I really loved the service! I came there with my aunt that had a birthday during our staying in the hotel. So the day before I asked a women on the reception to buy yellow tulips. Next morning at 9am they called me and said that they didn't find them in two shops so I cancelled the order. But after 20 minutes they called again and said they they found them and flowers would be delivered in 10 mins! =) So I presented a perfect bouquet of the flowers I ordered! =) The room was really clean, the minibar is full of very common food and drinks. The bar on the ground floor is amazing. And a very friendly and talkative bartender can make any coctail you order! Thу hotel is placed just 5 mins walking from the Colosseo and 2 mins from the metro station. So, for sure I will stay there again! Enjoy! =)

Room was tiny. Was not suitable for more than a weekend, even that was too long.

I was with wife and two daughters in leisure trip to Rome and we stayed at Eurostars Saint John. Very nice and helpful staff. Special thanks for Melika. Great Location, 20m to the metro station and less than a km to the Collesum. Good breakfast and the family enjoyed it.

Family room was small, however it was good for sleeping after busy days in Rome sites.

The location is great just on the edge of the city away from the crowds but still surrounded by lovely cafe bars, but still within walking distance of the city centre. Really friendly staff and clean. Great uk breakfast.

No restaurant of an evening and bar closing at midnight.

We had just perfect stay in this hotel. Great welcome, staff at reception just super and very helpful. They upgraded our room and we did not pay more for this. Our suite has a big terrace with fantastic view and big jacuzzi. Great location, metro, tram and bus stops are in 1 minutes walk. Huge range of breakfast options.

We had a wonderful stay in the Easter holidays. Great welcome, very nice staff who gave us great service. We stayed in a deluxe double room and it had a highly appreciated jacuzzi in the bathroom. Otherwise nice and clean, good breakfast with variety, and we were very pleased with the location. 10-15 minute walk to Colluseum and with the subway right by, it was easy to travel around.

-Porter at the door never offered any greeting or assistance with bags etc. -only one or two restaurants nearby -hotel bar never seemed to be open

The rooms were very nice, the bathroom very clean and new. Location is close to city center by the public transportation. Wifi is free and it's in the rooms too.

Bed was very uncomfertable, at check out staff tried to over charge which they rectified on my dispute, no room service, no airconditin in room. When requested to turn on the air condtion i got a very straight answer " no" not really sure how they advertise that they are 4 stars hotel. This is a service room without the service... All you get is just room cleaning per day and that's it. My advice look some where else.

Rooms & bathroom very clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke good English (much better than my Italian!)

The coffee from the machine at breakfast was not great, neither was the grated carrot that had turned grey...!

The room was really small. The wifi didn't work. I think it should be 3 stars at most...

The location was perfect and the room was very clean. Everything was ready for my family when we arrived. I just came right in paid for the room and sent my family to the room. The bed were the most comfortable in have been in since I been in Europe. It was extremely nice. The hotel was very close to the subway and once I parked the car we were able to hop on the train and go.

Parking was not collocated with the hotel. So I had drive about a block to central parking facility for several other hotels. However the parking attendant was nice and wasn't to bad of a walk maybe 2 minutes. If it were raining it could be a hassle.

A ten minute walk to anything including restaurants but for the price being so close to the Colloseum whilst so clean and relatively comfortable we really felt still good value.

Breakfast should be a bit better, only just few choices, bread isn't fresh, not enough vegetables and fruits

We were in room 102 and the internet service was horrible!!! Not only was it difficult to get a connection when we did it only lasted a few minutes and it was very slow. The free internet service was the only reason I selected the hotel. When we asked the staff questions such as, where we could locate a supermarket or where the closest bnl bank branch was located we were provided wrong information each time and spent lengthy walks around the area with incorrect directions to the locations which didn't exist. In addition, the staff was often times standing just outside the front door of the hotel smoking. I would recommend Rome to others but not this hotel.
