Location is excellent, we used the train for a one day trip to Napoli and also tourist sightseeing bus - all "tourist stuff" was nearby the hotel. I can't stay in this hotel with all my family because my daughter is allergic. The walls are in Madison are covered with textile and it's not good for people who have allergy to dust /small bug who live in dust/ |

It was a wonderful surprise--just a few steps from the train station and a fantastically beautiful room and bathroom. The shower was like a car wash--fun--and the bathroom marble. |

The location could not have been better. The Airport connection to Ciampino dropped me off 20m from the front door and my friend, who flew into Fiumicino, got the train to the Central station (Termini) which was across the road from the hotel. The soundproofing was excellent so we could not hear any noise from the street or the station. Ideal location for exploring the city. Breakfast was poor. Not a problem as there was an excellent inexpensive coffee shop in Termini. Our room flodded one night. We were moved to a much smaller room and then to another good room next day. Not nice but the hotel did not charge us for that night. |

Location, 100m from the termini station. Staff is nice and informative. Room is super super small, we booked a twin room but indeed we believe that they gave us a single room with an additional bed. The door to the room could not be fully opened!! though the bathroom is relatively spacious. |

reception staff were very helpful with information and reccomendations for places to eat and go. the serving staff at breakfast were prompt and quick to replenish items at the extensive continental buffet. The room we got had a view of the steam pipes! But since we weren't in Rome to enjoy the room views, we were ok with it. The ensuite bathroom and amenities was clean and promptly tidied! |

The hotel location was extremely convenient for us since it was practically across the street from Termini station which is very convenient as a starting point to move around the city. One thing that really annoyed us was the absence of a shower curtain. Things get messy!! |
