Flott hotell med fin atmosefære og stil kort avstand til metro 0,7 km dette var et kjempekosligt hotell med 24rom + 3 rom i hagen og flott takterasse på 130m2 Frokost menyen kunne har vert mye bedre,veldig lite utvalg, sammenliknet med store hoteller jeg har budt på,men veldig hyggelig bekjening. |

lovely boutique hotel staff very friendly and helpful parking onsite free no iron not a great area no restaurants worth going to take about 30mins to walk to city centre |

I liked that it was a smaller hotel where you got to know the staff over the course of the week. They cleaned my room every day, fresh towels and sheets and that sort of thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The driver from the airport was driving outright illegal. Also, their website said they had a wonderful terrace on the roof which was one of the deciding factors for me choosing their hotel, however when we got there there were no cushions for the sofas up there, so it couldn't be used. |

Nice location (close to underground station), very nice residential area, beautiful building (former villa) with nice entrance and a garden. Room design is also very very nice! Breakfast is small, but good quality; it takes place on the terrace. We loved this hotel!!! One tiny thing: the tap in the bathroom makes strange sounds when you open cold water. |

Lovely building with excellent spotlessly clean rooms and very helpful english speaking staff. Nice quiet location but still handy for trasnsport. Nice outdoor space at cocktail bar. |

Beautiful hotel located just outside the centre of Rome in a quiet neighborhood. Metro station Bologna is about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was small but comfortable and elegantly decorated, with a beautiful view on the hotel garden. Everything was just perfect. |

Beautiful intimate hotel. Great, friendly staff willing to help with anything. Quiet location, nice gardens. It's a bit of a trip to the city centre. Not too difficult though with metro station nearby. And a bonus if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle etc. |

It's a beautiful hotel in a quiet location, and within reach of the major sightseeing and shopping areas in Rome. We were upgraded to a suite, so it was a perfect stay in a luxurious room. |

The staff was excellent! They were always pleasant and helpful. Our room was small but had a balcony large enough to sit out and enjoy the morning or evening. The breakfasts were excellent with scrambled eggs, various meats, cheese, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, and yogurts. Part of the eating area for breakfast was out on a deck facing a beautiful back lawn where you could listen to the birds and feel the breeze as you ate. Maria's constant smile and pleasant attitude added to the enjoyment even though she spoke not a word of English! As I said above, the room itself was small. It was also some distance from the center city. It took us about 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro. Once there it didn't take long to get to most sites of interest. However, after a long day of walking all over Rome, that 10-15 minute walk back to the hotel got longer and longer. |

Had a good room king size bed and great pillows on the first night and my daughter had a single room for 5 nights which ajoined a double room which was OK. Very modern clean good breakfast and 10 to 15 min walk from Metro Handy internet worked |

Hotel is very close to the metro which links to most major sites. The room was nice with a large deck to sit out on in the evenings All of the facilities listed were not there. there were no room service. No tea/coffee making and the bar was not always open and no english channels on tv. However I would stay again as good points outweigh the bad |

Excelent staff. Special thanks to miss Ramona and front desk crew. Exceptional placement, original stille vila in total harmony to the indoor design. Nice bootique hotel suitable for romance and stylish weekend escape. Small nice terasa can became crawdy at brecfast time from 8:30 till 9:30. Bath is not so generouse in space but still nice and in stylle. |

Happy helpful staff very friendly, Nothing was any trouble. Very attentive. This hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed with you last year. I especially liked the wall coverings. I hope "Ramona " has learned all the words of her song by the "Bachelors " " This is from George Purdy, (Joanne's & Gillian's father) If I am in Rome again I will use your hotel. All positive thoughts. No negative thoughts. I was only concerned about the heat level within the room, Very High. |

The Hotel was very good in a nice area and the room was very good, the breakfast was also very good. The only downside was the directions to get to the hotel from the metro bologna . straight up april 21 to memorial the left to carlo fea would be the best way. |

The staff were helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel the Concierge was able to rcommend and book tables at local restaurants. The rooms are fantastic - extremely clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms - wow! |
