Gorgeous view from the room. Super location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The stench of smoke on the furniture and walls of the room. Unprofessional attachment of the bathtub on the marmor. No clear instructions to phone reception from room. No free wi-fi. |

Nice atmosphere Suggestion for Internet feature: It would be nice to be able to sign up for the internet online and not have to get it from the front desk in particular if you just decide to log on late at night. |

It was a nice stay, pleasant rooms, good breakfast Yes, I didn't like that they promised us rooms with connecting door ( we were with 3 children) You phoned the hotel for this, or rooms next tot each other. But the gave us rooms without connecting door, and not next to each other. There was 1 room and then 4 other rooms, and then there was the room of the children. That was a pitty because they knew we were a family. We asked the reception to change it, but that was not possible. This I dind'n like. An other thing was that there was no water in the swimming pool. There was a nice spa but no water in the swimming pool. |

Clean and real 5 stars Breakfast is the only thing that I didn't like it because doesn't mash with the 5 stars, breakfast is only 2 stars and the bread should be fresh and assorted. |

The bathrooms are wonderful. The staff are outstanding, so helpful and friendly, went out of thier way to help with our 2 year old. Pool and gym are great too. |

ho apprezzato la posizione logistica della struttura e ciò mi ha consentito di godermi la città in modo totale non apprezzo in strutture come questa in particolare l'eccessiva tariffa prevista per il garage automobili che - a mio parere - dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo o quanto meno contenuta rispetto a quanto richiesto |

La comodità e la grandezzza della stanza con un bellissimo bagno con vasca e doccia, colazione ottima, di lusso ma non sfarzoso,posizione in pieno centro. Parcheggio troppo costoso, qualità e quantità del personale non all'altezza di un 5stelle. |

l'hotel è stato ristrutturato in maniera completa e accuratissima molto di recente quindi è come se fosse nuovo di zecca; isolamento acustico perfetto rispetto all'esterno e alle camere adiacenti. Junior suite molto ben arredata e confortevole. Personale cortesissimo, sollecito e davvero all'altezza di un 5 stelle |
