That it was close to the coloseum. We booked the Romantic package LOL nothing romantic about it....cheap fizzy wine not champagne as advertised.....hotel food in the deal was poor to say the least, tasteless, bland & poorly presented....no care or passion in it at all not what you expect in Rome....it would have been better to have booked a cheaper hotel as then our expectations would have matched what we received!!!!!! |

We were pleasantly surprise when we enter the hotel, the location was good for us, we usually do a lot of walking and it also had a close access to the underground transportation. The employees were all pleasant and cordial. |

Overall decor was excellent. Stunning bar area with glass floor. Our room was a good size and very well furnished, as was the en-suite. All rooms that I saw had a nice contemporary finish, but some were very small. Bar staff were not very knowledgable and were rather slow. There was a serious shortage of glasses. Early morning noise due to elevator works was annoying. |

Location was good. Staff were bit hostile, didn't explain any of the facilities of the hotel, limited bar area, not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. |

It's location The room was very small, too hot the air conditioning didn't work and the bath room was too small however on returning to the hotel at the end of the week we we're given a superior room which was excellent in every respect. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for the metro. A short walk from the Coliseum/Roman Forum and It was very quiet at night despite having the windows open (because it was too hot in the room) so easy to sleep The room was very hot & stuffy. We mentioned this a few times, the porter told us to open the window, the hotel reception said it would be dealt with but the room continued to be very hot and we had to keep the window open all night (we were there for 2 nights) |
