Reception staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and clean although a bit small. Close to Via Veneto and the Spanish Stairs. Walking proximity to many Roman attractions. Breakfast was awful. Visitors should consider taking breakfast outside. |

When we arrived at the hotle we were told that there were no rooms (despite having already paid for a room for two nights) for our first nights stay and we had to go and stay at another hotel. We were told the other hotel was of an equal standard - it wasn't, it was terrible. When we did stay at the hotel the room wasn't cleaned properly, there was an opened packet of ham in the minibar and worst of all there was a water pump that made a loud noise every minute or so throughout the night keeping us awake. The hotel receptionist was rude and arrogant. I won't be going back! |

We had a great time at the Hotel Tea and would definately stay there again The lobby and breakfast room were a bit old-fashioned compared to the beautiful bedrooms |

My adult daughter and I had a suite of rooms (2 w/beds, 1 bath) on 1st floor. Floor tiles were falling out, everything was dusty, peeling paint in bathroom and shelf under mirror coming away from wall, no heat from radiators (staff brought electric heaters also thick with dust). We comp-lained, but desk clerk said he could do nothing. Learned from other guests that upper floors had been renovated and were lovely. Stayed 1 night before moving to Seccy at airport. |

Scruffy reception although room fine. Nowhere to sit whilst waiting for a taxi to the airport - which was 10 minutes late. Breakfast room not nice - not well presented - plastic cups for juice. Scraped in as a 3* in my opinion. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nicely re furbished and of a high standard. Good selection of reasonable priced restaurants close by. The only problem I had was the location. It is said to be near the Spanish Steps - I wouldn't say so. It was a good 25 minute walk and all up hill. Not good with a suitcase even though it was on wheels. Also a 10min walk to the nearest Metro. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but pretty and clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable too. The lobby is a little shabby and at first I thought the room woud be too, but the room was newly decorated and a nice surprise. We had a balcony but there were no chairs to sit on outside. There was not always hot water in the morning. |

the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, which surprised me, considering the entrance and reception area were drab and dull. i retured to room in the evening to find my door wide open, staff tried to convince me i left it opened myself. luckly we had our money and passports with us, because they made very light of the issue. it probably would have been the same had stuff gone missing. |

The receptionist who was on the day shift was most helpful and gave us some very useful information and tips. It is relatively near the centre of the city and is quite close to some of the major attractions The breakfast was terrible. The worst we have had in nine weeks in Europe. The lift did not go all the way to the top floor but was extremely noisy as the rooms are around the lift well motor. |

Staff Friendly & Helpful, Location very good, plenty of hot water Hotel decor shabby, Room very small, Breakfast ok but one toasted sandwich maker to prepare toast for all guests hopelessly inadequate. No tea/coffee in room. Shower had to be hand-held. |

The room was well furnished and comfortable. Having Sky tv was also a great element and the staff were diligent and extremely helpful and friendly. Eating breakfast in the basement room was not as enjoyable as if we could of sat outside or upstairs. |

Location was the best. Walking distance to most sights and running in the gardens one block away was the best! It was clean, updated rooms, and friendly and free wi-fi which was great! |

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated on third floor. Mini bar stocked. They even delivered a wine opener to our room upon request! Still need to completed renovations to main areas, but did not effect our stay here. Needed extra pillows! |

i did not like it at all, would never recommend especially for 4stars hotel lovers, or hoteliers lovers should be only good for hotel class Bed&breakfast 2-3 stars hotel but absolutely not 4 stars, as the price was not worthed, there are some other hotels nearby which much more worthed and classy than this one |
