Location was good. Staff were bit hostile, didn't explain any of the facilities of the hotel, limited bar area, not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. |

It's location The room was very small, too hot the air conditioning didn't work and the bath room was too small however on returning to the hotel at the end of the week we we're given a superior room which was excellent in every respect. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for the metro. A short walk from the Coliseum/Roman Forum and It was very quiet at night despite having the windows open (because it was too hot in the room) so easy to sleep The room was very hot & stuffy. We mentioned this a few times, the porter told us to open the window, the hotel reception said it would be dealt with but the room continued to be very hot and we had to keep the window open all night (we were there for 2 nights) |

TV broken for the whole visit but no member of staff first advised us and second could not tell us why. When I asked for explanation or refund i was told this was not possible. Only one lift in the hotel that broke down on last day. No member of staff available to asist less mobile guests nor again again information not even notices on lifts to advise they were broken |
