1，网络收费，跟网站上不相符；2，Check out时间要求紧张，欧洲大多酒店对CHECK out可以在下午1点前的，这个如果拖延时间需要另外交费，很不人性化。 |

A very pleasant hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and is to be found in a good location. The car parking is adequate as long as you arrive early. Breakfast was not included in the price and was quite pricey at 7 euro. Car park charge was 4 euro. |

The hotel had loads of original features which were very nice. The rooms were generally a good size and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The colour of the walls were overpowering and the lack of double glazed windows meant that our room was relatively noisy. The breakfast was a little disappointing - so much so we didn't return the second morning. Our advice - skip breakfast at the hotel and head straight for some of the excellent period cafes in town especially Mulasano in Piazza Palazzo. |

le camere son pulite e be arredate, in stile con l'impianto architettonico del palazzo non si alzavano le serrande, dovevano dirlo prima, il personale non era i n grado di alzare le serrande, siamo rimasti al buio per tutto il soggiorno. neanche fosse un carcere. |

si trova in un piacevole quartiere con edifici in stile liberty, pochi passi da fermata metrò, volendo anche a piedi il centro è raggiungibile lungo vie piene di negozi, vicino stazione porta susa.Molto cordiale il personale alla reception. |

Vicino al centro è relativo, sono in realtà a 15min a piedi con passo svelto. Parcheggio gratuito privato è impreciso, vi sono in realtà soltanto due posti auto gratuiti in strada, i restanti sono a 7€ al giorno nel cortile. Arredamento e forniture squallide: acquario da pizzeria all'ingresso, serramenti in alluminio d'oro, termosifoni in ghisa grigio metallizzato?? Colazione con prodotti confezionati da discount. Peccato perchè la Villa Liberty meriterebbe altro... |

Cortesia,ordine,pulizia,disponibilità. Alla risposta 4(motivo di scelta dell'hotel) dovreste poter far scegliere varie opzioni e non solo una : infatti io scelgo gli hotels in base a tariffa,posizione e possibilità di parcheggio. |

Das Jugendstilhotel hat Charme und Atmosphäre, ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet, die Besitzter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um auch zu Fuß die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Positiv wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank (Minibar) im Zimmer gewesen. |
