We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It was very convenient to where we were headed, and the staff was very professional and helpful, such as with directions to the sights there. We would highly recommend this hotel. |

Based on other reviews of hotels in the Modena area, this was chosen. The other hotels got lousy reviews.. This is a fairly cheap hotel with simple standards. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. One other thing worth mentioning, was the sound proofing of the room, which turned out to be very good. Nice and quiet at night despite the location (close to a main road). |

Location (near train and bus station and within 10 min walk from Duomo) and value for money. Also, books were available in each floor for free Design, decoration, room space, breakfast were just acceptable and they were reflecting the low rate of the room (value for money) |

Great location handy for station / town centre, hotel located on tree lined street with cafes restaruants nearby, botanical gardens short stroll from hotel, staff very friendly and helpfull shower was rather small |

very friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Very convenient for town centre being a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk for daytime shopping or evening restraunts. a bit scruffy around the edges. |

Very polite reception staff. Location of the hotel was good, quite easy to reach and near the old city. Room was very clean and practical. Air conditioner was not operating, it was quite hot weather. There were not so many parking places owned by the hotel, but despite that it was easy to find one around the hotel..and staff helped us. |

ottima posizione rispetto al centro ed ai mezzi pubblici. tranquillo, camera pulita, bagno un poco spartano ma pulito nonostante avessi richiesto una camera per non fumatori mi hanno assegnato una camera indubbiamente per fumatori...ho dovuto lasciare aperta la finestra ed a novembre non e' il massimo |

Il prezzo contenuto e la posizione vicino alla stazione, da cui si raggiunge facilmente il centro città L'hotel non ha un parcheggio privato ma fornisce un pass gratuito per i parcheggi a pagamento che ci sono lungo la strada dell'hotel. |

Purtroppo devo dire che non ho apprezzao nulla,poiche' niente c'e' da apprezzare totalmente l'opposto di cio' che si vede nelle foto. Preticamente tutto. Dal soffitto penzolano sulla testa forassiti con fili elettrici non del tutto isolati. Il bagno non ne parliamo proprio il soffitto devastato da macchie di sporco e di infiltrazioni provenienti dal bagno di sopra. Il bagno della camera assegnatami sembra il raccordo anulare di tutti i tubi dei bagni dell'hotel e questo ha causato il non aver chiuso occhio tutta la notte. Ho fatto delle foto e se potessi pubblicarle lo farei volentieri per far vedere la realta' di cosa viene trovato nel momento dell'arrivo all'albergo se cosi' si puo' chiamare. |
