Fantastic staff, very nice apartment

Not a great location to see most tourist sites in Florence. Need to use buses.

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, enjoyed our stay here though it was for just 1 day.The apartment was very clean and comfortable and fully furnished kitchen.The staff were good and ready to help.The location was also good with nice connectivity to the city centre.We bought the bus tickets right in the hotel itself.There was a supermarket very near to the hotel which was an added convenience.Overall we would definitely recommend this to other travellers.

The kitchen was a bit on the smaller side.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was bright, clean and modern. Excellent kitchen and dining area.

We were given an upgrade so the suite was hugh.Staff spoke good English and were very helpfull. Bus to city centre took 10mins from outside the door. Rooms fully self contained,the best we've had in 5 weeks of travel in Europe.

We had taken a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious and comfortable. Compact kitchen was useful. Reception staff was always ready to help. Bus 22, stop is closeby and travel to central aea is easy. There is a small supermarket adjacent, which is good for any immediate needs.

Cleaning can be improved. There used to be some strange smell whenever you enter the apartment. We also saw a cockroach once. There is no microwave. If you need to warm up anything, need to transfer in a vessel and use the hot plate.

Modern, clean apartments - very large. Everything very comfortable and nice. Big balcony too for a view of the surrounding apartments. Staff were very friendly and helpful - spoke good english. Supermarket beside entrance to Hotel and bus stop very close too.

Only the location, which in a way was quite nice to stay out of the city and see the real Florence. However, with young children, it made it difficult after a long day pacing around Florence to stand on the crowded buses for half an hour.

Staff was friendly and helpful, even with very late arrival. Room was comfortable and spacious. Secure parking was a big plus. We were only there for a day, so I wish we had spent more time in Florence.

bit away from the historic city center

The reception people were polite and smiling, they cleaned our room every day, very well equiped, if you have a car it is convenient, easy parking, good free wi-fi.

80€/Night with no breakfast!! Overrated as most hotels in Italy. With that money in Rhodes island/Greece you are staying in a 5star hotel, with 5 pools, sandy beaches, 3 meals/day and unlimited drinks. If you stay in the building in Via Novoli, you have no reseption and much noise (even though the doors are too thick).

Spacious!

No Microwave! Location was just okay but near the main city by a 20 minute bus ride.

The room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to public transport and supermarket.

The furniture looked jaded.

The apartment had everything, pans, silverware, dishwasher. The size of the apartment was decent and there is a gracery shop right next to the Residence. There is a great ice cream place across the residence, cheap and good quality.

I love the staff and the size of the apartment, transport links were so easy to use and cheap.

Everything I was looking for was there. Went straight to plain in the morning so didn't need the breakfast.

Middle of town. Grocery shops downstairs. Halal restaurant for Muslim just opposite the road. Near to city centre (10 mins drive).

Paid parking. Too many doors and gate to get through with only one key given for the whole apartment which if you dont have it,u cant get out or get in and also u need the same key to operate the power in the apartment. that means if you are group of 4, 2 going out and the other 2 wanted to stay,you'll have problems..maybe can ask for another key instead.
