Vi valde detta hotel för dess läge nära Roma Temine eftersom vi kom sent och skulle fortsätta med tåg till Neapel. Det kändes väldigt otryggt med dessa labyrinter på våning 6 för att ta sig fram till sitt rum! Hur hitta ut vid ev. brand? Vi upplevde det som att man vid ev brand var fångad i en fälla. Stor nackdel. |

Då fick ett annat hotell än just Madison men med samma ägare kan jag bara säga hur det var på det vi fick, vilket var helt okej. Rummet var fint och stort. När vi kommer till Hotellet får vi reda på att det är en dubbelbokning gjord! Mycket dåligt att de inte hör av sig om det tidgare till oss.. Vi fick dock ett likvärdigt hotell ganska nära. |

Nära till Termini, Roms största järnvägs- och tunnelbanastation. Bra personal. Frukost varierar inte. Man blir trött på den efter två dagar på hotellet. |

Centralt och bra läge till tågstationen, bussar och T-bana, samt bra utgångsläge för rundvandring i Rom, Livsfarligt boende vid ev eldsvåda! Väggarna är inklädda i någon nylonaktig tapet, som med all säkerhet är övertända på en sekund!! |

Låg mycket nära järnvägsstationen. Hyfsad frukost. Väldigt trångt på dubbelrummet,luktade fukt på toaletten. |

The hotel was close to the termini train station which was convenient for our travel back from naples and following day access to airport. although decor modern, the layout of room and bathroom was not well designed. very difficult to get to toilet as whole bathroom was very cramped. |

the coffee machine with good coffe! hotels location It was clasified 3 stars but hotel deserve 1/2. i made a booking for deouble roombut the room was with two single ones( twin room). |

convienient to train station, clean, great value for the money the check in process scared me, as the clerk wanted to hold passports in a stack on desk while he processed rooms. did not want to leave my passport unattended by front door. they need to change this policy |

The hotel is too near the train station, so there are always some poor and perhapse dengerouse people outside. Besides, we could feel strange smell in our room. |

Location was excellent, right across the street of Rome Termini railway station, breakfast was very good, staff was friendly They needed an hour to give me back my passport (after three times asking for it, they finally decided to just make a copy of it...), few power outlets in the room, no internet access, no potable water. |

Verry close to Termini node stations. Very clean, and for a familly with two kids i've got a big room with 4 beds. The breakfast is good. |

Easy access to train, bus and shops/restaurants. Room seemed to be very recently renovated, so everything looked clean and new. Very adequate breakfast and extremely friendly/helpful staff in the dining room. As stated in other reviews, they offered to move us to another hotel just a "3 minute walk" away (actually, 4 blocks down) which we refused. Being right opposite the train station was the main reason why we picked this hotel, so why would I move away for the same rate even if the other room might be better? Some other minor gripes include a) water flowing onto the bathroom floor due to bad design of bath/shower b) shaky/tiny elevator |

Convenient location,easy access to everywhere using local bus or metro lines. Large comfortable rooms,large bathroom. The Terravision bus for Ciampino Airport leaves right in front of the hotel. No WIFI. |

Breakfast was so nice that we had sandwiches and cruasans with us for the day time. Rooms are quite good. Housekeeping team and waiters were so nice. Rooms are small for a family. And when we book the room as a double there was no other chance as a couple,they booked a room with 2single beds.Finally they find a solution to make it double bed. |

I did not like anything about the hotel except the location The staff was poor, they could not respond to the needs of the costumers. They do not know english. The breakfast was awful. |
