Hotel Primus Roma

I will leave Rome out of this because tastes should not be dwealt upon. Hotel Primus is located perfectly: 300m from 2 main railway stations: Ostiense (for Fiumicino Airport) and Lido (to get out to the beach) and Piramide Metro. The number 23 bus stops practically outside to take you to Trastevere and the Vatican or to Saint Paul's Basilica. The block around the hotel has a supermarket, 2 convenience stores, 3 pizza/pasta/kebab takeaways (all of excellent quality). 1 serves better pizza than in the centre of Rome and a Trattoria for a real taste of lovely Ma and Pa food at an extremely affordable price. The location makes everything perfect for an evening out on the town afterwards without having to spend an arm and a leg. The hotel is modern, clean and spacey. The breakfast buffet (as I have found over many years of travelling) is not just an extra. It's essential. Especially if you want to do a morning tour of some kind.

Extremely helpful and caring staff who did everything they could to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Location is very close to Ostiense railway and Piramide metro station, although a little far to walk to the main tourist sights. There are a number of really good restaurants nearby. Very good shower and airconditioning.

I liked the fact that it was close to the center, and was well connected with public transportation means.

The staff was fairly polite. When the metro passes by, the whole building is shaken and it's noisy. For a shower, the water turns too hot and too cold very easily. They make you leave the key at the desk by canceling it if you take it with you, but they don't inform you about it.

The hotel is located around cheap restaurants. The metro station is 400 meters away (not that close like i hoped so). The hotel is clean. Breakfast is Ok.

The hotel located 30 minutes from the 5 railways - from around 05:00-23:00 there is a train every 15 minutes. For those who light nap i recommend to stay away from this hotel. Breakfast is Ok - enough to start the day but served not in an apealing way. Internet is weak. In overall Hotel not worth 105 euro for double room.

Very strategic location, close to the airport bus stop and train station. Friendly young start ať the reception. Easy to reach in case of late arrival by plane.

Rally a bit noisy due to the trains. For couple of nights acceptable.

The location was very convenient, only a short walk from the Ostiense Railway Station. The breakfast at the rooftop was very good,with a choice of bread and ham. The room was clean and tidy. Our room was facing the road, not the railway track, and was much quieter. The rooms facing the railway tracks were very noisy (trains run throughout the night). The staff was helpful in showing us the location of the nearest supermarket.

The bathroom was very old, lack of shelves and the lights above the mirror did not work.

The thing about this hotel is that is near the Ostiense railway station and there is a metro station and a lot of buses nearby. The staff was kind.

The hotel is too close to the railway. We heard the trains all the time. And if you can't hear the trains you will feel a small earthquake. We received the room on the attic. There were some stains of water on the ceiling and a lot of dust on the floor. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room. The breakfast was served on the roof, so it was really noisy in the morning. The area is really dirty (Rome is dirty). The breakfast is poor. The same food every morning (butter, jam and croissants) We wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids.

The location is very close to the train station which is very convenient for us to catch the plane as early as 6:30 am. The place is quite safe and the assistant is warm-hearted and helpful,they even prepared the breakfast for us since we left really early. If you do not get off at Terminal Ostience,then it may cause you some problems to find the hotel because it is much farther than it has described to the Colosseum.The italian's english is really poor,so you'd better find your way in google in advance.

Good location: very close to Piramide line B metro station and Ostiense railway station fo Fiumicino airport, Trastevere and Testaccio areas for restaurant pubs and clubs for nightlife. Clean room

Bathroom (especially shower) not too big. Hotel is very close to railway so it's noisy even during the night. Walls between rooms are too tiny

pulizia ottima, staff gentile e posizione comoda

Io e le mie 2 amiche siamo arrivate all'hotel in tempi diversi e ciascuna di noi è stata accolta con disponibilità e simpatia. è stato piacevole il far colazione in terrazza. A pochi passi dall'hotel si trovano fermate di mezzi pubblici (autobus, metropolitana e stazione ferroviaria).

La vicina stazione ferroviaria porta parecchio rumore x I treni in corsa; fortunatamente di notte ci sono pochi viaggi e pertanto si riesce a riposare.

Las vistas desde la terraza al baticano, se podía oir la misa desde la terraza. Si os falta jabón podeis pedirle a un abuelete que hay en la primera planta, a nosotros nos dió un montón de champú y jabón... Tambien destacar lo bien que cerraban las puertas...

Que el minibar estuviera vacío, se echó de menos una botella de champan para recibirnos, eso nos llenó de tristeza...
