Having the kitchen was very nice. The apartment was very clean. The sofa bed was horrible to sleep on. You could feel the support bars through the mattress. Too far from the tourist sights but the cost was in line with the distance. |

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Although the hotel is a little outside of the centre of Florence it was just a short 15 min bus ride into town with plenty of buses. |

Нормальные аппартаменты. Достаточно новые, только не совсем ухоженные. Все на месте и всего достаточно. На авто 10 минут до центра Флоренции. Итнернет ловит только возле ришепшена, а хочеться и в номере. |

Receptionists were very kind and very efficient. Private parking in the garage against additional payment of reasonable price, was of great importance for us and made us to choose this hotel! Bus station is literary two minutes from the hotel and riding with the bus 22 is local experience, itself. Good money/value ratio. There was a smell in one specific room; hotel stuff tried to found out and neutralized but with no success. |

Every staff member was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Within walking distance to a grocery store, laundry, and numerous places to eat. Easy access to town using the public transit (bus). Highly recommended, will stay again if in Florence. |

1. The amount of hot water in the boiler was not enough for two persons to take shower. It happend only in the first night. I imagine the part of the reason is the coldness outside and lack of the time to heat after we check in and turn on the electricity. 2. The bus to and from the histrical area was really full of passengers. It was hard especially for our kid. |

Satff are very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is very clen and tidy. The aircon in the bed room seemed to overheat eventhough it was set at 21 Deg. C. |

The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off! The distance from the centre of Florence. |

Nice kitchen, spacious room & free internet. Pretty noisy from outside traffic as many have already mentioned. Reception is located quite far away. |

Clean, spacious and located in a nice area. The bus number 22 brings you to the centre in just a few minutes (walking would be a bit far, but I am lazy ;-). Bus tickets can be bought at the reception of the residence, this is wise to do as bus drivers won't give you change. Rooms provide excellent tools to cook. In a few words, excellent "hotel" .. No negative points to be found. |
