboru (jeden chleb - stary, brak elementarnych warzyw takich jak pomidor, ogórek - dla jasności nie było w ogóle warzyw) kawę z łaską zrobiła Pani które czuwała nad gośćmi która smakowała tak jak tak którą podają w Polsce w szpitalu a podała ją w taki sposób jakbym pytaniem o kawę popsuł jej cały dzień. Dramat! Hotelu absolutnie nie polecam, kiepska lokalizacja bo do centrum nie da się zejść na dół (hotel na usytuowany nad miastem) w labiryncie uliczek I w końcu pojechaliśmy z nawigacją. Hotel absolutnie nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki, zdecydowanie nie polecam.

La vista panoramica del roofgarden. Lo stato di manutenzione della vasca da bagno è scadente, il tappetino antiscivolo vecchio e ingiallito, entrare e uscire da una vasca con funzione doccia box è pericolosissimo, mille volte più pratica una doccia con box che una vasca, molto più facile da pulire per il personale e più comoda per il cliente che non rischia di rompersi l'osso del collo scivolando mentre esce dalla vasca box.

Non penso sia stato molto elegante chiedere il pagamento anticipato della camera, che peraltro era ampiamente garantita dalla carta di credito. E poi la tassa cittadina riscossa alla fine del soggiorno senza rilasciare alcuna ricevuta.

Le calme et la vue sur mer panoramique L heure de fermeture de la piscine trop tôt a 19.30 et il faut un véhicule pour atteindre le bord de mer pas beaucoup de choix de location de véhicules propose par l hotel

Situation idéal pour visiter l'Etna et sa région mais uniquement avec une voiture car l'hôtel est isolé. Vrai calme. Chambre bien, propre, confortable. Jolie piscine, un peu petite mais suffisante. Petit déj correct. Malgré la période, les prix étaient très correctes. Juste à coté de l'hôtel, une épicerie qui permettait de chercher des boissons, des petites tomates .... Il faut impérativement une voiture.

Ben studiato, tutte le camere in una specie di anfiteatro danno sulla piscina.Camere spaziose ed accoglienti. Abbiamo fatto due giorni e il secondo giorno, nonostante la camere fosse rifatta perfettamente, non avevano spazzato per terra.

Struttura interessante e moderna, posizione panoramica. Bar e barman da 5 stelle lusso. Bagno inaccettabile per una struttura 4 stelle ( e nemmeno 2), rubinetteria da sostituire soffitto bagno da rifare tracce di ossido e ruggine, doccione rotto scarico rumoroso... Arredamento camere un poco datato ma pulito, nessuna presa vicino al letto. Un peccato perché con I giusti accorgimenti il complesso potrebbe risultare di gran lunga migliore.

Non è molto costoso e discretamente confortevole. Si trova nella parte alta dei paesi di Aci Trezza ed Acicastello in posizione non servita da mezzi pubblici e senza nessun servizio navetta offerto da parte dell'hotel. Necessita quindi di un mezzo proprio per gli spostamenti. Non particolarmente apprezzabile la prima colazione.

есть все стандартные услуги, есть бассейн, неплохой вид на побережье с террас отеля. из окон первого этажа отеля вид на бетонную стену. до берега пешком 20 минут по крутому спуску с автомобильным движением. на "президент" не тянет.
