The room 502 - very well designed, lovely furniture, great dressing room and bathroom (would hav preferred separate toilet but accept that there was insufficient space).

Although the hotel is 5-stars, nobody is meeting guests at the entrance and helping them with their luggage! Moreover there was no an entrance ramp in order to facilitate in picking up the luggage.

Poor restaurant recommendations. Should have free wifi, simply forced us to spend money elsewhere...coffee, etc.

I have been to this hotel more than 5 times so it is obvious that I like almost everything

That you have to pay for wifi. It is not done at a 5 star hotel

Internet access should be free to guests. If need be, build the cost into the room rate. Don't make your guest log in/log out due to your charge system. Really irritating, unnecessary for such a high end facility.

Located in the centre of Turin , close to all the main attractions, from the top floors of the hotel great views of the city and the Alps.I liked the architecture of the hotel , very thirties/art deco'. I would have liked to use the gym/sauna/spa but never had the time.

The temperature of the room was too high and the controls were not enough to lower it: I had to open the windows.

Neither free water in rooms, nor tea/coffee. A lot of other hotels have boiler and tea/coffee bags, which is very comfortable.

The staff and service they provided were impeccable. The breakfast was fabulous. The location was great and very central to everywhere.

The dinner at night was poor for a hotel of that standard. Pillows could have been softer.

The bar service was superb, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel staff friendly and charming.

The food in the hotel restaurant was disgusting. It spoilt the time at the hotel. The food was unimaginably bad, I cannot believe the hotel allow such revolting and poorly presented food to be served ..in a 5 star hotel is beyond belief.

Location and stule

In the room, the shower Hot/Cold regulation did not work properly, and the automatic light in the dressing did not work properly. Other than that the room was great.

The architecture and design of the facilities and rooms. Really great, precious materiels and 30-years style. Comfortable beds and elegant and spacious bathrooms.

the comfort of the service does not reflect a 5 star hotel. The staff is not well prepared and the "procedures" of the hotel are not client-friendly. Courtesy kits and bathrobes are not automatically available.

Its location within the city centre and its accessability to the museums and shops was superb

The quality of the breakfasts was very poor indeed and was not of the quality I would expect of a 5 star hotel in Italy, added to which was the waiting staff who were very poor and indifferent to the clients

The location is good. The personnel is very good too.

The parking is not included and for this class it is really not good and actually very expensive. The same for the wifi. It should be free.

You cannot book directly through the hotel but have to pass through a group centralized booking center.

A beautiful room with many conveniences, very clean, nice style of their own, not just another big hotel. Very nice staff at reception and cleaning staff, also many nice people in the breakfast area and at the bar. It give a sober smooth atmosphere really nice.

THe only thing I could find is the the coffee in the morning was different one day from the other... but thats just a very small thing.

Absolutely fantastic - we had double deluxe rooms with amazing choice of toiletries ... stunning location - taxi rank just outside - easy walking distance to shops. Very efficient staff on the desk - and excellent breakfast choice. Would definitely stay again.

The location and the comfort of the hotel was great.
