Poor Wifi Breakfast looked ordinary for the price Loud noise of the air condition in the room
a warm and friendly hotel, clean double quiet room with balcony which, good breakfast, staff were excellent and made our stay pleasurable. It is in a good area, public transport on the door step or walkable to the coliseum and other places of interest, would recommend and a bonus of a first class restaurant two blocks away.
Cannot think of a negative
Location and very peaceful
Older couple runs/owns it and she is great. Shows you how to get to attractions, etc. security was good/locked door you had to be buzzed i to bldg, close to restaurants, 3 stops from termini
Air conditioner rattled, no in room iron, safe hard to operate. Floors turned my feet black.
The hotel is few minutes away from the subway, accessible to all major sightseeing places. The room was clean, quiet and the bathroom is nice, the staff is friendly and speaks English (more or less). Supermarket is across the street.
The room is a bit small, and the area is close to the train station and subway but there are homeless people around too (that's valid for all hotels in the most accessible area).
I like the manager how he is welcome and advice guests about what they should do
I didn't like the breakfast and the time of checkout is too early to do
Ideal location for exploring Rome. Service very friendly and the food very good. Very near to the subway.
Balcony could be more well-kept. There is no flat TV. Bathroom stndard minimum but clean.
Friendly helpful staff Great value Better than some hostels and cheaper too
Clean and spacious room, good breakfast, not far from station and centre helpful family run hotel .
the front stairs carrying heavy luggage
- perfect breakfast - helpful staff - very clean - quite rooms (well you are in the city center)
- I could get how buses and trams work :)
The staff was great in providing information such as sites to visit and ways of getting around in Rome.
The owner is of enthusiasm. The room is big. I would like to go again and recomemend friends to go.
Comfort of room, very helpful staff.
Had to ask them to let us in each time we needed to use the lift.
Room; breakfast; pleasant and familiar staff
Staff kind and helpful
Easy to reach all sightseeing
The Vittorino Emanuel square is in the night time many gangs around the street
excellent staff, easy access to transports and supermarket.
Overall the hotel was very nice. Our room was super super super Clean. We stayed at room 11. The sheets were clean, there were cups for drinking, complimentary toiletries. Everything was nice. The hosts were very kind. When we arrived, we haven't told them yet what we are doing in rome but they already gave us a map and where to go and how to get there, they were very attentive. The breakfast was okay. Not bad but not great. Its a typical euro breakfast with bread and butter croissant coffee juice but for us young couple it was satisfying. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN :)
The only thing I didnt like is the location. Yes it is convenient because it is accessible to termini station but the place of the hotel is a bit sketchy. Like anytime someone will steal my bag. And when we opened the windows it was noisy. But definitely I will stay here again
Nice size room. Good breakfast. Nice atention
My wife didn't like the hair dryer. To me, NO unlikes
The staff were friendly and helpful
The price did not match the type of hotel the website made it out to be , the part of town it is in is questionable at best ,
The room was extremelly clean. There is a bus stop right out of the main door, that helps a lot.The room was also big and comfort.
For breakfast they give you a coupon for eating at a cafe across the street where you can only have a coffee and a sweet treat (like croissant). If you don't like eating sweets in the morning..you have to bye something by yourself. The location of the hotel is not very good, the only good thing is that the bus is near. The staff is ok,they answer you if you ask something but they were not very helpful or friendly.
Very friendly owners, always available to share local knowledge and favorite places to visit and eat. Our room was very nice, but window open gave us quite a bit of road noise. Very busy street out front. Great proximity to metro and bus lines. Shower had an actual sliding door, not a flimsy shower curtain that helps to flood the bathroom.
Typical big city issues with homelessness and garbage. Kind of a rough neighborhood.
Quiet and clean . The man on reception friendly and helpful.
Having to buzz to get into the building although this was always answered quickly and did make the building feel secure
