Good rooms and reasonable breakfast, but is in the middle of nowhere and will need a gps to find it as signage poor. There are no restaurants or shops and will need to catch a bus which is not that easy to access on a busy motorway. Unless you want to travel by taxi and do a lot of walking then this is not the place for you. |

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and bent over backwards to assist us.The breakfast was magnificent and more than expected. The rooms are very roomy, the shower is very large and extremely clean. Sorry, but the only fault was no tea & coffee facilities in the room. |

nice staff and very helpful used no 35 bus from train station as advised from web site. this method is of no use as the stop is around 2kms from hotel |

My second time at this hotel. Business as usual: everything is shiny clean, personnel is helpful, room quiet and spacious, bed is soft and welcoming. Far from city centre. Probably not easily reachable be public transport. |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the room was very clean, the hotel offers free safe parking space for car. Also the position of the hotel is close to autostrada in a quite area. Breakfast was amazingly poor, the bar was closed during August. |

I proposed this as a 4 star hotel. It is very seldom that I found hotels that good which are only classified as 3 star. I am sure they will get the reward soon and most probably prices will be raised.... This time I even found the scrambled eggs I wished for last time Internet should work better and, if possible, free of charge. Rooms should have something to store clothes. |

Easy to park, very close to the highway. Nice set up of rooms with sat TV. Fast check in, check out. I would say that this hotel deserves a re-classification up to 4 star I am always missing the bathtuub in the bathroom, but this, nowadays you won't find even in hotels with claimed higher standard. Breakfast was missing this lovely scrambled eggs even though bacon and a lot of wonderful other things were available. |

The hotel is new and very nice. The room was clean and cosy. The shower was very good. We liked breakfast very much! Strongly recommend :) There is free parking. Location is not central, but if you have a car, there are no problem - 10 minutes to the city centre. |

I think is the best you can find for your money in Bologna. Great place if you have a car, all the facilities you can search for and close to the historic center. There is nothing I dislike. |

Our room was clean, comfy and very nice. Staff was very kind. Price/quality ratio: very good. Breakfast also follows good bands' standards: delicious, fresh and healthy. We've already recommended that place. It's located quite aside from city. |

Close to the highway, not difficult to find, free parking. Brand new hotel with nice rooms and confortable beds, flat screen. Breakfast was really OK with large variety of food available. I guess the good price was linked to the fact that the hotel is in the launching phase. Could be easily classified as a 4 star hotel. A very positive judgement from my side, really recommended I was given a twin room with two single beds which were quite large anyway. A king size bed would have been ideal. Also a bathtub in the bathroom would have been appreciated. Not much available in the room to hang your clothes. There was a small device which did not fit to the rest of the setup which was almost perfect. Staff probably need some additional training, probably some of them is brand new. |

The room was very clean and modern. This hotel is located near Bologna exhibition center. Outside the hotel is nothig but a few old buildings. The nearst bus stop is an almost 600m way. |

Friendly staff, modern facilities The sat nav could not find the hotel. The breakfast was a bit basic and the staff were very keen to remove all the breakfast items at 10.00am, even though I hadn't finished. |
