Its in the center of the city. yes, the room and amenities plus the reception person was not nice. No internet connection. The elevator and the hallway to the rooms are dark. The total atmosphere and ambience of the hotel inside is not relaxing and conducive to sleep and stay. |

Nothing much i like except for the location of the hotel The hotel receptionist is very unpolite when talking with the customers . The never show the sign of respect when talking . And it keep the customers passsport for more than 1 hours for checking in the hotel this is a bad choice. The room service very bad where we call for room service but it nvr appears. |

It is closed to Termini, where you can find a lot of bus lines to move around Rome Too dark and corridors are like a crazy maze |

Clean & comfortable. Right next to the Termini train station with supermarket, shopping & shuttle bus station directly opposite. Great base to tour Rome. Tiny lift. Two single beds joined together and passed off as double room. |

I liked the friendly staff, at reception and housekeeping. The room was really comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. It was great to be able to book online and it's location was perfect. The only problem I had, and it wasn't the hotel's fault was that I didn't have an adaptor with me for the Italian sockets. The elevator was a little scary but I got used to it! |

i stayed at madison hotel for nights with my parents in a triple room. It was a very good size, with a really big bathroom. It was also clean and the location was great. If i'm being picky, i would point out the bathroom door didn't close properlym although that wasn't much of a problem for us. Also, the walls in our room were starting to wear a bit. |

Ideally located just opposite the Termini Station, where you can get the Metro around Rome for just 4euro each for the whole day. Shops, Restaurants and Chemist in the Station also The room was very stuffy and had a damp musty smell and the beds smelt also. |

The staff and proximity to Termini station Room was too dark with only a tiny window looking onto a courtyard surrounded by 4 high walls, all blocking light. Refrigeration system of mini bar did not work. Telephone did not work |

The staff worked very hard to accommodate us and get the extra bed worked into a room for us. The location to the train station was excellent. The water was not drinkable and the little notice stating such was not large enough or apparent. |

The train station is across the street, and the Metro connects there too. Lots of places to eat too. Hotel has an elevator and a luggage room. The buffet breakfast was the same choices every day. |

Stay was good. Man at the reception was very helpful. Hotels proximity to railway station was a big advantage. Overall a good hotel. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Same stuff every morning no variation. |

The cleanliness of the room, the services offered and its central position A very minor observation, which did not really affect me, would be that the breakfast area (rooms) is somewhat cramped. But the buffet breakfat is excellent. |

This hotel is very central, comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I recommend it to friends. The noise coming from the internal yard. You have to keep the window closed. |
