The hotel is clean and crisp. It is only 150m from the Marconi metro station, which means that it is as convenient for getting around as any other hotel in Rome (Rome is not really pedestrian friendly). |

Really loved the interior design and decor. This was a very positive experience and a welcome change from your average, sterile, business hotel experience. It was a very comfortable stay and better than many hotel experiences I've had in the past. There's no restaurant that serves in the evenings (only a breakfast restaurant), and the food served at the lounge bar is so-so. Not a lot of restaurant choices withing walking distance either. So if you want to dine, you need to get on the subway (which luckily is very conveniently located). Not a huge deal though, dining out in Rome is what most people want to do anyway. |

I reserved 4 rooms, when we arrived they gave as rooms on 0 level that is basiccaly like a basement and after a long discution they were willing to change the rooms. The day after there was no water in the hotel and we couldn`t take shower or even brush our teeth and until 17:00 when we left the hotel the water didn`t run and we had to leave to the airport without taking a shower. The people at the hotel even didn`t think to compensate us for this inconvenient. |

I liked the convenience to the Light Rail System, and it's relative closeness to the City Centre Attractions The Bar Service was terrible - and the availability of Alcohol was a joke. The Bar ran out of Gin, Vodka, Barcardi on our first night, and this had still not been replenished by the third night of our stay. Very very poor! We had to go outside of the hotel to entertain out guests and customers. |

The room was comfortable and breakfast was yummy. The location was a little out of the way from the city but the train station closeby was useful. The reception staff were not always friendly - almost unapproachable. Restaurant staff were lovely. |

This hotel is close-by the metro station Marconi, just a few stops away from the old city attractions. 10 minutes walking distance from a business appointment. It is well equipped, clean and although I did not stayed in the bar/libary area, nicely decorated. The bed was a pain.. I am not used to such 'hard' beds. So I was glad that I could sleep in my own bed again after 3 nights.. Nevertheless, I survived...becauce Rome by itself compensates everything.... |

design and appearance of hotel excellent. great value for money. breakfast rich and reasonable. staff very friendly. only one thing- sign of hotel almost unseen and surrounding not ideal, but other than that would recommend this hotel to anyone. very good choice. The surroundings was not so welcoming, especially if you travel on your own. |

Location, cleanliness and professionalism of staff Food could have been a lot better from the restaurant.A bit more variety in breakfast menu especially for those staying over a week. |

Great stay - just far enough out of the busy city - only 5 metro stops and less than 5 minute s to Metro...bus right outside hotel ! Rooms very nice with small balcony - really comfortable bed & great bathroom, free wifi always a bonus ! Staff extremely helpful and eager to please. Very strange for this type of hotel not to have a restaurant...as the choice in the area is quite limited. The bar menu which I believe was microwave type food did not appeal. Still a very nice hotel !! |

The room was small but very nice. It was close to the Marconi Station so connectivity was not a problem. Good breakfast though could have had some more variety. Free wireless. No English TV channels . No UK adaptor which was a shame considering they could so easily have it - I could not use the wireless for long as a result! |

Clean, good design, easy to find the metro, staff are very helpful The food is terrible, I have a dinner in that hotel, and basically, the food is just like microwave food, might be even worst, because my pasta is not really "hot". But I didnt have the breadfast in there, so have no idea about the breadfast. |

The room is what i imagine to be far better than most of the hotels around termini station. Staff are friendly, really close to a metro station which can take you anywhere you need in Rome. Would fully recommend it to anyone visiting Rome |

Design is modern still friendly and comfortable. Good access to downtown and historical sights by public transport. Staff speaks good English. Initally we were offered a small room in the first floor which looked at a wall without balcony, still saying this is normal. Good thing is that after a small fight changed to another room on an upper floor which was bigger, lighter and with a balcony. |

Everything was perfect. It is very close to Metro station (Line B), and from there you are in 10 minutes to the center of Rome. The hotel is nicely decorated, the room was cleaned every day even after leaving from the room after 4.00 pm. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room space is limited. |

Cleanliness, staff very helpfull. I only reserved 4 nights but winded up staying 8 because the hotel service is excellent. Wxcellent breakfast, great room. The hotel is far away from everything. However, the Metro station is a block away and the bus stops right at the hotel door. There are a few restaurants and a shopping area about 1 kilometer away. Distance is not a big deal to me, I love to walk. |

Very pleasant room with balcony. Breakfast enjoyable - fresh food, varied offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar pleasant. Easy access to the city - metro only minutes away. not really but the paperwork suggested there would be an external area where people could relax, have a drink, socialise. This did not exist and we would have liked it. It would have made a good experience even better |
