Hotel Punta Tragara    

location and view from our room were absolutely fabulous--hotel decor is beautiful too.

there were moments we felt it was a bit stuffy or ritzy/pretentious--dont even know if that's the right word, but at dinner in particular and even at breakfast it felt not as relaxed as what we might have wanted--staff a little bit overbearing at times. We like a more casual atmosphere.

This hotel was so beautiful that my wife cried when we arrived. It's a 10 minute walk beyond the bustling shopping area on Capri. As you walk along the quiet lane, Hotel Punta Tragara is at the very end - with a breathtaking view. The staff were wonderful. The room luxurious. The pool, and outdoor areas very inviting. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Capri. It's a gem!

We had dinner at the restaurant. Although it was very good, it fell just a bit short of excellent.

We enjoyed every day at Punta Tragara. Unforgettable sea views. Comfortable rooms with cosy balconies, where we had breakfasts or lunches sometimes admiring beautiful nature. Service was good, we had help when we needed.

I stayed at the hotel as a surprise to my girlfriend so I could propose! I honestly could not wish for a more romantic setting to do this. My now fiancé was overwhelmed how beautiful the hotel, location were and how friendly the staff are! This was once in a lifetime experience for us and hotel punta tragara made it so special!

Have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world. Staff in this hotel were very arrogant and at times insulting. The attitude of the staff does not match the loveliness of the property. Also, the hotel is at least a 15-20 minute walk to the town. There are no curteousy vehicles, no taxis, no bicycles, no golf cart transports--you are on foot and walking every time to and from the hotel. The first time or two is charming but then it becomes a daunting trip, especially when you are walking back and forth several times per day into town. This hotel is for people under the age of 35. My feet were severely swollen after 2 days at the hotel from the long walks every day.

The location is the best on the island, removed from the crowds, with exceptional views.

The gym was a let-down, although there are other more important things in life. Adding a few dumb-bell free weights and a bench would help. Some wall scuffs should be easily removed at this price-point. Staff could be a little quieter early in the morning.

Great view and nice pool area.

Room seemed small for the price. We expected more amenities for that price. Service was spotty and our particular meal at the restaurant for dinner which was a beautiful location was not good at all. My pork was dry and tuna was overcooked when my husband asked for black and blue. The Maitre 'd did give us a wonderful souffle.

The hotel situation was on the promontary of the island and provided 180 degree views across sea back to Capri village. The staff were efficient but warm and friendly. The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable beds. The Spa was very good and the staff were professional good and friendly. The balcony provided privacy and great views. The walkway into the village was relaxing and the houses were beautifilluy adorned with flowers and well kept. The quietness of the situation was excellent for a very relaxing weekend. There was a mess up on the logistics from the airport but the hotel was immediately onto the problem and handled it well The TV provided an excellent range of SKy and satellite channels if needed. Wifi was free and easy to access all over the hotel

The hotel restaurant food was good but not very good otherwise we might have eaten there more often. The swimming pool was small and one couldnt do laps. I think the hotel could have made more of the deck chair sunbathing area It would have been nice to also have an afternoon tea area out of the sun in the lobby or verandah?

It's one of the best hotels in Italy!!! exellent design, luxury atmosthere, incredible posizion, very frendly staff !!!

Gostei de tudo, mas penso que o quarto e o banheiro poderiam ser um pouquinho mais luxuosos, tendo em vista o valor que se cobra pelo quarto com vista para o mar.

Gostei de tudo e a localização é excelente, mas o hóspede deve estar cientificado de que terá que andar um pouco até chegar a praça principal de Capri. Como há subida, é importante que não tenha dificuldade de locomoção e use sapatos confortáveis.

10 Euro pro Gepäckstück pro Transfer vom Hafen zum Hotel/retour ist schlicht eine Unverschämtheit. Das macht mit 2 Koffern pro Person und Handgepäck 100 Euro! Selber tragen ist unmöglich da zu weit. Das sollte bei einem 5-Sterne-plus Hotel mit drin sein, oder wenn schon dann wenigstens im Zimmerpreis versteckt. Auch 10 Euro fürs besorgen von Fährtickets geht gar nicht!!!

Pulizia scarsa in alcune aree come la palestra, scarsa cortesia del personale.

absolument tout, même la clientèle discrète et agréable, la chambre spacieuse, la vue sur la mer, la gentillesse du personnel, la salle de douche super équipée, super fonctionnelle, très classe (pas de baignoire mais les baignoires ça ne sert plus à rien) , le speedy room service (du jamais vu) l'immense terrasse, le surclassement, le chef cuisinier très attentif à notre régime alimentaire très spéciale, la literie, le belvédère de Punta Tragara, l’anti-moustique dans le placard, la clim qui ne se coupe pas quand on ouvre la fenêtre, la balade jusqu'à la villa Malaparte, la situation de l’hôtel loin du grouillement de la piazzeta pourtant absolument charmante. meilleure hôtel de Capri, on est prêt à parier.

rien ! la prochaine fois je prendrai une suite junior avec vue sur les faraglioni

Un rifugio per l'anima, un posto per pensare. Silenzio, profumo di macchia mediterranea e di mare. Potersi concedere un bagno e un idromassaggio nella piscina riscaldata gustando la bellezza di quanto ti circondava è stato un vero toccasana. Incomparabile la junior suite vista Faraglioni che ci è stata offerta come up grade. Colazione straordinaria. Arredamento elegante e raffinato, servizio altrettanto senza essere stucchevole.

Non sò se mai potrò tornarci, visto che abbiamo usufruito di una super offerta, non sò quanto ripetibile.

è stato davvero tutto fantastico..oltre ad aver trovato un ottima offerta su booking all'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un junior suite anziché una camera standard ...la posizione della nostra camera mi ha lasciata senza parole ...con vista direttamente sui faraglioni ...invidiabile ed indimenticabile ..grazie :)

Fantastico semplicemente straordinario.Siamo stati trattati come dei re. Il posto è unico con una vista sui Faraglioni, il personale è molto competente, disponibile e cordiale. Cibo ottimo, colazione da sogno. Che dire, lo consoglio vivamente fa bene al cuore. Corrado Esposito

フロントの女性がとてもきれいで親切だった。案内も丁寧で分かりやすかった。 宿泊した部屋も申し分なく、窓から見る海の景色も最高だった。 大きすぎるバスタブも良かった。最高の気分を味わえた。 朝食も美味しく、中でもモッツァレラチーズが特に美味しかった。 プールサイドで夕日を眺めながら飲むプロセッコは最高！ シークレットセールで半額で宿泊したのですごくお得感があった。

強いて言えばPiazza Umberto Ⅰからホテルまでの距離が少しあること。徒歩15分程度。最初は必ずマリーナグランデからのラゲッジサービ- ス（予約するとホテルから案内メールが届いた）を利用したほうがよい。 でもしばらくすると慣れてきて遠く感じなくなった。

Na reserva o hotel nos orientou a avisar o horario da chegada pra que fossem nos recepcionar e levar ao hotel. Chegando no porto disseram que tinhamos que pegar um taxi ate a praca e de la seguir a pe por 15 minutos. So levaram as malas e depois nos cobraram este servico. Fizemos o check out antes do horario previsto e pedimos que guardassem nossas malas ate o final da tarde. Alem de nao nos darem o late check out, so guardaram nossas malas por 1 hora.
