The hotel was lovely and also very cheap for staying in rome. The staff were friendly and we loved the hotel dog.
The only problem we had while we was there, was when we stayed for dinner. The food wasn't great, it came out cold and was a bit bland.
restaurant service is very good. The staff in reception desk is also very helpful and pleasant
the room was smaller than we expected. It was out of the main building and very noisy in the morning since the warehouse of the hotel is sited very close
room was specious and very well equipped. the bed was very comfortable, linen changed every day. wifi - fast Staff was friendly I do recommend the Pulitzer Hotel!
might be a little bit closer to the city center
room size and design, bright, balcony, quiet
Near the metro, very quiet, not so far from the center by metro, only few stations, good breakfast and rooms not big but quite ok
Excellent! I was visiting on business and was pleasantly surprised. It was a great value. Hotel was very clean and modern. The hotel breakfast was very good and the restaurant served a very good dinner. It is not so convenient for sights, but the metro is only 2 blocks away. The staff was very accommodating.
The rooms were good. Bar and eating lounge was good. Free wifi and use of there computer and free printing. Breakfast was good for 10euros.
Lovely bar area and outdoor terrace
we booked 3 rooms in this hotel in October 2013, and Again we booked 3 rooms in October 2014, we came back because it's value between money/ location ( proximity to metro) and cleanness and after a busy day in Rome center seeing hundreds of thousands of people, all you are looking for is peace and calm, and both of them u can find them the minute u come to the street close to hotel and then when you enter the lobby with the nice furniture,
The gym was the good
The bed was hard, getting a second pillow was difficult and the front desk staff were average at best. This hotel is on a main road so if you get a front room you are basically sleep on the road
Hotel location Friendly staff Good bfast spread
Wifi poor especially room at 3rd floor
Excellent breakfast, rooms stylishly designed
Wardrobe had only one high shelf, which is not very convenient, particularly if you are not very tall.
For us , the hotel was everything we needed for our tour of Rome, hotel clean room could of been a bit larger , (however we were only in the room to sleep) Breakfast was good staff were helpful good location, short walk to metro would stay again
Cannot think of anything we did not like
The gym was good..
Female staff member upon checkout being extremely rude accusing us that we had breakfast when we had brought our own and then accusing of lying about it. Then telling us that the manager had overuled her. She then told us she believed we should have paid. Extremely rude and accusing us of theft
Close to Metro Quiet Well kept Helpful staff Air Con
Very relaxing stay while doing the tourist bit in Rome. Very friendly staff who ensure that everything is as it should be.
The bed was very comfortable, spacious bathroom with lovely and powerful shower. Breakfast was ...simply superb! You are spoiled for choice to eat and very good!
Room: Although specious, the arm chair was oddly shaped and uncomfortable to sit and relax and surprisingly the room lacks a small coffee table or designated area to put the tray and kettle on - we had to plug it in in front of the TV obstructing it. Not very practical. Also it had only one sachet of English tea, one sachet of coffee....for two persons room(??) and no biscuit :(
Quite location but 2 blocks from Marconi metro so easy to get to on public transport & 5 stops to the coliseum. Supermarket , Pizza/tapas ( fantastic value) & a couple of bars round the coroner ( walk out of the hotel turn left 5 mins walk). Roof top solarium. Room with a balcony was very nice . Friendly helpful staff who gave me directions from the airport. The day after visiting Rome we took the metro 1 stop to the park at Pala Sport with a picnic it was beautiful and relaxing.
The prices of drinks in the hotel were expensive considering the location - paid less in Rome. The district on first impressions but it was fine and the everyone was helpful & friendly.
The spacious rooms, the bar-dinning area and the beautiful deco + cosienes!!!
Very clean rooms.Tea/coffee making facilities.5 mins to Marconi Metro with a 10min journey into Termini Station.A good cafe nearby.Good Wifi.
Barman rude and abrupt. Ask for any offers to hotel residents, like discounts at Bar or Restaurant as staff at reception on my experience don't go out of their way to promote the Hotels facilities.
Great with a pool at rooftop Serviceminded helpful reception Clean and neat Ok breakfast Nice rooms Wifi like a clock Extras like icewater and a treat at arrival Pillows in my style Close to a metro station
Imagined pool to be bigger Misunderstood the location (closeness to city) Neighborhood somewhat creepy at night
We stayed in a superior room - Room 601- and the decor was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and spacious and had everything that we required and more! The room was quiet and the view from the balcony was splendid! I will definitely stay here again. On this particular visit to Rome I wanted to stay in RomeEUR for my partners' needs but having stayed in Rome city before I think I would happily stay in RomeEUR again as the metro makes the city very accessible and the quality of hotel and what you get for your money in RomeEUR is so much better. The breakfast and breakfast room were exceptionable and as a coeliac I was very happy to see lots of choices that I could eat - a rarity at breakfast in Europe
To be honest I was completely satisfied with my visit and didn't dislike anything about Hotel Pulitzer
Staff ( Elena at the reception was very helpful)
limited option in dinner
Close to Metro. Nice service. Good general quality.
Slow WiFi and bad connection in room.
