la habitacion era confortable

la ubicacion es terrible esta muy lejos del centro roma y de las rutas de transporte publico , y el trato de la recepcion es espantosa.

La amabilidad del personal de limpieza. El desayuno.

Mucho ruido, mi habitación estaba al lado de algún lugar en que trabajaban. La habitación estaba siempre limpia pero Había en momentos un olor muy fuerte como a drenaje, por la noche me llegó a despertar el mal olor. El personal de recepción poco acogedor

Excelente ubicaci{on, economico y reservado. Lejos del bullicio del centro.

No hubo variedad en el desayuno... Todos los diaS igual.

La atención del personal y las instalaciones son buenas en relación al precio.

El acceso para tomar el metro es dificil porque primero hay que caminar 500m. desde el hotel para tomar un autobús que nos lleva a la estación más cercana del metro. El desayuno se anuncia como bufett pero en relidad es muy básico y todos los dias es igual.

En general, bastante justito en todo. Personal de cafetería antipático, recepción bien.

The Staff was very firendly and rooms are big enough and clean.Breakfast is good and Restaurants are about 5-10 minutes by walk.

Rooms are not quite and you can hear your neighbour without any problem.The nearest metro station (Cornelia) is about 15-20 minutes by walk and if you have a big luggage it's better to take a taxi from there and in 5 minutes you are arrived.

The room was spacious. Parking was readily available.

Hotel was quite old. Rooms were not very clean. Not much of a breakfast spread, although they did make us some scrambled eggs on request. Far from city centre.

I did get a good deal so I would recommend to anyone looking for a good value hotel in Rome.

Noisy, very basic accomodation. For Americans a cross between a motel 6 and a basic old Holiday Inn. Claimed 4 stars but I would give it 3 at most.

Nothing. Service was horrible. Rooms smeeld like smoke. Location was not central. Overall disaster!

This was the most horrible experience with hotels in Italy. Check in was terrbile. although we arrived first and were working with the only attendant at the desk. Once two patron came from their room to the desk, the attendant stopped working with us to attend to them. We had to wait ten minutes before the attendant completed checking us in. This was very rude and unprofessional. Had we not prepaid through Booking.com, I would have found another hotel. The room smelt like smoke. They refused to change the room for us since we used the toilet. There are so muany more things I can say. I will definitely NOT be returning to this hotel.

2 star hotel with air conditioning,poor breakfast as in all Italy.

Hotel is very quiet, so it is pleasure to rest after long, full of immpressions day in the city of Rome.Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpfull. We liked that in the room was safe, to keep expensive things safely.

We didn't like that all days breakfast was the same.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay very much. the breakast was very nice we also enjoyed having a swimming pool near us in addition the staff were very freindly. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

I thought everything about the hotel was great and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

It is in good location.

It is very poor, bedrooms without luxury, and internet too slow, only 1 AC jack work fine.

Family room with 2 double beds instead of 1 double bed and 2 singles. If it is a family room, 2 double beds does not make any sense. Noise from a/c pipes, inside the room, could occur at any time of day (includes night) and last several minutes. The outside and surroundings of the hotel could be better preserved (painted), cleaned (dust on many windows), and taken care of (removing and replacing old structures)

the staff at this hotel are its best asset,they cannot do enough for you . anything we asked for or asked them to do for us was done with politeness and efficiency .

Our room was ok ,with private bathroom but no complimentary shower gels , though there was shampoo and bars of soap . not tea or coffee making facilities in the room . the only mirror in the room is the bathroom mirror , which does not give a full lenght image There are written instructions in the room asking guests not to use there own electric appliances , but although there is a so called hair dryer inthe bathroom . it is not possible to style a ladies hair using that . also when clothes are taken out of a suitcase they need ironing , there was no ironing facilities . Breakfast was dissapointing , just bread rolls ,coissants, tinned fruit cocktail ,tired scrambled egg and burnt backon on the first morning , no egg or bacon on the second morning . no healthy optoins at all no fresh fruit or muslie just cornflakes , rice crispies ,or co co pops . no toaster . orange juice served from a machine , wich resembled coloured water rather than orange juice . tables in the dinning room that had not been cleared when vacated by other diners . Out side the hotel looked like a junk yard , Old hotel matresses piled up against a wall at the back of the hotel, near the swimming pool , which we were not able to use as there was a disgusting cover over it . presumably it had been there over winter and had not yet been removed . it does say in the information on the hotel that use of pool is in summer months . we were there on 10th june -12thjune , when is summer in Rome The outside of the hotel both front and back is in a very run down state . concrete planters at the front of the hotel wich at this time of year should look there best were broken with sad looking plants in them . not a very inviting appearance at the front of a hotel . We would not stay at this hotel again .

The price is fair

The floor of the room was dirty with many ants.The swimming pool is out of work inspite of hot weather.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff. Prices adequate.

Bad location. Its about 20 minutes walk to Metro Cornelia and then about 6 stops until you go to City center. But It is ok if you are with a car because the parking is free. Very thin walls, you hear everyjting whats ongoing in adjacent rooms.

The breackfast was very limited
