Location Room was covered in dust. Staff were rude and when asked several times about attraction in Milan gave no advise. Seine entered my room as I was sleeping!!!

Do not stay at this hotel! It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I couldn't wait to leave. Shower didn't work, safe didn't work, bed was old and hard, sheets had cigarette burns on it etc etc

Location was very close to the central station. The double room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Due to availability I had to move to the "single economy" room. It was on the ground floor and almost seemed like staff quarters. I would not stay here again if this room was my only option. Also no windows in this room.

Good & helpful stuff, good breakfast, convenient location - close to Central Station Cold room, not hot water supply - only slightly warm... Old furniture, tv remote control weren't working both for the tv & receiver

I like the window in front of my bed, and color solutions of my room. I did not like noise from the ventilation sistem, absence the bath (jnly shouwer), small room and absence the socket near the bed.

Hotel is very well located. Quiet but very near to Milan central station. It was very clean and well maintained. The room was having a balcony breakfast was reasonably good. By European standards I found this hotel really comfortable and clean with clean bed sheets, pillows and towels. The bed was comfortable. The toilet was also big.

This old-fashioned hotel screams for redecorating the place, especially the rooms. However if you look for a reasonable price-quality ratio this hotel offers you a clean, spacious and silent room. The location is a 7min walk from the central station, with good connections to the Duomo. It is definitely not a 4star hotel.

The service at the hotel was quite friendly - so I got prompt replies on all the questions I had. The location is not far from the city center and of course Corso Buenos Aires - the biggest shopping street in Milan. The Wi-Fi that is promised to work in a room had a very low signal and had to be reconnected each 20 minutes.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel since it was near the central train station. The staff was rude and the room was not clean. Large stains all over carpet.

Location is excellent. Price is great (50 Euros for a night), with a last minute reservation.Room is spacious and very clean. Large bed for a single room (120cm wide). Free wi-fi connection Air-conditioning was too cold and I got a sore throat!
