Offering panoramic views of the Ligurian Sea, Punta San Martino features 2 swimming pools and a restaurant. Genoa is a 30-minute drive away. Rooms at Hotel Punta San Martino are air conditioned and offer satellite TV. Each room has a private bathroom complete with hairdryer. Some rooms feature a balcony. Breakfast is a buffet served in the dining room, with large windows overlooking the Gulf of Genoa. The restaurant includes a poolside terrace, and serves Ligurian food and wine. The hotel's seasonal private beach is reached via an elevator down the cliffside. Facilities include lounge chair and sun umbrella hire. The A10 Highway is one mile away, and it is an 80-minute drive to the Italian-French border. Free parking is available on site. Free WiFi in the lobby Bad quality of the bathroom, shower with little water, and bath tube was broken. But the roommate told that it was normal. Breakfast was bad, many flies and wasps on the food, the personnel did nothing to it. If you are not Italian, they try to put you in the bad rooms in the old part of the hotel. They give us a room with broken tv. At the end of the balcony, the first of 100 people from the pool looked closely inside your room. Asking for room change was making the smile of the reception changing into unpleasant behavior. Don't believe the stories on their website, because there is no private hotel beach (35 euro/day) and swimming pool is public. Walking up and down the hotel to the city centre is down a dangerous road with many speeding cars, and not advisable for people with handicaps. 156 euro/night is far overpaid for this hotel, don't do it!

Nothing. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Over priced, smelly and dirty rooms. Disgusting food, terrible service, rude staff. Would never recommend anyone to go there. They should be embarrassed with the standard for the amount of money it cost us.

I loved to have lunch at the bar at the swimming pool and enjoy the excellent views. The personnel was very kind and the food was great. The relaxing atmosphere all in the hotel is highly appreciated for a holiday. The room was very spacious and exactly as we wished. There was no walking pad for pedestrians from the hotel to the town center. Always being very careful with the cars coming down and up the hill. There were always wasps during the breakfast

Very little. The site was excellent, beaches of good quality including the free beaches. Aranzano a nice picturesque town, good services to other towns and facilities. Did not have meals at the hotel. The continental breakfast was good. Staff overall was reasonable. Pool excellent with an excellent view of the countryside, the beach and ocean.. Hotel sighted up the side of a hill making walking to the hatel difficult especially for the elderly,requiring the need to hire a taxi who, however, are not keen as the trip is too short.There is a cable car, however it is closed after 7pm and is often out of order. The hotel is old and badly needs a face lift. The lift did not work for the 5 days of our stay. The pool area around the pool is at times out of bound for the guests as it is reserved for non guests. Room facilities are very basic. Definitely not a 4 star facility, more like 2.5 stars.. .

The main reason to choose this hotel was its location. It's perfect, with a picturesque sea view from the room. The hotel has the private beach and two big swimming pools.

Everything was ok. The location is on mountain and it was not easy to climb up every day when you want to walt in the town. Arenzano is 30 minutes from Genova, the view from the hotel is marvelous.

The hotel is situated on the rocks with the wonderful panoramic view on the sea. There is a nice private beach near hotel, but you have to pay 35 euros for 2 people per day.

Spectacular view from the _restaurant_ to the sea. View from the room to the sea was not so good. Balcony was dirty, also the pool and all the buildings generally (from outside). Inside the room was ok.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione bellissima fronte mare a ridosso di un promontorio a picco sul mare. Ogni stanza si affaccia su di un grande terrazzo (provvisto di lettini e tavolino) con vista sconfinata sul mare e sul bel panorama della cittadina sottostante di Arenzano. Bella anche la piscina anch'essa su di una grande tarrazza affacciata sul mare, sulla quale si può anche fare colazione all'aperto. La colazione è ricchissima di vari alimenti dolci e salati e di abbondante frutta. Gli spazi sono ampi sia nelle camere che nelle zone comuni. Si vive il tutto in una atmosfera romantica e riservata. Dall'albergo si può raggiungere direttamente il mare con un ascensore interno, ma se questo è fuori uso, come è successo a noi il 5 ottobre, è impossibile raggiungere la spiaggia privata sottostante.

De ligging aan het water. Makkelijke bereikbaarheid van het stadje. Ruime kamer. Je kan zien dat ze bezig zijn om het hotel te renoveren. Receptie ziet er al moderner uit. Onze kamer ook, alleen jammer dat de oorspronkelijke badkamer er nog in zat, inclusief vies douchegordijntje. 4 sterren vind ik pas van toepassing wanneer ook de badkamers vernieuwd worden, en de zwembaden.

Un albergo veramente deprimente Pozze d'acqua in camera, nessun accoglimento, nessuna spiegazione dei servizi (solo dopo insistenti domande ma proprio il minimo indispensabile). Un ottimo sistema per mandare via la cilentela.

Spazio troppo esiguo intorno alle piscine; numero di ombrelloni dedicati agli ospiti dell'albergo inferiore alle necessità; funicolare antiquata che apparentemente non beneficia di molta manutenzione; spiaggia sottostante l'albergo non curata.

Отличный вид на чистейшее Лигурийское море, собственный пляж (платный) с фуникулёром, два бассейна, один из которых вполне подойдёт для проф. занятий плаванием. Фишка номера - огромная прямоугольная каменная ванна на уровне пола (набрать полностью - минут сорок) и двойной душ, один из которых обычный гибкий шланг, а второй стационарно встроен в потолок (высота 3 - 3,2 метра). Эффект дождя нужной температуры! :) Бесплатная парковка, но в сезон с местом могут быть проблемы. Пляж маловат, но это особенность побережья. Лучшие времена отеля в прошлом, не помешает ремонт.

Один из лучших отелей в этом городе, большие балконы , почти все номера имеют вид на море. очень дорогой пляж 35 евро с человека, для своих гостей могли бы сделать цены более демократичной. Однообразный завтрак, за 5 дней ничего не менялось.

Прекрасные панорамные виды на Аренцано, море и горы. Близость к Генуе с её музеями, а также к разнообразным городкам на лигурийской ривьере. Наличие бассейнов и фуникулера к частному пляжу с чистой водой (когда не штормит :) ). В обновленных комнатах отеля очень мило. Минус Аренцано - мало мест, где хорошо кормят; практически отсутствуют развлечения.

Het uitzicht over de zee bij het grote zwembad met bar is mooi te noemen. Bij het ronde zwembad met restaurant is het heerlijk ontbijten en dineren. De maaltijden zijn in goede prijs/kwaliteit. Bij het ronde zwembad is overdag geen lunch-bar. Hiervoor moet je eerst een verdieping omlaag en daarna drie verdiepingen omhoog naar het grote zwembad. Hiervoor zijn twee verschillende liften nodig of via de trap. Het grote zwembad met ligbedden, terrassen en lunch-bar is ook voor algemeen gebruik. Zwemmen mag wel, maar ligbedden zijn gereserveerd voor HOTEL-gasten op een klein deel, onvoldoende verzorgd, geen planten en de ligbedden dicht op elkaar. Het zgn, prive strand met restaurantje is ook voor algemeen gebruik en met een zeer oude cabinelift langs een rail te bereiken. Ook HOTEL-gasten moeten hier 35 euro per dag betalen voor 2 ligbedden en parasol. Omdat het niet druk was hebben we in dit hotel toch kunnen genieten. De organisatie en informatie laat nog veel te wensen over.
