Quadra Key Residence  

Modern, clean apartments - very large. Everything very comfortable and nice. Big balcony too for a view of the surrounding apartments. Staff were very friendly and helpful - spoke good english. Supermarket beside entrance to Hotel and bus stop very close too.

Only the location, which in a way was quite nice to stay out of the city and see the real Florence. However, with young children, it made it difficult after a long day pacing around Florence to stand on the crowded buses for half an hour.

Staff was friendly and helpful, even with very late arrival. Room was comfortable and spacious. Secure parking was a big plus. We were only there for a day, so I wish we had spent more time in Florence.

The reception people were polite and smiling, they cleaned our room every day, very well equiped, if you have a car it is convenient, easy parking, good free wi-fi.

80€/Night with no breakfast!! Overrated as most hotels in Italy. With that money in Rhodes island/Greece you are staying in a 5star hotel, with 5 pools, sandy beaches, 3 meals/day and unlimited drinks. If you stay in the building in Via Novoli, you have no reseption and much noise (even though the doors are too thick).

Spacious!

No Microwave! Location was just okay but near the main city by a 20 minute bus ride.

The room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to public transport and supermarket.

The furniture looked jaded.

The apartment had everything, pans, silverware, dishwasher. The size of the apartment was decent and there is a gracery shop right next to the Residence. There is a great ice cream place across the residence, cheap and good quality.

I love the staff and the size of the apartment, transport links were so easy to use and cheap.

Everything I was looking for was there. Went straight to plain in the morning so didn't need the breakfast.

Middle of town. Grocery shops downstairs. Halal restaurant for Muslim just opposite the road. Near to city centre (10 mins drive).

Paid parking. Too many doors and gate to get through with only one key given for the whole apartment which if you dont have it,u cant get out or get in and also u need the same key to operate the power in the apartment. that means if you are group of 4, 2 going out and the other 2 wanted to stay,you'll have problems..maybe can ask for another key instead.

The room has everything you need.

Advertising on booking.com is a bit confusing leading to believe that all rooms have a kitchen. And also they offer a wine but just give it on check out. The bathroom had a bad smell and it's very difficult to park on the streets nearby.

The rooms are expose on one of most traffic congested street of Florence. it's impossible to sleep !

The size of the accomadation and facilities were better than we expected. Free upgrade. We could not believe what we had for the price

The big room is very clean, wifi is fast, we could use kitchen.

really good. The location is good. 2 min walk from bus stop. the staff are good & helpful.the room is big & available with all modern amenities. the balcony is really big,ideal for playing ground for children. The supermarkets are nearby. One grocery is just 2 min where I got all Asian stuff. 'Wash & Dry' is just 2 min. The staffs are so helpful that during my visit I need some medicine for my baby but it was Sunday. The front desk lady checked through internet which all pharmacies are open. then make phone call to those pharmacies to understand the location. Then she drew a map to me with all bus details to reach those shops.I am really impressed with the service level & friendliness.
