In the historic center and just over a quarter mile from the cathedral and Milan’s main shopping areas, the NH Collection Milano President is a stylish modern hotel with free Wi-Fi.

Score from 2520 reviews Excellent
Very friendly staff, lovely room (Aqua di Parma products in bathroom), nice bar, superb breakfast. Also perfect dinner, however a little bit expensive. Free shuttle service to center of Milan is ideal. We will come back...
Welness with 1 swimming pool, 1 sauna and 1 steambath can be more but for a city hotel one does not expect more...
Plush and luxurious, just as you would expect from The Dorchester Collection. Staff superb and unobtrusive.
Bed a little too firm, but, a soft mattress topper provided without fuss.
very accommodating on our requests Free WiFi
long corridors with steps.
Principe Di Savoia is a great hotel; however, what really stands out is their concierge service. I simply asked them to book me for 5 nights for dinner in trendy restaurants, and they took care of everything. We had an amazing dining experience every night of our stay.
Luxury, comfort, style, location
no kettle in the room, which is a huge inconvenience and no significant cost for the hotel to provide, and, having to pay Euro 19 per day to use the wifi for more than one device . . this is a technical failure in the modern world, and inconvenient
Breakfast Concierge Service
Waiting for Breakfast in the Morning. Breakfast Room was small and congestioned.
Cosy and opulent
Ridiculously high cost if extras Breakfast 45euros each No free wifi No tea or coffee making facilities
breakfast is amazing
Behaviour of staff specially in concier but this may reflect the overall attitude of Italians in such business!!!!
The reception staff was nice and very helpful when I checked in. room service staff as well were very nice.
Wifi coverage was very poor in my room. even when I paid for it I wasn't able to have my work video conference easily.
Drinks at bar highly overpriced
Milano is great for art's business. I have been there working and i used a lot the business center. The staff there has been very helpful and competent.
best hotel I've been so far in Italy. perfect customer's service, nice rooms, beautiful interiors. convenient location.
Politeness always pleasures me, unfortunately it is not there everywhere. All the staff I met in this hotel was very kind, helpful and polite. Traditional Italian hospitality, amazing food in the restaurant and quality environment make this place a perfect one to rejuvenate.
Controlling the temperature in the room was challenging. The control was not easy.
The food was outstanding. Best hotel food ever.
The conceirge was unreliable
Personnel service excellent! The breakfast perfect!
The price of the parking is very expensive, 3 days 150€ !!!!!!!!! crazy!!!!!!!!!!!
Staff, large, quiet, well-appointed rooms.
Prices on in room dining.
cost of the breakfast
the charged wifi speed is very high and only 9 euo per day. and breakfast is rly full and look nice.
parking fee is too high that is 50 euo per day!!
The hotel was close to the train stations or accessible transportation. The Plazza was walking distance which was convenient.
The hotel location isn't near any local bars or restaurants that were open. The stay was marvelous but coming home late from our travels we were quite hungry or thirsty for a night cap. Also, accessibility for the shuttle pick-up was confusing. I was able to get assistance via Email.
Not much. I repeat for supposed 5 star very ordinary. Stupidly expensive with no special benefits. Simply pricey to keep riff raff out. And cap it if charging 60 euros for new Zealand wine worth about 12.
As above for the price ( my husband and I travel extensively and prefer 5 star) nothing special. Rock hard bed, tiny room, sound of trams and airplanes. Bar prices just plain silly. Go elsewhere.
Rude staff Robbery in room Lack of assistance Refusal to show cameras
