Everything, was 6 star everything for 3 star prices. Was the highlight for my trip to Venice . Staff were warm and very friendly. Breakfast there is the best . So much to choose from . If you arrived for breakfast and they were out of anything , it would be cooked especially for you fresh .

Mosquitos! Loads of them don't leave window open.
The rooms were lovely, the food was excellent, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, the atmosphere very relaxed and homey. Restaurants nearby were also very nice.
Mosquitos at night, although after we got a repellent device from the front de kit was much improved. The beach access was less good than expected: the inn does not have its own beach (even though there is one nearby with the same name), and using other hotel's beaches was quite expensive.
Was quiet and close to beach.Great breakfast
Not able to make a cup of tea or coffee. Bar was to expensive drop the price..
Unusual classy north Italian hotel in chalet-style amidst a quiet oases of green. Very close to the beach and the location where the Venice International Film Festival takes place. The Lido Island is really very nice, clean and quiet so it was the perfect hotel to take some time-out and relax. The ambience, the staff, the building, its eclectic contents and beautiful gardens are "a breath of fresh air" and tranquility – away from the Venice City mad-house. The personnel at the hotel was very nice and incredibly helpful. We booked a triple room initially, but since we brought our granddaughter with us they offered us two rooms at no extra charge. A wonderful experience. We liked everything, very comfortable, peaceful and we felt very safe. Delicious breakfast too. We definitely go back there.
Nothing to report.
The Island is really very nice, clean and quiet so it was the perfect hotel to take some time-out and relax. The personnel at the hotel was very nice and helpful and also the busstop is close to the hotel. Would definitely go back there.
Very nice place and very helpful and polite personnel. Rooms are quite nice. The beach is 2 minutes walk. 200 meters from the hotel you have a boat station. The hotel is located in a charming garden.
No major concerns.
- the staff of the hotel is very kind and professional - large, comfortable and cleaned room - quiet place
This is a lovely hotel! The front desk staff were friendly and incredibly helpful and even offered (at no cost) to have our party of three whisked by water taxi to Murano where we were also toured through a glass making studio. We spent a good hour watching the master and his helpers create a piece--though we were not obligated to stay for the duration or expected to purchase anything from the gorgeous showroom of glass delights. We booked a triple room initially, but since they had an extra room, they offered us two rooms. A wonderful experience, especially for my brother who was relieved to get away from the crowds in Venice and easily accessible by water bus. Delicious breakfast too.
I didn't like that the rain kept us from enjoying the flower-laden garden terrace.
Lovely quaint hotel with lots of charm. Quiet location but had restaurants and shops a short walk away
not good!!!!for a 4 star rate
