It was close to Everything where we could walk Hard to find when you are walking. It would have been nice to have a map locating where the hotel was.

The man who served breakfast was really nice and helpful. I was on the 4th floor and the wifi signal strength was hopeless.

This hotel is pretty average. To be honest I would say 3 star not 4 star. Stayed at Rinascimento before this and for same price that is a better option. Breakfast really quite poor - done on the cheap. Room a bit cramped.

They were very accommodating for us. We arrived on the early flight from the states and made it to the hotel around 10 in the morning. The staff apologized for the room not being ready. We knew that since the check in time was supposed to be 4. We left our suitcases and headed out for the day into Rome. Back by 2 and into our room two hours early. Morning breakfast was always great with plenty of choices. If they ask you what you would like to drink, they are asking for something other than what is out already, hint, cappuccino etc. You are in a quiet street so that made for some very restful sleep. It is easier to book the taxi ride to the hotel from the airport when you get in. We found private to be 100 eur, but insist on paying by the individual and a full van, you get it for 15 eur each, but have to stop at other hotels on the way into town. On the return book through the hotel. We will be back. The only issues, just a bit of a walk to one of two sub stations. Both are the same distance. I know, Big deal. In Rome learn to walk. Just trying to fill the squares.

The hotel was clean. The hvac. It was far too hot in the hotel. We had to have the windows wide open in order to cool down. The hotel (and all Italian hotels) should be required to specify the dates when air conditioning is actually available to guests, rather than having a catch-all time frame on the web site. The beds we very hard, and pillows were awfully hard.

Staff were lovely, so friendly, efficient and helpful. Very grand decor. I was charged 10 euro on check on for 1 small bottle of water from the mini bar in my room - there was no price list in the room. I normally wouldn't take anything from a minibar but was really thirsty. Most expensive bottle of water I've ever had!

It was reasonably priced, breakfast was included and there was lots of hot water. I loved the inscription on the ceiling. Very close to the Via Veneto for window shopping. The internet was a bit spotty. The room had no view whatsoever but I hadn't paid for a view either- it was on a rather depressing center courtyard that looked onto offices.

It is calssified as 4* Hotel. When compared to 3* Hotel I can say it is just good. If compared to 4* Hotel it is not acceptable. Did not reach the 4* Hotel classifications.

nice hotel, renovated rooms, clean, I choose this hotel because it was regarding price best option for 4* for this area; It was really nice surprise that an Italian manager spoke even Russian there wasn't enough light for reading, that problem seems to be usual for hotels, even 4*

Breakfast was really good in spite of some negative comments we have read before booking. It is located in a really quiet place although a little far from main attractions. Good heating and very comfortable bathroom. The hair dryer in the room was very old and slow.

The hotel in itslef in excellent value for money. Same breakfast buffet everyday but good variety (perfect for a 3-4 night stay). Excellent staff willing to help you with anything and everything. Decent wi-fi facilites, free if you make a request, atleast worked for us. Good heating facilites. The best part was the location, very quiet neighbourhood but It is walking distance from Barberini which will connect you to rest of the sights. You can also choose to walk it to the rest of the sights (if you dont mind 4-5 kms). We are a young couple and we managed to do a bit of both. You can take a cab to termini which will cost you not more than 8 eur. The staff are kind enough to call it for you. There is no complimentary drinking water in the room, the ones in the minibar are chargeble at 4 eur a bottle (300ml). The rooms are small for a 4 star (but is irrelevant if you dont plan to stay in the hotel much). The bed and pillows are not 2 comfortable and I had to take some pain killers the 1st night due to terrible neck pain. If you are not from Europe, make sure you take your own 2 point socket adaptors as the hotel has only 1 which is always being used by the guest. The voltage in the sockets is 220v so make sure you dont get a lower one else you will short circuit your devices. The rooms are dimly lit and if you are planning to do some reading in your room.. Not a good idea.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it highly to everyone. It is within walking distance to the trevi fountain and spanish steps approx 15-20 minutes and is located in a very nice neighbourhood. The hotel is spotless throughout and the breakfast buffet is delightful with a choice of both hot and cold choices to choose from. As we were getting married in Rome the hotel upgraded us to a larger room and gave us free drinks which were a welcome delight Kind regards Michelle and Niall O Sullivan

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I could fault about the hotel was there is no restaurant or bar in the building, after a long day of sight seeing and travelling back to the hotel to freshing up meant to eat or enjoy a drink at night we had to head back out again.

Great hotel, we were very happy with our choice. Conveniently located. Nice rooms. Friendly staff, with a minor exception. Upon arrival were not happy. Staff was rude and did not help. even though we had requested early check-in if possible, and needed it since one of our bags was drenched as a consequence of the rain. We were told to wait until 14:00 which was the check-in time. Rest of the days staff were extremely helpful and nice, mainly because we avoided this one person. Breakfast was not that good, a bit monotonous.
