Location. Helpfulness of staff.
the hotel exceeded our expectations
Friendly people, family hotel, comfortabel beds, close to public transportation
Wifi hardly works :/
Rooms are clean, silent and warm. Staff are very polite.
Breakfest is modest.
Excellent breakfast (simple but fresh and healthy!), staff was very helpful.
noise in the morning - busy street, but you are right next to the termini station.
Very close to the Termini train station. 20minutes walk to colosseum. 10 minutes walk to metro. Tram right in front of hotel. The lady at the reception will take the time to give you a map and explain you how to get to every attraction with bus numbers tram numbers prices and everything. She really knows her city. Breakfast was good. Staff were great and polite (seems to be a family run hotel).
Prostitute at night in the neighborhood make you realise what kind of area it is. Nobody bothered us because I was with my husband but I wouldn't recommend female travelers to walk there alone.
Everything was great
Very clean and well maintained with Large bathroom
The neighborhood may not suit everyone but it was my first choice away from tourist sites and near termini station
The hotel is well located and comfortable. Staff is so nice especially the man who stays mostly evenings is wonderful person. Hotel has everything you need. Do not mind the pit pocket or reviews about the area. If you somehow live around Termini or you pass by through your hotel you will see those people. Hotel is the ideal place for fair accommodation and best choice for money.
close to the station, supermarket and fantastic ice cream bar across the road, breakfast basic but good, comfortable beds, helpful staff, would come here again
a bit noisy from the road, ok when windows were closed
Breakfast was way beyond what I expected...nice surprise. Staff was super accomodating :)
Good price, clean rooms, located close to Roma Termini and easy walk to Coliseum.
Shower cubicle a bit narrow for those of us of a 'larger build'.
Comfort, big balcony, feels like home.
It is very close to the train station, with bus and tram stop just in front and metro three streets away. Very nice room design and comfortable and spacious. Staff was very helpful.
The area does not give you the feeling that it is safe at night. But nothing ever happened.
Clean, good location, the staff is amazing! Really kind and helpful!
The rooms were clean in general and room cleaning is done every day at least. You can enter the room at 12:00 0'clock the day of the reservation. The rooms were quite during day and night.
The staff was made of 4-5 people in total is my guess. The hotel is hosted only in the ground and first floor of an apartment building. The breakfast is very poor and not fresh. They don't change the sheets even after 4 days and you have to ring the bell every time to enter the hotel and no good reccomandations for were given for sightseeing and eating in Rome. The prices are to high compared to the overall quality of the hotel.
We were impressed by how clean the room and bathroom were. For a two stars hotel has unexpected good conditions. The room and bathroom were pretty big and as i said, extremely clean, with all facilities functioning and in good condition (fridge, air conditioning, hair dryer, etc). In the room there is also a pretty solid banksafe, where you can keep your extra money and documents, thing that is very very useful since you can easily get robed in Rome (it happened to us:(. The breakfast is complex and has always fresh products. The hotel stuff is friendly and ready to help you, in case you need something. The area is very central, close to the Termini Main Train Station and with good bus, tram and subway connections. Two good and relatively cheap restaurants are right around the left corner from the hotel entrance. I would warmly recommend the hotel!
Some of the rooms have a different entrance and you have to ring a bell to get in, but that was not really a major problem. Besides that, we did not have negative surprises regarding the hotel. I would advise everybody to really use the banksafe in the room, since there is a lot of pickpocketing going on in Rome. That was a negative surprise, but regarding the city itself.
Poor Wifi Breakfast looked ordinary for the price Loud noise of the air condition in the room
a warm and friendly hotel, clean double quiet room with balcony which, good breakfast, staff were excellent and made our stay pleasurable. It is in a good area, public transport on the door step or walkable to the coliseum and other places of interest, would recommend and a bonus of a first class restaurant two blocks away.
Cannot think of a negative
Close to the public transportation, Roma Termini you can get any tren do you want. Or bus to different places or different city.
Italia nice , but the people don't help you to much you ask for something they looked you like, you are stupid. They have bad mood .we went to the supermarket , we don't know we have to pay for the plastic bag.we ask where we put the stuff and the cashier talk loud . They don't like help you..... be ready ...
Location and very peaceful
Older couple runs/owns it and she is great. Shows you how to get to attractions, etc. security was good/locked door you had to be buzzed i to bldg, close to restaurants, 3 stops from termini
Air conditioner rattled, no in room iron, safe hard to operate. Floors turned my feet black.
The hotel is few minutes away from the subway, accessible to all major sightseeing places. The room was clean, quiet and the bathroom is nice, the staff is friendly and speaks English (more or less). Supermarket is across the street.
The room is a bit small, and the area is close to the train station and subway but there are homeless people around too (that's valid for all hotels in the most accessible area).
I like the manager how he is welcome and advice guests about what they should do
I didn't like the breakfast and the time of checkout is too early to do
Ideal location for exploring Rome. Service very friendly and the food very good. Very near to the subway.
Balcony could be more well-kept. There is no flat TV. Bathroom stndard minimum but clean.
