It is a 5* hotel. Every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms, luxury decoration, excellent breakfast, valet parking.
Great room and location. Very friendly staff that spoke good English. Would recommend to anyone staying in Turin!
Shower did not drain well.
The room was great! We had a wonderful view of the city :) the bathroom is fantastic, it has a huge bathtub, I love bathtubs!!!
The lobby and the breakfast room. Need redesign urgently! The entrance to the hotel is nearby their bar that has a small terrace on the street, it would look great if it wasn't for the flower pots that are wooden 60s western style (not in a MadMan stylish way), for a second we thought that we had arrived in a hotel that wasn't really 5-star! The lobby itself is also 60s but not western fortunately, and it would look stylishly 60s if it wasn't for the horrible art on the walls (some weird jumble of glued together object, but not in a Fluxus way ;) same for the breakfast room. The hotel vibe is very 1940s so if they removed all the horrid 60s furniture pieces it would look great! In an art-deco style that would be tres chic :) In fact the corridors leading to the rooms and the room floors are fabulous, there you really feel that the hotel is indeed 5-star :) with 1940s design and renovated and freshly appointed rooms.
Beautiful room, excellent spa
Our airconditioning was poor
Location, service, spa, pool. Always a pleasure when staying in torino.
Break wasn't as good as normal.
The location is excellent and the rooms are very nice with spacious bathrooms and nice views. When my child was ill the night staff called a doctor and also sent a taxi to fetch medicine from the pharmacy. The staff are generally very nice and seemed concerned about my sick child - which I appreciate. But I would also expect that from any hotel.
There seems to be a lack of good leadership. The red carpet outside the door is tatty. Upon arrival there was nobody to welcome us and I had to drag 40 kgs of heavy suitcases up the entrance steps and to reception. The hotel charges for Internet and the system is not user- friendly. At the price of a 5 star hotel wifi ought to be included. They even charged me for wifi I did not use because I could not log in. And I did phone to notify them that I had been unable to log in. That is shameful. Would I stay there again? Probably not. They are not as good as they could be if they gave more attention to detail. I expect more from a five star hotel.
Really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Nice touch was the chocolate cake for our Anniversary.
Excellent location Great staff terrific spa, indoor pool and gym facilities
A little expensive but otherwise a great hotel
The class, big suite, big bathroom, beautiful view toward Mole Antonelliana and the hills.
Internet 6 Euro/hour and no 4G around the hotel, old fashioned (but not classic or antique) furniture, too expensive
Staff were extremely helpful especially Diego. The hotel was in a fantastic position and we enjoyed our stay very much.
There should not be any Wi -fi charges in a European hotel in 2014
Comfortable room, nice view from 8 floor, located in a centre of the city .
WiFi access for an extra fees. Swimming pool available only from 9 - 21.
The hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful if just a little superior! Location really good too.
Parking at €35 euro per day was worse than London parking.
The reception guys were so much nice. Million thanks to them.
Food at hotel very expensive
Excellent staff care and attention. Luxurious bedroom & bathroom. Quality of wifi was very good. Very central location, just off via Roma. Garage with indoor parking next door to the hotel, excellent service here too. Generous buffet breakfast.
Price of wifi should be included in the room charge.
Nice big room.
Impersonal staff at breakfast.
Great service at the reception. Facilities were truly five star. Great pool and sauna in the basement. Nice view over the city. Wonderful marble bathroom.
No variety in breakfast. No seasonal fruit for breakfast
Location and every things
Excellent room, nice view. High quality hotel in all respects. Quiet location yet near the main station and metro.
We didn't get the room until after 2 pm
The Junior Suite was of high standards and the bathroom was luxurious
Garage (communal) is too expensive EUR 35 per day TV package offered was of low standards - not even one German News Channel - other channels not really relevant for european clients What would be needed is SKY Italia package which includes all foreign mayor TV Stations
Location was great. Room service was excellent
When we arrive there was no one to help us with our car or our baggage. We had to carry our own bags, along with an 11 month old baby and the buggy. Sorry, but this is not acceptable.
Comfortable Beds Good Shower
Slow Check in
The staff could be friendlier considering that they are working in a five star hotel. Only the porter was genuinely friendly.
Great location, friendly charming, professional staff. Interesting building.
The car parking charge, 35 euro per 24 hrs.
