Located next to Briolini Park, Hotel Prestige offers a small swimming pool and courtyard with table tennis. It is just 70 metres from Lido San Giuliano beach and 100 metres from the nearest bus stop. Rooms at the Prestige are air conditioned and come with a private balcony. Each room has an LCD TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Some have a view of the park or Adriatic Sea. Breakfast is buffet style and includes fresh croissants, cheese, cold cuts, jams and Nutella. There is also a bar and a packed lunch service, available on request. The restaurant is open during summer and serves Italian cuisine at lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available on the ground floor, in the restaurant, reception and out in the courtyard and pool area. You have free ironing facilities and free parking on the street near the hotel entrance. Staff can reserve parasols and deckchairs at the beach. Buses stop 100 metres away for Rimini Train Station, 2 km away. Kindly staff made our impression a bit better. Also a great value for money. Obviously a summer-beach hotel that isn't suitable for winter. Cold room, cold floor (ceramic tiles), not enough blankets, thin walls through you can hear all the sounds in the hotel, poor breakfast table, depressive location and hotel surroundings (I suppose this part is much different in summer). I do not recommend if You plan to stay more than one-two nights and grab a fair value-for-money opportunity.

Great position, very nice personnel, excellent breakfast, good report quality and price. I warmly recommend this hotel. Room was quite small but all the necessary utilities were facilitated. Air conditioning was not included in the room price - we have found out just at the hotel.

Cortesia del personale, pulizia accurata dei locali comuni e della stanza, vicinanza alla spiaggia, rapporto qualità prezzo, se si considera che è inclusa anche la prima colazione a buffet abbondante. Non ci sono stati elementi negativi.

it was the most terrible hotel I have ever stayed. The aircondition did not work. the bed was small. the room was tiny, not comfortable and not clean.

le staff est fort bien et aide les clients au mieux les murs sont en carton je pensais dormir chez le voisin, le petit dej n'était pas au mieux et la propreté de la SDB laissait à désirer

Il prezzo decisamente economico, il parcheggio pubblico ampio all'esterno dell'hotel, la vicinanza al centro storico di Rimini Camere poco insonorizzate. La coperta sporca. La pulizia della stanza non impeccabile.

Ottimo rapporto qualitá prezzo in bassa stagione. Vicinanza al mare. L'albergo è vecchiotto, l'ascensore per una persona alla volta, la camera è il minimo indispensabile, ma per quello che abbiamo speso va benissimo.

WI FI disponible de la chambre chambre extrêmement exiguë, joints de douche noirs, douche très petite, joints de silicone marron "écartés" sur la faïence du coin toilette comme un "essuyage de doigts", coins des chambres au sol sales, jamais nettoyés, matelas horriblement inconfortable, mal dormi, mal au dos et hanches au réveil, n'avaient pas d'autre matelas donc j'ai mis une couverture pour avoir une épaisseur de plus, pareil, suis partie au bout d'une semaine au lieu de trois quand j'ai pu trouver un autre hôtel. Il y'avait des auréoles jaunâtres sur l'oreiller (sous la taie), pas d'alaise sur le matelas, lequel soit dit en passant avait une brûlure de cigarette. J'ai payé une nuit supplémentaire de dédommagement parce que je suis partie avant la date prévue, ce n'est pas logique ni juste car si je suis partie c'est parce que les services n'étaient pas à hauteur de mes espérances, pour un 3 étoiles, il y'a à redire... et à refaire. Comme je n'ai pas pu me déplacer un matin pour le petit-déjeuner car je suis handicapée , il me l'ont apporté en chambre, + 3 euros sur la facture !! voilà.

Отличное расположение: 3 минуты до моря, но находится на тихой и спокойной улочке. Потрясающе дружелюбный персонал. Атмосфера домашнего уюта. Прекрасное соотношение цена/качество. Отсутствует холодильник в номере.

Veramente un Hotel consigliatissimo, Sono stato presso questa struttura per una settimana e mi sono trovato veramente bene. La gestione dell'hotel è familiare e tutti sono molto gentili e cortesi. L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione, in una zona tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro di Rimini. La colazione è davvero abbondante per un Hotel a 3 stelle, le camere molto pulite e tutto l'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La camera con letto matrimoniale era ampia e spaziosa per 2 persone. Inoltre è presente la piscina, internet gratuito e la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette dell'hotel per raggiungere il centro di Rimini. Sono stato in questo hotel per 1 settimana e mi sono trovato veramente bene, veramente consigliato, non è facile trovare un'hotel così a Rimini. Inoltre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tutto ottimo nessun difetto.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima praticamente in centro. A 300m c'è la spiaggia attrezzata e tutti I servizi necessari. All'arrivo ci hanno rifilato una camera piccola praticamente nella mansarda dell'albergo, fortunatamente c'era il condizionatore, altrimenti sarebbe stata un forno. La colazione lascia a desiderare, piccolo buffet con pochissima scelte e di scarsa qualità. Si presenta come un hotel a 3 stelle ma è paragonabile al massimo con uno di 2 stelle. Tutto sommato per 45 euro a notte si potrebbe chiudere un occhio. Se lo avessi pagato di più certamente sarebbe da sconsigliare.

за 20 евро не ожидал увидеть такой хороший отель камната с балконом на парк. тихо, уютно. нормальный завтрак. отель находится между 2х рек, поэтому приходится давать крюк по пути к нему. но это может быть проблемой только для тех, кто любит вечером "потусить"

Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte una matrimoniale + colazione. In rapporto al prezzo pagato direi che siamo stati bene. Stanza pulita, staff cordiale e colazione abbondante. Ci ritorneremo!
