Entrance from road difficult and at a first glance looks run-down (however - nicely renovated inside).

Very nice and warm welcome from the owner. Everyone was helpful and kind. Great view from the room. The room was very clean. It is near Rapallo. Free parking.

The breakfast was a little bit poor and the price was little excessive for a 2 star hotel

Fabulous location in the hills, but only a 15min walk into Rapallo using the shortcuts - though you'll need to get a taxi back. Amazing view from the balcony terrace... which we had to ourselves as there were only a few people staying - always best to go slightly out of season! The breakfast is simple - fine for the couple of days we were there.

This is a wonderful place! When you sit at the balcony you get the most fantastic view over the mediterranean Sea. There is a nice atmosphere in the house, both because of the house itself and very much because of the wonderful people having the place. They wanted to serve as much as possible. The place was very clean and nice. You need the car if you want to get down to Rapallo. Thank You for a pleasant stay!

Very warm welcome. Fantastic views over sea. Handy and safe parking. Owners going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. All our luggage was carried up the stairs. Quiet and peaceful (but May is low season). Highly recommended. Close to lovely coastal villages including Santa Marguerita and Portofino. Should have stayed longer.

The view from the deck was incredible. The signs to the hotel were very helpful and the free parking on site was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Perfect stay! Thanks so much!

Todo excelente. La vista inmejorable. El desayuno muy completo. La habitacion espaciosa y luminosa. El parking es amplio.Y sobretodo la atencion de Giacomo y Cristiana, muy atentos y serviciales. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Muy recomendable!

Una Panorama fantastico sul golfo del Tigullio, in collina a pochi Km da Rapallo, S.Margherita Ligure, Portofino o Camogli. C'è un'ampia terrazza con sedie e tavolini. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno consigliato una trattoria in centro dove abbiamo speso pochissimo e mangiato da dio!Disponibilità di parcheggio coperto nel giardino. Grazie

Court séjour très agréable, les hôtes sont très prévenants et sympathiques. Le parking pour la voiture est un atout car il est très difficile de se garer dans la région.

Piccolo angolo di paradiso in collina a 2 km dai centri di Rapallo e di S.Margherita Ligure. In questo Hotel la gentilezza e la disponibilità sono di casa. Bellissimo l'ampio solarium dotato di lettini. Stupendo il panorama sul mare. Disponibilità di parcheggio nel giardino dell' Hotel. Siamo veramente contenti di aver trovato un posto così bello !
