Wonderful location close to Termini train station and a huge selection of restaurants. Also in a central position for walking to all the tourist sites if Rome.
Can be noisy.
Close to central station, metro, cafés, restaurants and sights. Very safe. Lovely helpful staff.
Perhaps a little noisy..but ..we were right next door to reception.
Very nice staff. Although the room was not so big (single room) but it's all properly equipped and very clean. Location is great, close to two metro stations Repubblica and Termini (which is also the central train station) and unlike some other areas around Termini, it is not so chaotic.
My window was right above the street so there could be some noise.. but nothing excessive
The doors of the hotel closed after 11pm (I think), which is good for seurity issues, but the recention would let you into the building only before 2am! Check out at 10am
The hotel is really close to Termini Station.
The room was in front of the street and that was really noisy
Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel was easily accessible to various attractions. The gentleman that manned the front desk was very accomodating and very helpful in providing good tips and suggestions on places to eat and must sees. They made us feel like family. Ended up booking another 5 days for end of trip.
Found the shower stall a bit to small. Entrance to hotel was a pain, lugging heavy luggage up the steps.
Large room, clean and cool.
Window looked right into a news/snack stand.
Great location - it is easy to get to the city centre and about 3 min walk to Termini station. Neighborhood is safe. Small but clean bathroom Good quality/price ratio
Noise from the outside - the window looking at the back yard and noise coming form exhaust all the time Extra firm pillows There was only one electrical outlet in bathroom
The location was great and staff very helpfull. Air conditioning.
The only window of the room overlooking a huge air conditioner of another building.
This is a family run hotel that makes of the price/quality ratio its best allied. In my opinion, this is the perfect solution for all that people that stay in Rome just only or a few days, its few meters walk from the central train station Roma Termini and only one km walking from the Fontana di Trevi and so on. I have been 15days in Rome but only 1night in this hotel, and have been the best deal in a term of quality/price perspective.
The hotel is near the bus and train station. The staff is friendly but does not speak much english. The rooms are very clean.. fair value for short stay. You will find better for the same price.
The rooms are very noisy. Please avoid room #13.you will have a snack just in front of the Windows. You won't be able to sleep until 3 AM. No breakfast for the price.
Nice hotel in a good location. Far enough away from the railway station Rome Termini (you don't want to stay near there) and very close to Repubblica (a beautiful place with a convenient metro station). The hotel was good, with everything we needed. There were three of us in a triple room. The room had a very good air conditioner and the shower had lots of hot water.
Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Very good value for money. Had no problems.
If I was being picky the rooms had older plug sockets so Euro adapters didn't work. This was easily fixed by a trip to the shops but is something to look out for if you want to be prepared.
Very good location near the train station and the main attractions. Friendly staff. Clean room. I would recomend this hotel for solo travelers who prefere private bathroom.
The reception close in the evening and the main door is locked at night, so I couldn't get out easly at night specially that I smoke and i might leave the room twice at night. The wifi connection is so moody and stops working for few hours everyday for unknown reasons
Pretty much everything was really good
There are some aspects of security which need some thought. Could very easily be improved. Happy to speak to hotel about it. Don't want to post it and make it obvious.
Its right at the busy streets of Rome with shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. It was also very close to Roma Termini or the main train station in Rome. The room was big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and very clean. The staff were very nice and very kind.
1. The hotel was difficult to find when we arrived in Rome 2. The old guy manning the hotel was very very nice but the only problem was that he could not speak a single english which made things very difficult for us 3. There was no breakfast which was sad.
Intermittent wifi depending on time of day. Absent after about 10:40
The room was very nice. The facilities were perfect. Super close to the train station and a lot of restaurants. We walked everywhere, but there was also a bus and underground station a block away. Would recommend.
You have to be buzzed into the hotel every time you want to come back in. The people working there never acted like it was a bother but we felt a little annoying to them.
Staff and location
Every night we were woken up several times by the outside noise.
The rooms are spacious and clean, close to everything including train station, bus, food and shopping.
Wifi didnt work well in the far off rooms. When the toilet flushed shortly after a horrible scary pipe rattle could be heard as you settle back into bed.
Rooms were quite spacious
Hotel had bedbugs! Extremely overpriced.
The room was big and clean, and very nicely decorated. we had air condition and a tv. the location is great. 5 mins from Termini station, 5 mins from the piazza of republica and 20 from city center (walking). The stuff is nice and helpful.
There was no safe of refrigerator.
Great location, very nice hotel, clean and very welcoming staff, helped us a lot.
A bit noisy area, but not that problematic
my name is Zafeiris and i stayed for 4 nights with my girlfriend. The hotel was on a really good location right next to Termini (buses, Metro , trains). The room and the bathroom were nice and very clean, they cleaned them every day. The woman at the reception, named Karmen was really welcome and helpfull!!! She helped us to learn Rome by the map and find the most beautiful places to visit. She also showed us good restaurants and gelaterias to enjoy good food and icecreams. we were having breakfast outside so we didnt mind that the hotel didnt include one.
we stayed on a raining period and we needed a little heat in our room. Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn't working, i don't remember why. But in general terms our staying was really good.
- central location - friendly and helpful staff
- TV didn't work - bad isolation of room and noisy
