The hospitallity, clean, convenience, proximity to Metro station, Parking area, silent, exellent breakfast!!!
No bad comments
Big room clean bathroom Good breakfast Helpfull stuff
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average.
**The hotel is in a bad neighborhood! I wouldn't recommend walking to the metro station at night with your family.** The parking spaces are too small for most compact cars. The room locks are not very secure. The heat is only on from 2300-0400...the evening and mornings were cold! Though the bathroom is large--the shower is the smallest I've ever used in Europe! It's about 2' x 2' (0.6m x 0.6m)...not a great experience overall.
very good and quiet location. near the subway. Good breakfast. Very clean.very good internet connection.
The only negative that television is in the wrong place in the room No109.
Breakfast and friendly staff. Compared to the absolutely poor standard of the facilities, the hotel staffwas absolutely helpful, friendly and charming. However, this cannot compensate the overall impression. Last not least, the rate was cheap and at least not a rip-off.
Completely worn out place. Old and damaged furniture, dirty and smelly carpets, disgusting bathroom. The hotel deserves 2 stars, if any. Wifi was broken in the rooms, working only in the lobby.
Free parking Good breakfast

Some of the staff is really helping. The room is very large.
I'm a business woman and sometimes need to work at hotel. But the coverage of the wifi is very poor in my room, I was able to receive my e-mails at all. The location is for sure not good, quite remote from center Rome but not far away from the airport. No restaurant in the hotel to provide lunch or dinner.
Nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Free parking! 5 min walk from Marconi Metro station so you can reach the city center within fifteen minutes. Unfortunately, the room smelled of smoking, despite smoking not allowed in the hotel, but the staff did everything to help the matter. as we said, excellent hotel stuff (its not obvious).
Shower narrow, not suitable for large people. For others it's fine.
Very, very spacious room and double bed was really comfortable. Reasonable continental breakfast, not a bad location at all (5 to 10 minute walk from the metro station Marconi), kind staffs. I really enjoyed and would definitely recommend to my colleagues. You'll never find anything similar in quality and space in the central Rome, never, with this price.
WIFI signal was a little bit weak in my room so it was on and off.
Location - about 5 minutes from the metro station. Friendly staff, big room, good wi-fi, car parking, tasty breakfast, green territory.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The carpet is dirty and worn out. The shower was way too small. We are not large people and we could barely get through the door and bumped the walls when we moved. There was also mildew in the shower. The air condition did not work and the beds are also worn out. They did move us to a different room after the first night and the bed was a little better. The air still did not work well but was a little better too. This is definitely not our idea of a four star hotel. Booking.com should be ashamed to give this hotel that rating. We want a 50% refund. The other hotels we stayed in on this trip were very nice and their ratings were 4 star. We understand that hotels rooms in Europe are not as large as in the states but cleanliness and comfort should not be an issue.
Excellent breakfast. Five minute walk from Marconi Metro station.
The hotel is probably quieter than hotels near Rome's main tourist sites. It is also good value for money. Good breakfast, good service, and an excellent restaurant nearby (Convento). Although it looks somewhat distant on the map, it is a 5-min walk to Metro Marconi, which is 7 stops away from the City Center. The breakfast is buffet, with sufficient options and fresh food. There is a big garden with a children playground under the large trees. Very nice. The staff was very kind and warm with us.
The facilities are slightly run down (curtains, carpets) - but this seems normal in Rome... The bed, sheets and bath towels were impeccable though. The shower cabin is very small but worked fine. There are not many travelers around during the day and in the evening, so the place is a bit dull for people seeking new contacts.
Helpful friendly staff that could speak English very well. Clean, spacious quite room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had satisfying choices to start the day. Only 5 to 10 min walk to bus stop and the metro which takes you into Rome.
Easy walking distance to the metro and friendly staff. If you are looking for practical and convenient then this hotel is 'fine'.
Hard to describe as anything more than practical. Definitely not a place to treat someone, the slip road on entrance was full of litter and condoms, the carpet going up the stairs to the bedrooms was full of stains so it wasn't the best start to the stay. The room was fine, but if you are hoping for something special from a 4 star hotel this will disappoint you. Also you would expect real coffee in Rome for breakfast not a Nescafe machine. Disappointing.
The hotel was just a short walk to the train station. The staff were excellent and the room was clean. There was always someone around to assist you.
There was a lot of rubbish just up the road. The ladies of the night were also about in the street, just up the road. There was a bit of noise from being close to a main rd.
- Staff was very helpful and friendly - The room was very neat and clean - Breakfast was good.
- Location of the hotel, it was near the metro station. But you need to be carefull in the last 50 metres of walk. Everything else was good.
- free parking places; - very good breakfast! (not like ordinary Italian breakfast); - big and cosy room; - calm place (no noise from the road);
- 10 minutes of walk from the metro station, but it is ok;
- although not really close to the central area good metro connection with metro station 4 minutes from the hotel and 5 stations from Coliseum - good breakfast; - children area in the courtyard (and the entire courtyard)
outdated aircon poor wifi
helpful and friendly staff . proximity to the metro station( about 5 minutes walk)
the air conditioning was not working properly, the shower cubicle was small and mouldy , the walls were dirty as well as the carpet. one of the light came off the ceiling . the front garden needed TLC, overall very poor standard, not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel.
The first bad surprise when we entered the room were the dimensions of it. We booked a triple room and we got a double with extra bed, for a triple room price of course. When confronted, the receptionist told us that this is how a triple room looks like; the extra bed was in fact blocking the mirror. We asked for another room, they agreed, but they seemed to 'forget' about it. No wifi signal in the room, the sink drainage was blocked. The carpets were dirty and the hotel is much further away from the metro station than stated on booking.com. The maid came at 3 pm to make up the room, when we already came back from the city. This is a typical hotel for tourists, where guests are mocked and offered poor services for huge prices.
Low prices and near Metro station
Very poor quality of breakfast. The rooms were extremely small.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, and speaks English. Location was great, quiet and about 5 minutes walk to the metro.
Wifi was supposed to be available everywhere in the hotel but unfortunately I was unable to connect to the wifi from my room. Despite having an air conditioned room, it was still warm enough to be uncomfortable. (It was summer)
Staff very helpful indeed
We were comfortable with my wife and two kids in the quadruple room that we had stayed. Reasonable price. The African origined receptionist was kind and helpful.
The Italian receptionist with goatee beard made me wait a long time; he was busy talking to two ladies at the tv section although he saw me standing and waiting in front of the empty reception. He was too dumb to understand my irony when I said "please go back, I can wait more". After the dark, there are prostitutes on the street between the metro station and the hotel, which made us uncomfortable with my wife and two daughters.
