Close to Termini Station and the Historical Centre of Rome. Simple, clean, and efficient. The king size bed had two separate mattresses. It was not very stable. Also, there's no vent in the bathroom. |

Hotel was well located for travel around Rome. The staff were polite and friendly No Room Service - Also hotel did not seem to know anything about the booking system that we used so there was some confusion when checking out. |

Good location and breakfast They crammed 4 of us into a double room for our first night, with one bed even occluding the opening of the door! Is this compliant with local safety regulations?! |

The Air conditioning worked, the breakfast was good , clean room , very central and easy to find. Staff was helpful. The AC, even if i disconnected mine to sleep i could still ear the noise from the room next door. The cleaning in the morning was noisy, it was impossible to stay sleeping a bit longer.At night the location is not the better and it made me go to sleep earlier. |

Excellent reception staff, very good for access to other areas of the city, very convenient when arriving by train. The shower in the room was very cramped although the bathroom decor was good the shower spoilt the overall effect. Coffee at breakfast was not good |

The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel is in good condition, and elegant for the price. Good breakfast is served, even hot if you notice yourself that this can be asked for . Having travelled a lot for fun and business, I would definately stay at this hotel again and recommend it. The hotel rooms are dark as they have window blindes which cannot be opened from inside. However the main street beside railway station outside is noisy anyway, so better to stay in dark room. However the later does not really matter if one is on sightseeing in the city, as only in hotel in evening and morning anyway. |

Excellent location directly in front of the railway station, good value for the money. Well english speaking and friendly staff at the reception. Only the breakfast - Coffee was not really that what you expect from coffee especially in Italy. Lack of fresh fruits or vegetables. |

One of the receptionists is very helpful. He provide us the necessary information The temperature of the shower room was difficult to adjust. Either was too hot or too cold. No Air-Con in the room. We felt very warm in the hotel room |
