サービスは素早くてエレガントです ベッドにチョコを置いたりしてしゃれています 部屋には大型テレビといちいち高いが充実したミニバー シーツもタオルも全て毎日変えてくれ スリッパはふかふかの金の刺繍入り ハンガーも多くソファはふかふかで 面白い体験でした 本館と別館があり、別館は内部はクラシックだが外観はちゃち（笑） 何をするにもお金がかかる 食事やその他はホテルのランクからしてこれで普通だと思うが細かい所迄いちいち他所より高い価格を取るので多少居心地が悪い。クラシックなホテルの雰囲気自体を楽しむには良いがビジネス四つ星と比べると なかなか不便なものだなと思った こういうホテルが好きな人向きでしょう。価格は安い方でした 泊まっている人間も普通 |

以前に比べて、ホテルアメニティの簡易さが目に入りました。このホテルで一泊の後、ベニス・ウェスティンヨーロッパ＆レジーナ、フィレンツェ・サボイ、ミラノ・メリディエンガリアと周りましたが、高級ホテルとしてはもっとアメニティの点数を増やし、おしゃれな包装と置き方に工夫があればと思います。アメニティの充実度がとくに女性のお客様の気持ちをひきつけるのではないでしょうか。ガリアよりは充実していないと・・・。 |

The room is very nice the free shuttle to the shoppig area the indoor swimming pool the TV chennels cover most probably all regions Just to fix new AC instead of the existing hot one |

The concierge staff were very helpful and courteous and we loved the nibbles with the pre dinner drinks ! Reception area.....I appreciate you are upgrading the area but I would like to have been informed about this beforehand. |

beautiful hotel with great fitness facilities; nice rooms; great amenities; very good service (limousine to get to and back the very center) my room was a bit noisy and the renovation was not complete so I couldn't enjoy the full beauty and grandor of the place |

Style of the hotel,very helpful staff, great breakfast, complemantary limo transfer to the city centre. Very "old Europe" luxury experience. Prices in the bar are a bit over the top, e.g. 15 € for a slice of cake. |

beautiful hotel, very old europe. Being refurbished. Nice size rooms, quiet, good service. Nice spa. Close enough to the center. they contested the booking.com booking and tariff both on arrival and departure. Unpleasant even if quickly resolved. |

Extremely luxurious room. Beautiful marble clad bathroom. brilliant central location. sumptuous bar with delightful pianist accompaniment. all food extremely expensive €35 for breakfast. not pre warned about construction work in hotel. |

We liked the piano bar, excellent music and lovely bar. We liked the bedroom, beutifully furnished and equipped. Bathroom excellent. Lovely smellies. Staff excellent. We didnt like the price of breakfast which was over the top. the price of breakfast. |
