Hotel Properzio  

Great location near the Basilica of St Francis and excellent restaurants. Roberta who runs the hotel speaks excellent English and was a gracious host. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and the Basilica. Our family really enjoyed this charming and friendly hotel. The town of Assisi was a highlight of our visit to Italy. I wish we had spent more time here enjoying this town.

Nice, family driven hotel. Many sweats for breakfast, many kinds of the and coffee. Missed a bite of danish breakfast.

The owner of the hotel was so accommodating. My husband was not feeling very well and she assisted us in many ways. She was friendly and pleasant and the food provided was good and provided with graciousness. As I sat knitting a pot of tea was offered with a large selection of teas. When it was necessary for us to say a second night and there was not an available room she found us one and even offered to transport our luggage there. We could not have been happier with the service there and in the pension she suggested. The accommodation was as nice as the next 4 star resort we stayed in and the service superior.

The owner and manager Roberta was wonderful! Extremely friendly and helpful going beyond the norm. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to cover alk our questions and more. Roberta went to great lengths to make us feel at home, more than simply hotel guests. The hotel is a beautiful place, full of charcter and is in a perfect location, not far from the basilica, with short walk to main piazza. There was also a terrace on the roof which supplies a fantastic view, perfect to sit and have a cup of tea or coffee at night. We would recommend Robertas hotel to all.

Location and staff were excellent. Room was clean and very accessible

Only possibly negative commemt would be to have breaksfast at an earlier hour. We are early risers and like to eat and be moving by at least 8 AM.. This wolud not prohibit us from stayine at the hotel again.

The hospitality and service of the Staff that makes you feel at home. The breakfast included was complete and offered variety.

La posizione è molto buona per la basilica di San Francesco, e le camere sono buone per un 2 stelle.Noi abbiamo dormito in 5 e chiaramente ci si deve un po' adattare.

Avvisate quando arrivate con precisione o rischiate di dover aspettare parecchio per il check-in. La prima colazione poi è un vero disastro, povera e triste.

stanza e bagno molto piccoli, pulizia scarsa ma la posizione è molto buona. lo consiglio a giovani coppie o viaggiatori singoli.

La disponibilità dello staff è incredibile..L'hotel è veramente a due passi dalla basilica di San Francesco..consigliatissimo!!!

Siamo stati all'Hotel Properzio per il ponte dell'Immacolata dicembre 2011, cosa ci ha colpiti di positivo!? "Tutto" soprattutto la proprietaria una ragazza gentilissima e molto educata ti accoglie in un ambiente familiare, pulito, discreto, accogliente. . . lo consiglio senza riserve, inoltre da non sottovalutare è la sua posizione centralissima. Andateci vi troverete sicuramente bene. Rosaria, mario e famiglia da milano.

Siamo stati davvero molto bene, quasi fossimo a casa. Roberta, la proprietaria, è stata una scoperta molto positiva. Ci siam sentiti coccolati, accolti. L'hotel poi, gode di una posizione fantastica, a due passi dalla Basilica. Perfetto per una visita alla città. Il parcheggio, pubblico, è sotto l'hotel. Se occupato c'è il parcheggio più grande a 300 metri. Se torniamo ad Assisi certamente torneremo al Properzio.

La mancanza dell'ascensore, ma proprio per dire qualcosa.

Bardzo miły, rodzinny hotel o niemalże domowej atmosferze. Duże, przestronne pokoje, gustownie umeblowane. Obsługa bardzo serdeczna I pomocna. Bogate I zróżnicowane śniadanie.
