One of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in (and far from the most expensive). There was even a kitchen in a closet, though there did not seem to be pots/pans. The staff were very patient in helping me sort out several issues. Wireless did not work when I was there. |

Great space, presentation, helpfull + friendly employees, nice breakfast. Very central but at the same time, in a quiet area. This is a charming, solid 4* hotel. Only problems I had was with the taste of the closet painting (very very kitsch) and the small bathroom. However,would go back again. |

Nice breakfast, well organized hotel. Central and nevertheless quiet. Clean and tiny. Rooms are much more simple than expected from the pics in the Internet, slightly worn out. Bathroom very narrow, mountings slightly worn out. |

The location is very good, near to the centre but still in a quiet area. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is closed permanantly, The rooms are dark and dreary and the room we stayed in had a wardrobe door at least 5 ft wide and hinged on the wrong side making access impossible |

The breakfast that was included in the price of the room was outstanding as was the service. The location of the hotel was in a safe, interesting, upscale part of town. The bathroom was very clean, but the room needed to be painted, the curtains on the windows needed a cleaning. Lots of dust under the bed and on the back edges of the mattresses. I always prefer a pillow liner on the pillow before a pillowcase is put on. This at least prevents you from seeing stains left by previous guests. A little extra attention to these details would make a big difference. |

Hotel fine but not great for £100/night. Not that impressed with Palermo or the rain so that probably didn't help! Bathroom very big with good shower (no bath). Otherwise fairly standard average hotel room, nothing special. Lounge area downstairs was impressive with antique chairs and desks etc. Lots of options and unlimited food for breakfast from a buffet which makes a change in Europe! Rooms non descript and could have been anywhere in the world, door a bit thin but no noise at night, pretty easy walk to the centre of Palermo. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially a Receptionist called Helen. We had real problems finding a car to hire during the Easter weekend, but she kept trying local companies until she found us a car. We are very grateful to her! |

L' ensemble est agréable en particulier le décor accueil, salon , salle à manger. Superbe petit déj. La chambre était avec douche uniquement, cela devrait être précisé dans l' offre. Indiquer qu' il n' y a plus de restauration autre que le petit déj. Pour votre indication, Age mur est peut être exagéré, Adultes sans enfant serait plus approprié |
