Quality Hotel Michelino Bologna Fiera    

Modern bright room, good reading lights, comfortable bathroom. Buffet breakfast with good choice. WiFi in the room was fine.

Modern hotel in good condition. Location is right away of the descent from autostrada. About 4.5km from Bologna city center.

The heat in the hotel was severe - I couldnt sleep in the bed only on top of it! Wifi is a disaster on the 5th floor- staff know about this but there is no solution!

People were very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the fair. Rooms good but not very big

Samantha who works on reception was very kind, efficient, caring and professional. her smile was the only sunshine that we had in the 4 days we stayed at Michelino.

The price was very high for this class of hotel. The location stated that it was in walking distance of the Fierra....it is not. Visitors are only allowed to enter the fierra from the front and the walk from the hotel to the front of the Fierra is 35 minutes.

We had dinner at the restaurant the first night. It was a nightmare. We went to the restaurant at 6:30pm and was told open at 7:30 . We came back at 7:35pm. There were about 4 tables client. And only one waitress served the clients. My 6 years old daughter was very hungry. I asked the waitress to take the order first. She ignored me and took the order for the next table. After done with the order, I asked her again. She didn't care and went to the kitchen. We waited an hour. I was very angry. Because my daughter almost cried because of starving and tired. I asked her again. She even got mad on us. I told her I can wait but not a kid. She raised her voice to talk to me. After she took the Oder. A man on my next table said, she has no heart and feeling. Treat a kid like that. I said if in Canada, my country. We got the food for long time if in that case. I can't imagine it happened in Italy. I am very disappointed about it.

Being a relatively new 3 star hotel, it is much better compared to an old 3 star hotel more inside the city. The rooms are clean and neat and the staff at the reception are very helpful and knowledgeable. It is both close to the highway and costs only about 15-16 euros to the very center of the city by taxi.

I had asked for a queen bed room but instead I got a room with 2 single beds.

Good spacious room with nice design. Comfortable. Large free parking near the hotel. Really suitable for disabled people (separate lift, bathroom with special equipment).

Placed near 2 highways so probably in summer it could be noisy if windows are opened. Only for travelers by car (far from the city center in industrial area outside residential district). Safe-box didn't work.

We chose this hotel because of the location. We were very pleased with our room and bath, the attentiveness of the staff and the decent breakfast .

There is no bus line for City center near hotel, you need to walk around 500m to the bus station.

Excellent in every way. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Nice, well-frunished rooms. Everything is new and in a good status. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We liked this hotel staff the most during our one week holiday. :) Center can be easily reached. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast is very good and hotel staff is flexible regarding this matter. Rooms were very clean and large. Nice furnished rooms. I would definetely recommend this place to future travellers and guests. :)

The closeness to the motorway is fantastic. Exceedingly clean room, good size and very comfortable.

Price to Quality ratio is excellent. I will be back and I hope the price remains the same.

The hotel was very accessible to the city and to the autostrada and so it was possible to stay overnight there on my way from Milan to Siena and also to see some of Bologna. The staff were also very helpful and friendly with information.

The hotel was pet friendly (as we were travelling with our Siamese cat), within easy striking distance of the autostrada, and within reach of the centre of Bologna by taxi (didn't have time to check out public transport). Hotel also clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
