Nice clean room. Pool area really nice. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Large hotel with great sea view from balcony & overlooking pool & rocky beach area. Reception staff were excellent but waiters were unfriendly & cool in their attitude to guests. A car was necessary as the station is some distance from the hotel & the area would be a bit daunting on foot.

The bathroom was in need of a renovation but water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast was not good with very little choice & not enough tables in the breakfast area for all the guests. Terrible coffee!

It was very quiet, we were one of few guests, pool great but felt good as long as we stayed in the complex as drive to and from rather dire.

The hotel was great just in a rather dodgy location and the pool was used by the public therefore very busy.

Spacious and comfortable in a good location for Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvio and other historical sights.The staff were the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff we have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble.

Access to the indoor pool was very restricted ( it serves as a health club and as a result our children had difficulty using the pool on several occasions). This was not the fault of the hotel - but that of health club - however the website had advertised the use of the indoor pool in the facilities. This would not be a problem during the summer season as there are 3 outdoor pools to use, but our stay was at Easter before the summer season had begun.

De locatie tussen Napels en het bezoeken van de Vesuvius en Pompei was goed met de auto, er was alleen niets in de buurt om gezellig te wandelen en te eten, waren min of meer aan het hotel gebonden om te eten of je moest er met de auto verder op uit, eten was best goed in het hotel. Ontbijt was mager maar genoeg, moest wel vragen om het aan te vullen maar dat was geen probleem. overdag is het zwembad tot 1700 uur een openbaar zwembad en daardoor erg druk bezet, zijn wel 3 (zoutwater) zwembaden.

we hadden om 2 kamers met een verbindingsdeur gevraagd maar die bleken gereserveerd te zijn voor het weekeinde van een italiaanse bruiloft die daar gehouden werd voor 1 nacht, zelf waren we er 4 nachten begrepen echter niet dat dat toch voorrang kreeg, wij kregen 2 harde bedbanken waar niet op te slapen viel en die netjes werden omgeruild.

Мы выбрали этот отель, т.к. планировали посетить Неаполь, Помпеи, Везувий, Герколанум, Соренто и Капри. А также быть поближе к природе. И не жалеем о выборе. Он находится в Герколануме не полдороги между этими точками. Купаться на пляже отеля нельзя, но бассейны хороши. Прекрасный вид, все номера SV.

В целом отель конечно не 4* а не более 3. Завтрак вообще не более 2. Но в целом мы довольны.

La posizione stupenda, di fronte a Capri

Sono tornato con piacere in questo albergo stupendo...l'aperitivo al tramonto sulla terrazza a pochi metri dal mare, non ha prezzo!

Servizio in camera un po' lento

La piscine à l'eau salé, le balcon avec vu sur la mer, le restaurent de l'hotel

Il y avait un mariage le dernier jour de notre séjour, le personnel est devenu indisponible pour nous notamment au bar ou pour demander des services de chambres. Le balcon ne donne pas d'intimité par rapport au autres balcons de l'étage.

Todo: Viejo, limpieza regular, no es un hotel de 4 estrellas

Belle vue des chambres, parking exigu mais gratuit. Proximité pompei, vésuve et naples(départ pour capri....) bonne table le soir, plat de qualité et pas cher. Finalement, une bonne adresse à condition de visiter pendant la journée et de profiter de l'hotel le soir.

Premiere impression mauvaise: alentour de l'hotel pas fait pour decouvrir la baie de naples. Entretien de la piscine trop tot (vers 18h30). Petit déj. Un peu simple pour un 4 étoiles
