Værelset var 100% moderniseret og tip top, dog lille. Reception og morgenmads"restaurant" var miserable og bliver førstg renoveret sidst. |

Værelset var meget rimeligt prisen taget i betragtning. De bør forbedre morgenmaden. Det er den mest tarvelige morgenmad jeg nogen sinde har set. Og jeg rejser en del via arbejde og har set meget. Men det her var en katastrofe. |

Vores vørelse var rigtig flot og altid rent og pænt. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende og morgenmaden var bedre end forventet. Prisen var rimelig ift hotellets beliggenhed. Det var lidt upraktisk mht trappen op til receptionen, særligt idet vi medbragte klapvogn, som altid måtte bæres dette første stykke op inden vi nåede til en elevator. Måske det var muligt fra gadeplan at etablere en sliske eller en elevator. |

Personalets imødekommenhed, hjælpsomhed, altid klar til guide kunden til den eller de destinationer/seværdigheder, der måtte ønskes. Dejligt. Morgenmadsbuffet bør være mere varieret. |

The location was perfect for our purposes and the staff at the desk were very helpful to us and knowledgeable about the city. The rooms have been redone and are delightful. I gather the first 2 floors are scheduled for remodeling soon. |

The room was spotlessly clean each day and a good value for the € in a great area. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Did not make it to the breakfast so no comment there. And the wifi worked great! |

Reception staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and clean although a bit small. Close to Via Veneto and the Spanish Stairs. Walking proximity to many Roman attractions. Breakfast was awful. Visitors should consider taking breakfast outside. |

When we arrived at the hotle we were told that there were no rooms (despite having already paid for a room for two nights) for our first nights stay and we had to go and stay at another hotel. We were told the other hotel was of an equal standard - it wasn't, it was terrible. When we did stay at the hotel the room wasn't cleaned properly, there was an opened packet of ham in the minibar and worst of all there was a water pump that made a loud noise every minute or so throughout the night keeping us awake. The hotel receptionist was rude and arrogant. I won't be going back! |

We had a great time at the Hotel Tea and would definately stay there again The lobby and breakfast room were a bit old-fashioned compared to the beautiful bedrooms |

My adult daughter and I had a suite of rooms (2 w/beds, 1 bath) on 1st floor. Floor tiles were falling out, everything was dusty, peeling paint in bathroom and shelf under mirror coming away from wall, no heat from radiators (staff brought electric heaters also thick with dust). We comp-lained, but desk clerk said he could do nothing. Learned from other guests that upper floors had been renovated and were lovely. Stayed 1 night before moving to Seccy at airport. |

Scruffy reception although room fine. Nowhere to sit whilst waiting for a taxi to the airport - which was 10 minutes late. Breakfast room not nice - not well presented - plastic cups for juice. Scraped in as a 3* in my opinion. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nicely re furbished and of a high standard. Good selection of reasonable priced restaurants close by. The only problem I had was the location. It is said to be near the Spanish Steps - I wouldn't say so. It was a good 25 minute walk and all up hill. Not good with a suitcase even though it was on wheels. Also a 10min walk to the nearest Metro. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but pretty and clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable too. The lobby is a little shabby and at first I thought the room woud be too, but the room was newly decorated and a nice surprise. We had a balcony but there were no chairs to sit on outside. There was not always hot water in the morning. |

the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, which surprised me, considering the entrance and reception area were drab and dull. i retured to room in the evening to find my door wide open, staff tried to convince me i left it opened myself. luckly we had our money and passports with us, because they made very light of the issue. it probably would have been the same had stuff gone missing. |
