Hotel Princess  

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff. Prices adequate.

Bad location. Its about 20 minutes walk to Metro Cornelia and then about 6 stops until you go to City center. But It is ok if you are with a car because the parking is free. Very thin walls, you hear everyjting whats ongoing in adjacent rooms.

Not very easy to locate the hotel .

Staff was excellent - breakfast was good - free parking/Internet was great too! Front desk tried very hard and were very helpful (maps, directions, advice, etc).

Very thin walls (like most Italian hotels). Kind of a long walk to metro station (20 mins).

Very clean, the breakfast is a buffet and the food excellent. The staff is friendly.

The room opens with an access card that you have to use to start the electricity so if you're not in the room you can't charge anything. There are only two plugs in the entire room. If you have say a laptop, a camera and a phone, tough luck. The shower is fixed on the wall high up and it's almost impossible to wash without getting your hair soaked every single time. The room has only one row of heavy curtains, so you either have no light, or the people in the adjoining hotel see right into your room. And last but not least, the internet is terrible and you only get a connection in the lobby.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the location - especially if you are with a car and you want to spend a day in the city. The free parking, location next to the ring expressway and short walk to the metro are an advantage.

Compared to other hotels in Rome with similar locations and prices - it is really very poor - rooms are looking very bad, beds are very uncomfortable, the noise isolation for neighboring rooms/corridors is very poor. As we entered the room, all we wanted is to really spend minimal time there...

Car parking was Free and free Wifi

We arrived at the hotel late evening and noticed the hotel needed a lick of paint, we booked a family room, which was one big room with 2 double beds, not very convenient if you have kids, the breakfast in the morning was an acquired taste. The Hotel is 25 minutes walk from the nearest metro near the end of the line. The morning we were checking out I found a pet in the room (Cockroach) and I had to pay an extra tax of 24 Euros for 4 people for 2 nights. This Hotel is better suited to backpackers and school trips on a budget who like pets.

Location is far away from the train station. Local bus is always crowded. Walk from bus stop is quite far away. Hotel did not have free WiFi, and the paid WiFi service at the lobby is down for the entire three nights stay.

En general, bastante justito en todo. Personal de cafetería antipático, recepción bien.

I materassi sono comodi

L'arredo è un po' old fashion ma l'hotel è pulito. Purtroppo I muri sono di cartone, si sentono le voci (anche se basse!) delle persone che soggiornano nelle stanze accanto

La cordialità dello staff. A pochi metri dal centro congressi Ergife.

C'era una sola presa della corrente in tutta la camera ed era per la tv. Impossibile ricaricare 2 cellulari. Phon in bagno scarsissimo e poche amenities (no cuffia per la doccia).

Molto cortese e preparato il personale. Buona la colazione. Ottima posizione a circa 1 Km dalla fermata della metro con disponibilità di parcheggio.

Struttura un po vecchia... Ma tenuta abbastanza bene.

La cura dello staff

Le camere sono più da 3 stelle che da 4 stelle. Collegamenti con la metro carenti

Scarsa insonorizzazione della camera verso l'esterno (camere adiacenti e ambienti esterni dove la rumorosità delle macchine frigorifere disturbano la quiete notturna). Consiglio di sostituire gli infissi e migliorare gli oscuranti per non ricevere la luce diurna proveniente dalla finestra. Ventola aspirazione del bagno rumorosa. Impianto elettrico camera da migliorare (presenti pochi interruttori di sezionamento). Letto matrimoniale formato da due materassi singoli...orrore!! Impensabile cascare su queste cose, per un albergo a 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più, molto di più!
