Madison Hotel

near to the termini station, the room was big and good breakfast.

we arrived and had to move to another hotel, but paid the same and it was also nice, but a 4 min walking extra from the real madison hotel. the room was clean but it had ants, not a very nice thing when you leave food on the table..

*Lift too small & only one so had to wait for some tjme.*No Staff to help with luggage*Room numbering & direction given confusing & had dificulty in finding out room 537..* No Internet Connectivity.

The rooms were small but very clean. None of the TV,s worked ,in either romm nor on the open areas were there were large plasma tvs.The staff were very abrupt and very unhelpfull. On the day of check out the maids came into the romm at 8.00am and disturbed every one.

Everything!. Location is wonderful as across the hotel are buses to/from the Airport, zoo Marine, city buses station and the Rome central train station. Excellent outside noise barrier. Rooms are very quite. We had a huge bathroom. Everyday, we always had a stock of towels and they're always white and clean. Bedrooms are clean and beds are made/tucked nicely. The breakfast, my goodness, that was so wonderful! So many assortment. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I know I am coming back to Italy and I will stay there again and definitely recommend to anyone going to visit Rome.

I was looking for a hotel which will close to station. hotel is just walk way to termini station . and inside is good decoration as oldest way .

Perfect location, right next to Termini train station. Receptionist was friendly and very attentive.

The hotel is quite big. Finding your room can sometimes be a bit of an adventure. So, remember well, where your room is :-).

Location, Location and Location. This hotel is right opposite of the Termini station and surrounded by nice cafes. Its around 20 minutes walking distance from the major attraction e.g. Colosseum, Trevi fountain, etc. The staff was very nice.

The rooms are very congested. the bathroom was clean but very small. The TV never worked, the A/C was not cooling the room properly, especially in summer days. The breakfast menu is not good and same all day.

Very nice staff, big room, bathroom is spacious, new and clean, breakfast is generous and very good. Possible to leave the luggage in the luggage room after the checkout.

The breakfast in the morning was amazing! It was the best out of all the hotels in our trip. The bathroom was quite large and nice. The location is perfect as it is just beside the train station.

The only thing that I did not like about the hotel would be the old decor in the rooms. It needs some updating. Also, the bedspreads were really old.

My wife and I stayed at the Madison Hotel in Rome almost 30 years ago, in 1980. We were a little concerned to reserve a room this summer since we had not seen the hotel for that long a period of time, but our stay with you this year, far exceeded our expectations and our experiences so long ago. The condition and cleanliness of the hotel was superb, the friendliness of the staff was very welcoming, and the location, close to all the transportation hubs of the city, made our short visit to Rome an even more enjoyable experience than our last stay at the Madison, so many years ago. Please extend our thanks to all the staff responsible for making this such a memorable visit.

It was extremely close to Rome Termini. The room was comfortable and the staff were cordial and supportive in organising our tours so that there was no time wasted. Access to a laundromat on a side street was convenient.
