Close to Piazza San Marco and access to Grand Canal. Breakfast spread and service is excellent. Wireless broadband although free doesn't work during my 2-day stay, and the front desk was unable to assist or offer alternatives. Was told that due to Christmas holidays, repair crew was not available. |

The location, the atmosphere in the old house. Nice rooms with ok bathrooms. Breakfast was nothing special, but ok compared to other italian hotels. Incredible noise from breakfastroom from 7am in the morning that makes it hard to sleep in the room next to the kitchen. The staff didn´t answer our emails etc before arrival and were quite arrogant, but they anyway let us change to another room due to the noise which gave us at least one night without waking up early in the morning. |

I liked everything about the Palazzo!!! The hotel is well located. Easy walk to St. Marks square. The roomsare beautiful, spacious, and have the essence of a 14th century palazzo. The staff was extraordinary. L have never felt so comfortable away from home. |

Only one thing which I didn't like, our room was near kitchen, from 7 in the morning it was very nosy, so never book room number 104 !!!!! They shoud move kithen on the first floor |

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt, das Frühstücksbuffet ist überragend gut, das Hotelpersonal zumeist nett und entgegenkommend. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und ist ruhig, die Zimmer grosszügig angelegt. Ich würde wieder dort nächtigen. Die Zimmer sind bei weitem nicht so gross und luxuriös wie sie dargestellt werden. |

Un hotel tres sympa, super bien situe au style venitien que l on aime. Le personnel est tres acceuillant. Notre premiere chambre quoique tres jolie etait bruyante car situee pres de la preparation du dejeuner. La seconde egalement jolie beaucoup plus calme meme si dans ces vieux palais l insonorisation reste un probleme |

Πολύ ζεστό μέρος, ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο.Πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου και τα εμπορικά καταστήματα της περιοχής. Πολύ κοντά σε στάση για βαπορέτο.Δωρεάν ασύρματο ίντερνετ με ικανοποιητική ταχύτητα. Το ασύρματο δίκτυο ίντερνετ λειτουργούσε μόνο στο κεντρικό σαλόνι και όχι στο δωμάτιο. Φτωχό σχετικά πρωινό. |

l'hotel è davvero bello,molto tranquillo e con arredo tipico veneziano..Lo staff è molto gentile e disponidile.Nel caso dovessi tornare a venezia sicuramente allogerei ancora in questo hotel.La colazione è molto curata e abbondante e l'hotel dista da piazza san Marco cinque minuti a piedi. Unico aspetto negativo da sistemare uno sgabuzzino, adiacente ad una camera, che aveva una perdita d'acqua,ma il problema riguarda solo una stanza. |

Sehr schöner Palast an einem Kanal gelegen, die singenden Gondolieri waren vom Badezimmerfenster aus zu beobachten.Schönes großes Zimmer und kleines Einbettzimmer für unseren Sohn. Frühstück sehr nett und gute Auswahl, von Croissants bis Müsli und frischem Obstsalat alles da, ausser Rührei oder Omlett. Aber auch guten Cappuccino auf Anfrage.Am Nachmittag Getränke in Form von Dosen und Obst zur Verfügung. Gute Lage und guter Service.Nur ein paar Schritte vom Markusplazt, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. |

Realment només hem dormit i esmorzat. Es un hotel força ben situat, a cinc minuts de la piazza San Marco. Zona tranquila. Cada dia hi havia canvi de llençols. L'esmorzar correcte. El dia d'arribada hi va haver una confusió i ens van posar en un altre edificici. Era net, peró no es el que haviem reservat. Casa Nicolo. L'endemà varem parlar amb el director i ens van canviar a l'hotel. Com a recompensa una bona safata de fruita i les seves disculpes. |
