I can hardly find anything that I didn't like once we passed the hotel's entrance which is at the first floor of the building. Located in the middle of everything the hotel provides spacious, clean and comfortable rooms and public spaces for a very reasonable price. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and speaking good English (this cannot be taken for granted in Italy). Excellent breakfast! Great value for money. I think the hotel management should do something to improve the main entrance to the building at the ground floor. |

Friendly staff who were very helpful. Well situated on the Via Toledo which was fairly quiet at night. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms were generous size and good value. Clean towels each day. Very safe. Difficult to find. Without advice from reviews would not have spotted it. Showers very tight to get into! |

Helpful English-speaking staff, good breakfast, impressive sized room and relatively quiet given its location on Naples main shopping street. Perfect for our needs! |

It is in the most popular street in Naples with access to stores, markets, monuments and public transports (tram, buses and ferry boats); The staff is really nice and helpfull. |

Very helpful receptionist, very nice breakfast although without great variety. Very good cost-benefit ratio Not very easy to find, even with specific directions given by the hotel. |

Breakfast had its own attendant and was a nice selection for the few rooms that the hotel has. Did not like the locking system of the room doors they had skeleton keys that didn't look as if they would keep me safe. |

We stayed for two days in Napels to visit the city. The location of the hotel was great! Although it was in the center of the Via Toledo, you didn't hear anything inside. It's a small, comfortable and clean hotel, with nice staff where you feel at home immediattely. An excellent quality- price value. |

Helpful staff. Very difficult to find the hotel. They really need sign outside of the building. The ongoing construction of the building does not give good impression. |

The location was great - on Via Toledo (shopping street), near the Piazza Plebiscito, the historic center, and 10 minute walk to the port where you can take day trips to the islands. It was very quiet at night. It is in an old palace which added to the charm. The room was clean w/ approx. 20 foot ceilings. Breakfast was also very good. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again... |

Great room and facilities, about a 10-15 min cab from trainstation, on a good street for shopping and restaurants too. Good bathroom and beds etc, considered better than average for italy! and the breakfast was very substancial too. dificult to find, hidden behind scaffolding and you need to go through a big metal door then through a carpark thing then up stairs to get to the hotel so the cab drivers might not find it easily!! took us ages to find, but once we got there we were very happy with it!! there is no signage on the street for it so beware |

The location was great for walking around and visiting the sites and history in Naples. It would be helpful if the hotel had some city maps that they could distribute to the guests. |

Beautiful room, free internet. If you get a room near the breakfast, you won't be able to sleep after 7.30 h. because of the noise. We changed room. |

This is a very quirky hotel behind a large green door on the main Via Toledo - a fantastic location as it's easy to get around everywhere either by walking or using public transport - even easy to get the "Alibus" to the airport, saving a lot on Taxi fares. We had a balcony overlooking the via toledo, which was great - lots of atmosphere but the room was nice and quiet. An ancient lift going up to the hotel needs 10 cent coins to operate - really annoying! And the plugs and switches in the room were a bit loose. But on the whole, a good hotel. |
