着くまでにかなり迷った。 国民性か応対が非常に悪い。空港までのシャトルバス情報一つにせよ、十分な情報をくれず30分程無駄な時間を費やした。付いていたオプションは結局一つした使えずでこれなら他のホテルにすれば良かったと後悔した。 |

ベニスを味わうのに最適のロケーション（中心地に近いと同時にベニス独特の入り組んだ道筋を経験できる）。朝食が野菜果物が豊富で満足。 ベッドが高くちょっと腰掛けるということができなかった。中世の建物の名残をそのままに維持しているのは良いが、昔のベッドはこんなに高かったのか？と少々驚き。 |

Location was great as was the cleanliness and the breakfast. The staff's response to my complaints and concerns was a little shocking at first but the remedy was more than satisfactory. Some rooms are too small. The room we were initially provided with as described as a "3" person room but was barely a double suite. After my complaint they agreed to upgrade us to a junior suite at no extra cost - I had already paid for this size room. |

I did especially like the palace itself - a beautiful building, built in the Middle ages, with its hand-made warmth and flair. As it was quite chilly weather one came to appreciate a warm room and bathroom. Can't think of closer and convenient location to S. Marco. Just 5 min. walk to vaporetto station Zaccaria - S. Marco, therefore excellent connection by water to the airport. |

The free buffet style breakfast was good and convenient. The surprised champagne on our first night was a good touch. The front desk was polite but not warm. There is a canal view but we can not see the canal that much from our room. |

Hotel is a beautiful, historic building with wonderful history and beautiful antiques. Our room was huge. It was also absolutely beautiful. THe breakfast was very good, lots of choices for a European breakfast. Overall the staff was nice, but they could have had a better map of the city. The one they give out is tough to use because the hotel is on the edge and streets leading to it covered by advertisement. Also, there are just the expensive mini-bar, no bar or food at the hotel besides breakfast. We did not receive our "free gift or our free bottle of wine. |

Not easya to find-have to carry luggage up and over steps, through streets, up and over another set of steps to hotel... from general water taxi. Hotel has no elevator so you have to either use bellman or... |

The setting is superb. The architecture of the Palazzo is brilliant; the exterior is perfect and the main room used for breakfast is absolutely wonderful. The receptionist was outstanding, precise clear and informative responses to every inquiry. |

Central location. It is very close to San marco square and the Arsenele. The common areas are beautifully decorated. It's a noisy hotel. It is very warm. The room wifi does not work. |

Excelent location and price (we had special offer with VIP Package and Delux room). Very very clean. Staff were, in the main, excelent and attentive. Breakfast was extensive (for continental breakfast) with plenty to eat and was constantly topped up. Cans of drink, crisps, nuts and a bowl of fruit were avaiable to pick at, from mid morning until evening. Lovley suroundings. No Tea/coffee in the room, no facilities to purchase them at the hotel. We didnt get the basket of fruit in our room as per our VIP package, dispite asking 4 times. VIP Package included free excursion to Murano island by private water taxi, we didnt realise we would be left to find a water bus back. Only English TV channel was 1 sport & CNN. There was German TV. |

It was really close to the epicenter of Venice...Piazza San Marco The staff did not appear friendly or welcoming, plus there was a real lack of communication between them and us, for example there was no information on where attractions were niether were we given a map of Venice. |

location yes, we didn't stay in the main building ,but were moved into the annexe( which was not indicated at the time of the booking)The annexe was of poor quality and we paid the same price.very disappointed as the trip was a birthday surprise. |
