Nice rooms and good lighting conditions in the bathroom for make up ;), beautiful bar & restaurant, near metrostration, balcony, coffeebar. Horrible noise in front of our room - every day between 7.30 am and 1 pm. Cleaning ladies with a big vacuum cleaner on a wood floor... Sleep in and relaxing in the morning hours? Impossible...

Hotel is really well designed, 15 minutes by metro to the city center. The reseption said that it was an overbooking in the days of our stay and they dont have a room for us, but after 15 minutes they found a room. And the main strange thing was that the hotel seemed really empty.

Comfortable room and decent price. Around 15 minutes by Metro to the Rome points of interest. Receptionist's attitude is very different depending on whether or not you are Italian(and it wasn't because she couldn't speak English, because she/we both understood everything). We and 5 other parties waited more than 30 minutes to check-out while she had a sweet conversation with a mid-20's italian guy(who had actually cut in line). She ignored the fact that she was the only receptionist on duty and that there were many people waiting for her to do her job.

Absolutely excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, able to accomodate all of our requests and queries. The room was immaculate and had an arty/modern design which was great. It was very comfortable and peaceful despite being near a road. The breakfast was incredibly and there was so much to choose from. The bar area is very relaxing and the staff there were also very helfpful when I decided to hide in from the rain on the morning of my check out. I will most definitely visit this hotel again. The area isn't the best and there are not many shops etc in the area however it is less than 5 mins walk from the metro station where you can be in the centre of Rome in under 10mins so this is not really an issue.

Excellent hotel accomodation, featuring high-class modern and fresh looking design, coupled with highq quality personal attention. Kitchen is excellent, providing a broad choice of food for breakfast. For dinner the ' menu of the day' is my favorite choice. WiFi is included in the room price and available anywhere in the hotel. Rooms are a bit small

Hotel is located just next to metro stop, so with easy access to city center. It has very nice rooms. The breakfast is very nice. As it is located next to main road it might be quite load, but at least the windows were quite good and you could not hear that much when they are closed.

Good hotel, quiet on back side from road, fantastic terras on 5th and 6th floor, morning breakfast is ok, good that very near with metro station. A bit far from center, yet it is ok, as metro station is very nearby, just be aware. About 25 mins to go to Colosseo, aboutb 40 to Vatican.

Breakfest exceeding expectations. Clean room, not-cheap looking, cosy hotel. 200m from the Marconi metro station. There is nothing to see or visit tn the surroundings of the hotel. 45m by metro to Vatican, but considering the price / location it is still a good deal.

What I liked about this hotel was i liked everything The Staff they are so nice and helpful first i did not believe that when i asked for my food to be warmed the reception guy came by himself to do that as i think room service guy was busy. Two thumbs up for all the employees at Pulitzer . Thank you for making my trip a comfortable and luxurious one.

Very nice hotel, definitely not in a great neighborhood but very conveniently located given the proximity to the subway. Rooms lloking onto the main road are quite noisy. We asked to be moved to the back.

The Staff were friendly and very helpful. Although at first, I didn't liked the idea of having our room on the ground floor but to my surprise, there was a big sitting area with plants around, where we could have siesta. I enjoyed my stay together with my friends whom we had the opportunity of using their Panorama Jacuzzi on the rooftop at the end of a tiring day after sightseeing and shopping. Breakfast was not included in the price.

I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend in September 2012. Very nice hotel, nice price (especially being in Rome). Nice decoration. Friendly staff. The breakfast is really REALLY nice for 10 euros When we arrived they gave us a very small room (maybe because we are a young couple and we look younger than we really are), but we asked for another one and they were very nice and gave us another one. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center but is close to a metro station, witch is better in our opinion (and the hotels in the centre are very expensive). We saw the reviews saying that there were prostitutes in the street at night. It is true, but they do not say anything to you or look at you. They just look at the road, minding their own business. I felt save.

We had one of the superior and luckily a very large private balcony all to ourselves. The jacuzzi was on the 5th floor and we had it all day to ourselves. The staff seemed like they didn't know much about Rome. Most questions about Rome were answered "I'm not sure" or "I don't know." The jacuzzi didn't work properly (jets and heating). The gymnasium was very small with weights only going up to 14kg. Not about the hotel but if going to Rome and under 25 take your passport or driving licence as you get discounts. *you need identification if going to a football match or you won't get in*

Somehow cleaner than others, but still not a 4 star hotel. The price was a bit steep for the level of comfort and cleanness. Also we ordered a taxi when we left off, straight from the reception. Instead of a real rome taxi (its white color) the reception guy called us a van and he said it will cost 45 euros to ciampino airport(on real taxis the rate is 30 euros and is standard) We had to accept this because we were in a hurry, otherwise we could have missed our flight. Anyway on arrival at the airport the van guy asked us 50 euros and not 45, after arguing with him, he gave up and we paid 45. But still they wanted to rip us all off. Also in Rome pay attention at caffes and everything, because italians will rip you off on almost anything.

We liked the hotel very much! The room was amazing - it was very clean, it was big, it was extremely well designed, the aircondition worked well and silently, there was everything we needed (even a cattle and coffee and tea) and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast ist great! The location of the hotel was OK for us: we knew that the hotel was located outside the city centre. However, it is only a 5 minute walk to the metro station and the trains run frequently (all 5 to 10 minutes, any day). Although the metro only runs until 11.30 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and until 1.30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, there seems to be the night bus N3. A taxi is rather expensive, between 25 and 30 € during the night from Roma Termini to the hotel. So, the location is perfect, but you need to organize the transport if you want to return late at night. Guests must furthermore be aware, that the area is special in the sense that women working on the street at night are standing in the direct neighbourhood of the hotel. It did not bother us at all - but if people are travelling with children they should be aware of that fact. The only critic I have about the hotel is that although the staff is friendly, staff is not really interested in the guests. You get everything you ask for, so the service is good. Staff seems, however, not really interested in the guests. They are polite, but not courteous and not especially engaged. The question of the bus service was not answered, the lady working at the breakfast was unfriendly. However, the hotel is absolutely recommendable and I would book it again for my next trip to beautiful Rome.
