the standard was high The food was poor quality and expensive. It is adverdised with a pool, and the pool was empty and damaged. |

Nothing The hotel is very very old, quite far from the city center and from Vatican as well! In the rooms they have so noisy air conditioner that if you want to sleep you have to turn it off !!! You have mini bar in the room, but empty. So if you need something to drink you have to go on 2nd or 5th floor to take it from the machine. And they classify their self at 4 star hotel?! |

The staff were very helpfull. The location details are very inaccurate. more like 8km to city centre. 30 minute walk to the Metro. Facilities are in desperate need of modernisation. The room view was the concrete wall of a storage building. |

the rooms were comfortable and reception staff very helpful the pool was broken and we recieved the email only a day or so before we got there. |

La chambre était propre et bien entretenue. Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable. La piscine de l'hôtel était fermée alors que le temps était ensoleillé avec 32°C !!! ceci au milieu du mois de juin, incroyable! La climatisation de la chambre est un peu bruyante. |

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La metro dista 500m. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite, l'ideale per chì in albergo ci deve solo dormire. |

comodita' del letto struttura assolutamente non adeguata alla classificazione di 4 stelle, nel frigo bar nemmeno una misera bottiglia di acqua..totalmente deserto, uno scandalo ma come si puo' considerarlo un 4 stelle!!!!!!!!!!! |

Nonostante nel sito fosse scritto che la piscina sarebbe stata aperta nella stagione estiva, a tutto il 7 giugno questa era chiusa e presentava squarci che non lasciavano intendere una imminente riapertura. Il frigobar in camera era vuoto, cosa inaccettabile per un hotel a 4 stelle. Da un giudizio generale l'hotel non rispecchia affatto la sua categoria. |

De kamers waren schoon. We hadden een goede airco. Het zwembad bleek kapot te zijn en niet in de maak, terwijl we ons daar ontzettend op hadden verheugd. Personeel begroette ook niet altijd bij verlaten en binnenkomst. Eindje uit de stad. Bewust voor gekozen omdat er een zwembad was. Omdat we daar niet gebruik van konden maken was het toch een beetje een domper. |
