Obsługa, śniadania Żeby otworzyć drzwi do pokoju trzeba było zrobić to z dużą siłą. Nie działała telewizja. |

Komfort I dobra lokalizacja.Metro I busy "zrzut beretem". Obsluga sniadaniowa ponura, niekontaktowa, bez usmiechu. |

We did like the room and the size of it. Although we paid for classic size room we got the bigger deluxe size with more space and jacuzzi. (we stayed 9 days) Breakfast was very poor. Mainly because of the quality of goods. Coffee and scrambled eggs where absolutely terrible. At exactly 10 am all is cleared with loud music coming from the kitchen. Next time we book the same hotel without breakfast! |

The hotel was splendid, very spacious room with a bath tub and very nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful and the metro is 5 minutes away. |

The positioning of the hotel was very good, you can easily reach the colosseum and the other ancient ruins, and also in 5 minutes of walking you can reach the Manzoni metro station. Staff was helpful First fo all, walls are paper thin, the furniture looked very cheap, mini- bar very poor, breakfast was miserable (rubber taste cheese and cheap ham, coloured omelet, no taste coloured juice - orange juice wannabe, coloured water coffee). The payment for the bill with amex at the reception was impossible, the explanation was that the line was down. Definitely it is not a 4 star hotel |

The hotel was very clean and modern, and the room had a lot of space. Our room was cleaned daily, including the jacuzzi. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located only a few minutes from the Colosseum, and even closer to the nearest metro station (Manzoni) in case you didn't want to walk to the city center. We enjoyed our stay. |

People very friendly and helped us a lot. Room very nice and clean. There was even a bath in our room.Very good breakfast and good capucinos !!Very neer to the metro station and to the coleseo. |

The room was quite good, clean, fresh, with a/C and minibar, great hidromassage and large and confortable bed. The location is great, 5' from the metro station, 15' from coliseu - it's staying on a good neighborhood, contrasting with the Termini area. I recomend it a lot for good rest after explore the city! The staff was great giving you tips about transportations for the different parts of the city (metro and bus). Good breakfast! |

Excellent location close to Termini and to Metro and walking distance to Colloseum. We liked the minimal design and ambience as well as the staff was very helpful. Airconditioning!!!!!!!!!! We were on the 5th floor and the place was very hot!!! |

the hotel was in the neighbourhood of the centre of rome. it was easily to do everything by food the reception staff was very unfriendly. the costs of the parking were € 30,-- per night. that was more than was mentioned on the site. the breatfast was rather poor. |

It was very cosy and well designed room, very friendly staff and good breakfasts. Great location - just around the corner was Colosseum. School children outside (school just beside the hotel), just under our windows were very noisy. Midday nap was impossible. |

Rooms were clean and the interior design was relaxing and calming ,the staff were friendly . They recomended a restuarant round the corner that had a good menu and prices. The rooms were one the small side. The breakfast was the same everyday and not much choice the waiter was very miserable. |

Location-near Colosseum & Manzoni metro station. Jacuzzi bath & shower was very good. Very big bed with extra pillows.Also, I got engaged in the hotel:) Breakfast selection was limited. |

Clean and modern, nice lobby, helpful staff, good breakfast, updated bathroom, excellent location not far from the Colosseum and Forum, great price. Wireless internet was available for 20 euros for 24 hours, where the time could be started and stopped with each use. I had dinner one night at the Tempio di Mecenate in Largo Leopardi, a fairly short north on the Via Merulana. The room was small, barely larger than the king bed, and wireless internet did not reach the fourth floor, so I had to check email in the lobby. |

that it was centrale location and nearby metro en busstop the mess on the tables during the breakfast and lack of sufficent bread. and the people behind the servicedesk where not very polite |
