The Hotel was a total disaster!! Don´t book it guys!! There was an awfull breakfast, the bread was hard like stone, coffee from the machine and croissants felt like 2 days old. NO Internet- the told us when we arrived, it will take an hour but after 4 days of stay we never got Internet. We walked into a Internet Cafe´ way too far away from the hotel. The Room was clean but tiny and had thin walls- we could hear our neightbours coughing and using the toilette. It was an awfull experience. I thought I get better for this price. I bet you find much better for this price. Also the hotel was on renovation, in the early morning you could hear ppl working in the hotel, the whole basement feels like a vietnam.

The hotel was clean & felt safe. Both of these factors were important to me. The pillows were very flat & the beds were extremely hard & uncomfortable. The front desk staff was accommodating depending on who was there. They were essentially helpful but not the most willing. I was turned off by the inconsistency. Also, the hotel was having some work done on the front entry way. The work started @ 8am. It was quite early to have the construction work.

We liked the quiet location and the rooms were clean and tidy. There was always someone on the front desk and they were always helpful. The breakfast was good, hot food and cold meats, etc. The rooms are not huge but they are big enough for 2 people. The hotel is within walking distance of some of the attractions.

Good location, close to Via Veneto and Vila Borghese. Good instalations. The hotel is overdecorated. Lions, fountains and pagan gods all over the lobby. The picture of the Crhist last supper over the bed was hiddeous. The latin inscription in the celling did not help. Staff sometimes seem a little bit stressed. Not always gentle.

Very good breakfast. The room was fine but the reception employees were inadequate! They never helped us to carry our luggage! And when I asked to through away some bags they told me to go outside to find a bin. They were kind though. I think also that is expensive.

Great location, just 15 minutes far from Trinità dei Monti. Very kind receipt and high room cleanliness and dimensioning. I would suggest this facility for any purpose, business included, considering the combination price / quality. The only weaky point is breakfast as already reported a little bit everywhere. Too small room to contain all guests, and just one stewart to attend to. Considering the situation, a lot of people was managing tables re-dressing alone!

We are a family of four with children of 10 and 13 and found the hotel very comfortable and reasonable value given the alternatives. It was quiet, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a walk with our children to the main attractions, but overall we were very happy.

Clean and comfortable room with recent renovation and decoration. Friendly and helpful staff both at the counter and also in the breakfast room. The gentleman working in the breakfast room is a hard working guy and extremely friendly and helpful. Although being located in a quiet residential area, transport to and from the main tourist attraction, the subway station and the train station is handy by bus or on foot. The tv in the room take me quite a while to get it start although it all seems so update, intelligent and modern.

The hotel was very good situated.. No additional services available - just breakfast! No little attentions for guests etc. ex. No phone list or lists with tv channels or a glass etc. in the room. Unfortunately I had a room on the 6th floor and the elevator was very, very noisy. Also the blanket on the bed was quiet old and shabby. This is not a four star hotel.

The room was excellent. It's small, but very well equipped, tastefully decorated and in terms of hygiene, impeccable. It is an area well served by transport and with good access on foot to the city center, although a little distant.

One member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an absolutely lovely wine and cheese/meats bar just down the street called Peluso's. It was very hot with no way to change the temperature in the room. The beds were two uncomfortable twin beds pushed together that slid apart throughout the night. Paper thin walls made for extremely loud echoes... We could hear the next room going pee. And the breakfast, for being in Italy, was disappointing. Not one piece of fruit, and the juice was sugary concentrate added to water. The coffee was not fresh but instant, and the pastries came from a cardboard box and were all hard. For being in the north, the more affluent part of Rome, this hotel left much to be desired, especially considering its hefty price tag.
