The hotel has a good location. Clean, quiet, good facility. Breakfast can be better. Means food must be more different. We needed some evening food possibility in the hotel. In general we got fun. |

Close to the railway station, friendly staff. Breakfast a bit disappointing and view from room left a lot to be desired, but location made up for the rest. |

I like only one thing which was the short distance to the train station and the shopping center. The air condition was not working, they supposed to stop the reservation during the air condition unite changing and replacment. It was very terrible to spend these nights in an oven called a room. |

Location of the hotel is very good, and the room was tidy. Breakfat was delicious. Hair drier was out of order and the lock of the room wasn't good. |

Convenient location The receptionist aff tried to cheat me by offering a lower class room than booked. The appearance of the hotel rooms, breakfast and the overall service corresponds to 2 star hotel, not to 4 stars. |

It was close to the center & train station no restaurant (for a 4* it is really unbelievable) and the bathroom was in a poor condition: bath plug broken, mirror lights as well and no shower curtain. |

Breakfast was simple but good and the lady was really welcoming and sweet. Room was comfortable and bathroom had a good shower. Reception staff were arrogant and uninviting. Hairdryer didn't work and the 'double bed' was two singles pushed together. |

Nothing! ( I never go stay in this Hotel, Eu nunca mais vou ficar hospetado neste hotel ) Warning!!!! They change the price of booking only because they are full book, and say if you don't wont to stay, find another hotel. Imagine this happend, you only have two solutions: 1 - pay more or 2- find other hotel in one city that not is familiar. Never book in this hotel, find other.... |

The single room was onthe ground hall, at the back of the hotel, with its window at the height of 180 cm or more, really dark. A real dungeon, althought clear. The room was equiped to be used by handicaps, but compared to the normal rooms of the hotel it was a discrimination. We were really disapointed. |

location,service,I stay in milan 2-3 times a year in the same area for the last 4 years and try different hotels everytime but this was the best. morning food could be better |

Location was good. Not far from central station The room was dark no sufficient light in the room. My room was left without making it up for one day because of miss coordination between the house-keeping and the reciption. The staff does not speak english. The hotel does not have the 4-star standards. |
