We found the staff very helpful and polite.We were impressed by their standard of English, which we did not expect. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. I thought that a small microwave would have been useful,but I cannot say that this is something I did not like about the hotel. |

the residence was comfortable. close to the supermarket, laundry place, and bus stop. it takes only 15 minutes to the historical part of the city by bus. need to improve the soundproof. |

The rooms were very clean and with all the facilities you need. Great value. Staff are exceptional. Next door to small supermarket. A small walk to laundry facilities. Local buses available not far from hotel. |

The size of our 2 bedroom apartment and the balcony. I also liked that we arrived after midnight, and the receptionist was able to switch us from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom with no problem. He was very helpful in comparing both rooms for me and giving me information to relay to my travel companions. There was no breakfast, which would have been nice to have. |

good and clean room, 20 min by bus to historic center of Florence, well equiped kitchen, taxi to airport costed app.11 EURO located at very crowded and noisy street, if you are sensitive for noise you will not be able to fall asleep in such room (very loud) but they also have appartments in the house located in less noisy place where reception is so you can always try to get quiet room when booking |

Large spacious apartments with a well equipped kitchen (incl. a dishwasher). Leonardo from the hotel staff gave us an excellent service, contacted the authorities on our behalf and in general was aiming to please. There is a small convenient store right next to the hotel, and as its location is in a residential area of Florence, the prices in the nearby restaurants are sane ('De Franco' is especially good in terms of value for money). The wireless internet is only avilable in the lobby, althought there are ethernet sockets in the rooms and it's possible to get a cord from the hotel staff. |

Having the kitchen was very nice. The apartment was very clean. The sofa bed was horrible to sleep on. You could feel the support bars through the mattress. Too far from the tourist sights but the cost was in line with the distance. |

Нормальные аппартаменты. Достаточно новые, только не совсем ухоженные. Все на месте и всего достаточно. На авто 10 минут до центра Флоренции. Итнернет ловит только возле ришепшена, а хочеться и в номере. |

Receptionists were very kind and very efficient. Private parking in the garage against additional payment of reasonable price, was of great importance for us and made us to choose this hotel! Bus station is literary two minutes from the hotel and riding with the bus 22 is local experience, itself. Good money/value ratio. There was a smell in one specific room; hotel stuff tried to found out and neutralized but with no success. |

Every staff member was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Within walking distance to a grocery store, laundry, and numerous places to eat. Easy access to town using the public transit (bus). Highly recommended, will stay again if in Florence. |

1. The amount of hot water in the boiler was not enough for two persons to take shower. It happend only in the first night. I imagine the part of the reason is the coldness outside and lack of the time to heat after we check in and turn on the electricity. 2. The bus to and from the histrical area was really full of passengers. It was hard especially for our kid. |
