Very friendly staff, very near to the station. Very good breakfast served. BED BUGS !!! We were happy about the place, breakfast and friendly staff. But animals in your bed? Also the room was smelly from the kitchen odour. Also do remember that Termini is busy place and this hotel is right there with all the smell and strange people around. We were immediately moved to another hotel which was very comfortable and clean.

We felt we had made a good decision regarding the Hotel. We were afraid since it was so close to the transportation center it might be a little noisey. Room was clean, comfortable, breakfast in morning was very good. The staff assisted us with the tours and recommended a restaurant which was very good - ate their twice! We wold definetely recommend the Hotel and also would plan to stay there again when in Rome.

the hotel is very close to the Termini and to the airport transfer of Terravision. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was various, we were satisfied with it. The stuff was helpful. Inspite of the traffic there was any noise. The english skills of the stuff were a little poor, The room was dark.

close to train station The beds were old and uncomfortable. The rooms smelled of damp and dust when you put on airconditioning. The hotel takes in bus loads of students that run up and down the corridors at night so this makes the rooms really noisy. scafolding was all over the front of building. The description of the hotel did not match what was reality.

Excellent location right in front of Roma termini train station (bus to Ciampino and Fiumicino), underground and urban buses. Near Santa Maria Maggiore and Dioclecian Thermae. Good buffet breakfast. Ample room for two adults and two children. Room in good shape. Good price. Cleaning below beds could be improved.

The location and the brakefast are the only good things about this hotel. I reserved two single beds, they only had a double bed. During my stay (five days), I witnessed overbooking issues with other guests too. If you have allergy for dust mite, you should never stay in this hotel! The mold smell in my room made me sick every night, plus the bathroom smell was horrible. Do not stay is this hotel!! if you want to be next to the termini station, there are plenty of options.

Location, food was fair.Staff were fair. Hotel looks so good on internet pictures,but not impressive at all once your inside. There's a dark chalky dirt on wall where it meets the ceiling. There is no electrical outlet available in the room for any of our gadgets. The only available outlet was in the bathroom. The only outlet in the room was already occupied by all Italian language TV. Room was too small for 4 people. I reserved quadruple, room was too small for 4 beds. Beds were so uncomfortable, they were hard. We had no airconditioning,only central fan.Windows were soundproofed which rendered useless coz we had to open the window for get more cool air in the room,its noisy around Roma Termini.No lock in the bathroom,no WiFi which I expected.

Like the location . convenient , near termini station. The receptionist can't speak fluent english, and sometimes they don't understand english native speakers, which makes us quite frustrating. We have letter containing our train tickets sent to the hotel and confirmed by the sender. The staff later said they haven't received the important mail letter. We have to waste the tickets.

I liked the hospitality of the reception staff especially when we arrived from a tiresome journey from Venice. They were spontaneous in arranging our check-in and they provided finite tourist desinations that we could visit immediately and that we could make the most of our available time. Breakfast was great-somewhat reminded me of South Africa and the best we have had in 9 days. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Our luggage on the last day was in safe custody for at least 12 hours. The location is great-in close proximaty to all tourist destinations. I would certainly recommend the Madison Hotel to anybody who wishes to stay in Rome.

Breakfast was quite good and abandunt. Location just opposite Termini is an excellent advantage. The room was too small and stuffy. Too much heating even though we swithed the climitizer off! The tv in the room kept busting. In fact twice we had to call reception to send a technician.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent supply of breakfast food. Location is absolutely fantastic I.E. closeness to the Termini, to airport and other shuttle buses, taxis, tour buses and public transportation, to restaurants and shopping areas. Very clean room.
