The location is excellent, 5 min walk to the Marconi Metro station. Secure private parking. Decent breakfast. Staff was helpful, we asked for an extra bed, and they delivered as promised. Do not worry about the other reviews about the prostitutes. If you are back to the hotel by 9pm you will not see any... The hotel was a bit worn. Not really a 4. Star, but ok for the money. you get what you pay for regardless of stars... The second bed (queen size for the children in a quadruple room) was terrible. My 7 year old ended up on it he was the only one who did not feel the springs in his back - he is 20 kg. but they provided an extra bed for my teenage daughter free of charge!

Garden view - but no garden and small as high windows so you do not see anything out; unfriendly personnel; two high price for value (it is not a 4 star hotel).

It's located near the metro Marconi with service to major sightseeing locations They put us in a triple room as the booking we made had no availability except for a triple room, we found out the room was equipped with a bathroom for handicapped and open shower, it was ok but not very convenient sometimes

- Receptionists were friendly but sometimes useless: could not make for example a simple decision if we can get a breakfast package for the last morning, because we were leaving early - 10 minutes walking from the metro stop - Prostitutes on the main street in front of the hotel at about 22- 23 o´clock - bed sheets were not changed once during the 6 nights that we were there - shower cabin was extremely small. it was also mouldy - breakfast was always the same and with limited choice - safebox was not working: had to call several times to get it fixed - we also had to ask several times for shampoo: they were always giving us bath foam, although there was no bath - walls were super thin and you can hear almost every word from the neighbours - no working WiFi in the room. Only one computer at the reception, which also had internet problems - no foreign TV channels, only italian TV

the atmosphere of the hotel is good, nice and quiet, it suits for the people who is just caming back from some noisy scenery spots to rest. Just hope the hotel can show the indicator of this hotel at the exits of metro line B, beacuse there are no many people walking around street but car, so difficult to ask direction of this hotel, especially in the evening.

Easily accessed from both airports, this hotel has large rooms, an excellent breakfast buffet and 10 walk to the metro. The internet did not work. The tv had 2 channels that rarely worked. The staff were uninterested in any problem we mentioned. Also, they overcharged for a pick-up service from the airport.

Great location if you are travelling by car. Free parking and only 5 minutes from metro. Easy access from motorway and 15 min drive to Fumicino airport Not very nice area at night, there is a little park to cross and it is not very nice. The lifts broke during our stay and were not fixed.

The blond morning receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was also very good. You need a car, the neighborhood is isolated. The Internet did not work on the last day at all from morning to the late afternoon and it did not seem that anything was being done to fix it.

There was a blonde woman at the reception very friendly and helpfull, she show me a map with a lot id things yo do and see. Always asked me if I'm satisfied. She doesn't speak spanish but did her best to help me. The cleaning ladys were excellent, very helpfull and dedicated. My room wasn't very quiet, a lot of people walking and working outside of my room since 7 am so I always wake up at this time. There was not a laundry or minibar price list (very expensive when they give it to me). The shower doesn't have enough space to clean yourself. The neigbourhood was not very safe, one day I came back to the hotel at midnight and there were a lot of prostitutes working very close to the hotel (50 meters of the entry). The bed was a little small for me and the furnitures weren't in perfect conditions.

I liked the architecture and layout of facilities. the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The fact that there was no restaurant, and only a tiny bar which wasn't staffed. Breakfast was good but I didn't like the coffee from the nescafe machine. The hotel was convenient for the conference and not far from the metro; apart from that, its location wasn't great. there was one tiny bin in our bathroom. After 4 days, we needed a bigger bin.

Friendliness of staff. Room was spacious. Breakfast was adequate Quadruple room had fold out beds which are only really suitable for young children. Our children are 14 and 21 respectively. Shower cubicle was extremely small and was also mouldy along shower base and some of the lower tiles. Found cockroach in the en-suite. Generally needs some tlc -I.e walls require repainting and carpets cleaned. Hotel area should not be classed as 4* hotel. 2-3* at best

Hotel was nice, next to metro station Marconi. It was not on the main road, so it was quite relaxing. 1. Although it was clearly stated during reservation that the hotel will not make pre authorisation charge of credit card, the hotel did it. It passed two weeks and I still have pre authorisation charge on credit card, even I paid the bill in cash two weeks ago. 2. Windows cannot be open in the guest rooms, only in corridor, so lack of fresh air is very noticeable within rooms 3. Bath tub was abnormally small, maybe 55x55cm
